Same guy took my order, took payment at first window, gave drinks at second window, and told me to pull around and they would bring out my food shortly. we had 2 whopper meals and 1 impossible whopper meal. all three were room temperature with cold stale buns. The fries were good and we got our food fairly quickly. There were quite a few different whopper versions with the "new" Burger King but having the same old cold stale burger as before made me realize that nothing is really new at Burger King... The place was clean and well stocked with napkins, ketchup and the like. I can see some effort and the prices are fair but food Quality which is the key thing with me is still poor at best. read more

Back my wife used to work at Radcliffe I would always try to hit up a few of the fast food establishments in the area while waiting on her to get off work or go on lunch break or pick up my daughter that was in the area sometime that nature for sure so Burger King actually pretty salad place that I enjoy. I really like their flame broiled whoppers not a big fan of their french fries or chicken sandwiches work it was a pretty solid establishment that I would go to a lot so working here in the rain cloud is a good place I recommend it read more

Fast food, even if we don't want to admit it, we all love it from time to time despite it being terrible for us. Burger King serves two of the classics that will go down as some of the best sandwiches ever served. 1) The Whopper, juicy flame grilled burger, fresh lettuce onions and tomatoes. 2) Original chicken sandwich. Breaded, crispy microwaved and tasty. This review isn't about this particular location but all Burger Kings. But as far as this location,they've always been polite, pretty fast and I've never had an order messed up. The reason for this review is their recent launch of the crispy taco! Based on taste their taco along with Jacks (formerly Jack in the Box) they are at the bottom below the Taco Bell's/ Chipotles/ any TexMex restaurant. At the top of that taco hierarchy are authentic taquerias of course which gained popularity outside of the Southwest. Despite being an abomination of Mexican food, the public at large has grown fond of these deep fried tacos filled with overly processed quasi beef substance. The only thing I can compare Americans obsession with things perfectly disgusting is White Castle. Personally I love them, and it just reminds me of my youth. There aren't any Jack's in Central Kentucky so I was excited to try BK's crunchy tacos. And the verdict, better than Jacks. The taste was slightly better, maybe because it comes minus the American cheese, but the main reason was that it was crunchier and didn't fall apart. Pretty basic Burger King . They had fast service for me and gave me hot fries so that was a plus . Only downside was I asked for sauce twice and still didn't have any when I got home . read more

The service in drive thru was super slow. We were missing things from our order and they their response was take It, just handing us a bag with fries in it. definitely wasn't hot food either, warm yes but not hot. Asked for no lettuce on sandwich but we got lettuce anyway. They gave us food before we paid and were taking other orders instead of communicating with us. We never knew if they actually ran our card. Asked for a receipt and told " receipt thingie" doesnt work. Will not be back to this location. This wasn't covid issue at all. read more

I used drive through. My order was correct and all items accounted for. Food was hot and tasty. My only complaint, is not just with this location, but others in area has to do with side salads. Often, they are only 2/3 full or less. I do not like fries and always sub. a salad instead. Issues are: not enough salad OR salads that have so much moisture, the cheese is yucky! read more

This place is a disaster, the employees the manager are so depressed out of touch, no costumer skills. Wao how disrespectful and lazy the people that works here are. Rude, rude, rude...No ketchup in the dispenser, no small lids for the drinks, dirty restaurant. I mean who ever owns this franchise is as pitiful as them. I almost never complain about food, but this is the worst Burger King (and probably worst fast food restaurant in general) that I've ever been to. I've been here 3 separate occasions and every time something is incorrect. The items are either missing or not correct. I've left a survey every occasion detailing the issue and left contact info, but have never heard back. There is clearly no effort to make improvements. There is a Burger King about a mile down the road near Joe Prather, and one on Fort Knox. Go to one of those if you want BK. I don't expect an amazing experience at any fast food restaurant, but there is no effort being put in here. read more

After a long, hard day, my sister and I stopped at Burger King at 225 S Dixie Blvd in Radcliff, KY to get something to drink. We had her dog with us. They young man at the window was not only very polite, but he noticed the dog in the back seat and asked if we'd like a free bowl of water for the dog. He gave us a bowl and told us to just ask for water at the next window. They gave us a 12 oz. cup with lid of water for free for the dog. I've NEVER had a business go above and beyond like that. I will continue to support this business and recommend them to all of my friends. 5 Stars to this business. read more

Order taker was rude. Completed botched order. Rang up and gave us wrong meals with wrong sizes, and then didn't even give everything they charged us for. Called to complain and were completely dismissed. We will not purchase from here again. read more
