He was apologizing to people, being very nice and even apologized to me for the bad service. He was trying. Employee Amanda is a poison in the place and needs to be terminated. The manager did nothing to rein her in and allowed her to complain for the whole 15 min I was in there waiting for my food. The WORST experience I've had at a fast food restaurant.
