This location has always been my go-to place for burgers for over four (4) decades now. Known it since I was a teenager. The food never disappoints. The service is always great.... I mean it. This Burger King has been here forever and it's in a convenient location. It's a stand alone store so they have a good sized parking lot and the restaurant itself is decent sized as well. I usually go thru the drive thru and the folks who work here are usually very friendly. BK has a few different versions of the whopper which are good and they have onion rings which to me gives them the slight edge over other fast food places. I will be scrupulously honest: I have not, at this venue, consumed that specific sandwich. But since this is a national chain, and it would be impossible to put the same positive note into system for each of the locations, I thought I'd do it here, since this would be my neighborhood Burger King (for the record, I had the vegan burger on the NY Thruway, upstate). First, as to this franchise. It is fine. They are reliable. That is the test for fast food. Second, as to the Impossible patty. I am the target consumer for this product. It has not done as well in the marketplace as they had hoped, especially relative to the R&D expense. I would estimate I have eaten two dozen, likely more. That probably puts me in the top one percent among American consumers (that is not bragging, since these category of meat alternatives has become politicized, and they are anathema to the vegans who have no hankering for a substitute to animal protein and to those who lean toward being carnivores). I wanted to post for this simple reason. The Burger King preparation, in the Impossible Whopper, is the best presentation of the Impossible innovation. My general assessment is the Impossible offering, and its rivals, could fool you into believing it is a so-so hamburger made of beef. Croissan'wich bread is basically just a mushy bun, with no croissant texture or flavor. Delivery ordered just before 9AM on a weekday took an hour to arrive. BK website gives minimal order-tracking info; it tells you the ETA, but doesn't show delivery person on a map. Driver did not buzz from the building entrance, and did not knock audibly, so we would not have known the order had been delivered if we had not been tracking online. If you like ketchup with your "hash browns" (which are flattened tater tots), be aware that you will need to provide your own. I used to come here more often when I lived closer, but now I usually stop here for a drink on my ride home whenever I get nearby Chinese! This BK has been here for years! Longer than I can remember! It is a very nice location, its close to Queens Center Mall, but far enough that it can stand alone. I do not believe that I have ever been inside, I only remember ever using the DT. The DT is hit and miss, with about 80% hit... I do have some "short/curt" employees every so often, but they are friendly enough. On my most recent trip I got a sweet tea which was terrible!!!! I cant describe it, but it did NOT taste like sweet tea... It was bitter, and not extra tea bitter, I sadly could not drink it. Burgers here are always solid, never really had any issue with them. I also like their shakes and ice cream. I am also a HUGE fan of their reeses and oreo pies!!!!! Yummy! Id also avoid the Mozzarella sticks. They aren't bad, but they aren't good.... The impossible whopper is truly delicious but as usual, this location just doesn't get it right. Why is it always warm to cool in temperature? Is it the patty itself that they lack the knowledge how to properly heat? It really makes it less desirable than the meat based whopper--perhaps that's what they prefer you to buy. The restaurant is clean. Food is pretty fresh and typical BK fast food. I don't love the employees here. When a customer thanks you, "alright" doesn't seem like a proper response. They blast the music in here often. I can't concentrate because it's so loud in here. I had them at 3 stars but I'm giving them 2 instead. I've been back to this Burger King multiple times since writing this review just because it's easy and convenient. I have to say though that this Burger King is really the worst. When they mess things up they don't take blame for it. They don't apologize. In fact, today they put the blame on me and more or less called me a rough customer. Having stopped in on a hand full of occasions, I've sampled the lunch and dinner menus, being one in the same, so there are no additions nor subtractions. The breakfast menu is a favorite of mine as was McDonald's, I really enjoyed the hybrid croissant meets sandwich, specifically engineered to breakfast lovers specifications. The eggs are soft scrambled, almost silky to taste and put a whoopin' on McDonald's rubberized eggs. The croissant breakfast is now it's known as the Loaded Crossiant, it's very tasty but not completely without calorie guilt and a non-nutritious meal, but every once in a while, I must admit, I do get a hunkering for a flame broiled Whopper and some onion rings. read more

The order came with onions and it is almost as if I asked for extra onions because there was alot of onions. The woman who took my order got it on the receipt so there is no reason why my order should've been wrong. My boyfriend was able to take out the onions without issue but please make sure moving forward all orders line up with what is on the receipt. Typical Burger King. They have the new impossible Whopper which is a plant based Patty made to taste like the regular whopper. It's actually quite good. There is plenty of seating and they have kiosks so you don't even have to worry about talking to someone at the counter.
