I visited this location today and sat in the drive thru line, at the speaker for more than 5 min with zero communication from any of the staff. I witnessed everyone in line behind me leave due to the wait. I decided to pull around to the window just to be told by a team lead that he couldn't take my order at the window and to drive back around and wait. NEW STAFF!! This used to be one of meanest Burger Kings around. I stopped going there years ago but happened to go there with friends last month and guess what? Everyone was friendly and seemed to be enjoying their job! I asked the lady and she said the had a new manager from Mechanicsville. Well it shows. Their food is cooked to Burger King standards so if you are in the mood for BK food, this location is a very good option. Just don't go further West because that location is sub-par. read more

I went on 4th of July the drive-thru was down which was ok. I was told to go inside for my mobile order. The lady inside was so rude. I believe her name was Lorna. I had a mobile order which she couldn't see cause their system was down. I was fine with that. I show her the order on my phone with the confirmation receipt and she was so upset. started yelling saying she couldn't make the food. Bad service with a scowl. I know I shouldn't expect much from a fast food place but they should at least get PART of an order right! I ordered a double cheeseburger with mustard only, small onion rings, and a medium unsweetened iced tea, and some zesty sauce to go with the onion rings. I received a burger with ketchup and pickles and no mustard, large union rings and sweet tea. The worker was sullen and didn't even speak even after I said "Thank You". Time to close! In capable of following directions. I ordered a mustard cheese whopper without mayonnaise. I guess they thought that " without mayonnaise" meant put extra on. I asked for extra packs of mustard and catch up as well as some salt and pepper. Guess what!? No salt and pepper and no mustard. Finally, the french fries seemed hard and undercooked. A review about a fast food joint? Craaazy...but here goes, and the rating is based on other fast food spots in the area, not other restaurants I've reviewed. This is near my office and I stopped by once this summer to try the drive thru for lunch. The grilled chicken BLT salad with Avocado Ranch is a favorite, especially with their blue cheese added (who knew BK would have awesome blue cheese?). The Fanta Zero can be made in like 28 flavors. So yummy it doesn't taste like diet (but passes the sticky test). The drive thru is slow but the folks working the drive thru are top-notch. Friendly, hustling. read more

I occasionally grab breakfast here in the morning on the way to work, the food is always okay. What grinds my gears is that the prices on the menu never in the drive through do not match what you are charged...it's not a big difference, about $0.50, but it makes me uncomfortable enough to avoid coming here. I mentioned it to the cashier the first time it happened and they did change the price outside on the sign for that one item, but didn't update the rest. If the management and employees don't care to update their prices to show the correct amounts, what else do they not care about when they are putting together your food. read more
