I liked how the salad balanced against the richness of the spices in the chicken and rice. Their sauces pair nicely with the food as well, making each bite even more full of flavor. The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. When I politely asked why there was a $2.50 charge, the employee simply looked at me and said, "I don't know." There was no explanation, no offer to ask someone else, and no attempt to address a perfectly reasonable question. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the surprise charge.
