Great service. Tables inside or booth seating. Indoor Playground separate area for the kiddos. There's ample parking and drive thru available. May be a little tight for larger vehicles but there's a second drive way in the back of the restaurant to circle around. App has great deals and easy to pick up inside or at the drive thru. After having to drive back to give them food that was not ours. When we finally got the right order, it was very cold and extremely salty like very extremely salty. Number 10 fish sandwich although the two spicy chicken sandwiches were just fine. But then I had to wonder somebody else get our order and return it and why couldn't they just make new sandwiches. I had to wonder. Also Homeless lady getting a cup out of the trashcan attempted to go in and get soda. Good thing they caught her. Horrible service. Went to get the bounty bundle which was on the menu. The worker told me they were out of the specialty cups which I said was fine I still wanted to order it without. She told me to order it on the screen separately when I did it came out way more expensive than the listed bundle price. Went back to ask her for help and she was annoyed. I then asked her to ask a manager for me how to get the listen price she turned around and went back to packaging fries and ignored me. I had to wait for my child's icee so stood there for 10 mins trying to get her attention but she kept ignoring me. Always come here breakfast and they have a great croissant sandwich deal. 2 sandwiches with 2 hash browns and 2 coffee for around $10. What a deal for 2 complete meals. Happy camper. Was in Riverside going to visit a friend and had a craving for a plant-based burger and fries. Thought about my options, and it was either Carl's Jr.'s Beyond Famous Star without cheese, or Burger Kings's Impossible Whopper Burger without cheese and without mayonnaise. I went with the later. Obviously hahaha since I'm doing a review for Burger King. :) Had some issues with the speaker when ordering. It could be because I have a soft voice, and maybe that's why it made it hard for him to hear me. Oh well. I had to repeat myself a billion times while ordering. It's all good because they got it correct in the end. I ordered the Impossible Whopper without cheese and without mayonnaise for me, and ordered a regular Whopper with cheese for my friend. Now I know this is a fast food establishment so my review update isn't that they have a burger that is life changing. However, what they do offer is very fresh and made to order fast food which many places do not. Never have I received the wrong order, never has my food been old or sitting around. This Burger King location deserves props. I order great deals through the mobile app. The ladies here are fast. They don't screw up my orders. They never have trouble locating my mobile orders. Breakfast 2 for $4 sausage biscuits and $1 large hash crowns. Can't beat the price and service. The line moves quickly here. I knew the Impossible Whopper, would taste Possibly Terrible. As soon as I bit into it, I could taste a plain, bland, soft textured patty. Theres no way, that it could be mistaken for any other type of patty. They must have used a plant based cheese also, because the cheese on it, didnt melt well on the patty. I cant really describe the flavor, since there was little to none....but the Impossible Whopper is a definate 2 thumbs down for me. I must say I had a very discouraging experience at this location tonight and I have been frequenting this Burger King for years I go there each morning for my coffee and my orange juice before work also throughout the day for my childrens chicken nuggets and value fries etc. however tonight the young lady working the drive-through was so rude so disrespectful cutting evil eyes at me my order was completely wrong when I got home I asked her to repeat it back to me at the window .. to which she was not happy about.. once I arrive home I was missing two items I called to speak with them and go back she was very rude with me hung up the phone then when I called back she wouldn't answer I continued to call and then she answered and said, well, she made up a lie and said that someone threw food in her face that's why she didn't have time to answer the phone. It was a lie. Upon my arrival to go back to get a refund (originally I just wanted the missing items made well as a fresh new re order seeing as though I drove all the way back from home in the rain! The manager was very helpful as she was helping me that same employee was standing behind her scowling at me just very negative energy for no apparent reason and I was very kind to her and all of the staff.. it's just a sad day when you're trying to feed yourself and your children on a budget and you have to encounter people whom are so unkind and do not care. she truly should not have a job working in customer service I was very patient and kind with her and even as I drove off she was STILL scowling at me. I believe her name was Yasmin.. such a rude person. Yasmin I pray you find happiness in your life. Please no longer be a disservice to customers. This here is a great Burger King. Classic flame grilled (?) Burgers and chicken fingers, your favorite dystopian meat stick. They feature a sound track of soft jazz that really sets the mood. Great cast of characters working there. We were at 9pm and the playground was closed so if you bring the kids go a little earlier so they can enjoy whatever is back there. The person taking the orders through the drive thru speaker wasn't very attentive. She kept asking what I was ordering and I felt rushed, no time given to really look at the menu to see if I would purchase something else. At the window it was very apparent that she didn't want to be there, which explained the attitude. A manager should be able to see this and make the right moves to make sure the customer has a pleasant visit. A manager handed me my food saying that was it, but I was missing food. When I called the number on top of the receipt it said the number was disconnected. That truly shows how much they care. The overall experience wasn't good. I went through the drive through ordered pulled up to the window "the worker ROSA" was saying rude things under her breath (I had not said one word to her except ordering) I asked ROSA to repeat herself, she did but not loud enough so I asked her again to repeat herself because I couldn't quit hear all the rude things she was saying, she tried to brush me off and I said I'm not leaving until you tell what you said and why?
