Usually this is my favorite Burger King but today that has changed I had a burnt order and called the store they gave me a run around I went there after being promised a new sandwich and they were very rude and argued with me I myself work in fast food and know first hand this isn't the way to do things and management here is just awful. This was the worst Burger King I've been to the food was awful.. first let me just tel you.. we order chicken fries and they were dry and some even as hard as a rock. I even got jr whopper horrible tasting tastes like lettuce had not been washed and they left core pieces in it. Any other time would have taken my food up and complained but my kids and I were so hungry from school shopping at the mall that they just ate most of theirs except the really uneatable pieces. I'm a raised and fed Carl's girl and my Hubby asked me tonight to ttry the flame grilled taste of Burger King. I had the Double Stacker- double cheeseburger with bacon, small fries and a diet coke. The meat did taste flame grilled but the quality wasn;t really there, It didn't really taste like beef. The fries were crispy but had an oil aftertaste which was maybe veggie oil? The staff were friendly and it was not very clean however it was almost closing time so I am sure that was going to change soon read more

Average at best. Food quality is about the same as other Burger Kings. Service at this location tends to be a little slow and the restaurant is always dirty. We tried the frozen lemonade and it was served to us completely liquified in the bottom quarter of the cup. It was not good at all. I tried the tacos for the first time. If you dig the Jack in the box tacos then you would probably like these. They are on the value menu and fairly good for the inexpensive price. I always use the BK app because they have killer deals on there. I never spend more than $10 for two to eat. Regardless of service, I like BK food so I will always eat it. read more

Yet another day where I want to eat my daily calories in one meal. I had two double hamburgers with bacon and two large fries. My friend had the fish sandwich and a large fry. It was amazing! The fries were so fresh and addictive. The burgers tasted great -- bacon was cooked properly (not too done, not undercooked) and the right proportion of ketchup and mustard was on them. There is a best and a worst-case about this place. The best-case is that the place seems clean and so do the employees. Other then that the rest is worst-case. Our order consisted of a 10 piece chicken nugget and a bacon double cheese burger with 2 orders of fries. The Nuggets were cold and lacked flavor and the burger was over cooked with no condiments on it and to cap it off the bacon looked like a dog treat I just bought out of the bulk animal food section at winco. I have to say the fries were ok but that is the best I have to say, other then thank God for water, it's the only way I was able to get the burger down... I give my experience 0 Stars because I left unsatisfied. Now I remember why I haven't been here in over 10 years. Made a quick stop to some tasty food. Ohh man was I in for a surprise. I usually get a burger but looks like they have a new chicken burger. The chicken burger is to die for. I mean it's new but it's a solid choice to add to the menu, because of the extra flavor the charbroiled brings. This location always has fresh fresh food. First time going to this Burger King and we were looking forward to trying their new Spicy nuggets so we went through the drive thru to order. The lady taking our order was sweet but when I asked her for 50 nuggets she only heard the order for 10(?) which was fine, we were able to get it fixed and all was well. It was a downer when they also told us that they were also out of buffalo sauce. What got to us was that after we left and checked (which is our mistake, we should have checked before, but you know, we don't expect anything else less than what we ordered) the nuggets, they were the original ones instead of the spicy ones. I mentioned 'spicy' twice when ordering. The only thing that was correct and delicious was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake, which I do recommend but I am probably not interested coming back to Burger King for at least another long while. read more

I really like this Burger King. I come here probably three times a week either getting a sausage biscuit for breakfast or some type of chicken or hamburger for lunch or I have to admit I come for the desserts also. They really do have some yummy ones. As often as I come here they have never messed up my order but my orders are very simple usually one or two items. Everybody's always really nice and polite. Judy the manager was extremely rude during this visit. I'd like to say I've been here multiple times and never had an issue. I came to pick up an online order for two original chicken sandwiches and on arrival I was told they could not fulfill my order because they were missing supplies. I was told I could replace the sandwiches with another item on the menu. We decided to choose two different sandwiches and they said we could not choose those as they cost more than what we ordered. Cost more?! The whole reason I am making an adjustment to my order was because the location didn't have the items in the first place. Just was extremely rude and we will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Okay so my husband just got a original chicken sandwich got to work and opened it up to find mold growing on the bun. Just gross and disgusting. I can't believe that anyone making the sandwich didn't see this. I will never go to a Burger King again. The corporate office had better get back to us on it. The cashier did not bother to ask me if I did not want cheese. In addition, please be more attentive to what customers order. The workers left out my orders of two whoppers and two fries.
