Newly remodeled and just opened back up. I had placed an order for pickup through mobile ordering from the app and took advantage of a BOGO Whopper deal. It was done and ready within 5 minutes. I appreciated the employee who handed me my order. She was polite and personable which seems to be a lot to ask in today's society. I'm not sure if this is a location specific issue or company wide but the burgers seem thinner and verrrry well done which renders them tasteless. First and foremost we always place mobile orders and it still takes 20+ minutes to get our food when we get there. Tonight, we waited at the window with no greeting for about 10 minutes, and watched employees through the window just stand and talk while we waited, including the manager on duty. When my partner got his drink he asked politely if he could get it with no ice, and the employee gave him a literal death stare, and fixed it without speaking a word after that even though we both thanked her. I understand that having to redo something is annoying, however she poured the ice out and refilled the rest, she didn't even have to pour out the whole drink. I came to this location yesterday through Drive- Thru & ordered Whoppers for my family & I. When I began to eat the burger I noticed it tasted soggier & with less flavor. I opened up my burger to find it was undercooked (RAW!) When I took it inside and asked to speak to a manager, a female came and told me "Its not raw, it's just that we grill our burgers." Lunch time. The drive thru was packed double lanes. Only about 10% full inside. Pearl was our cashier. Very pleasant and had an amazing smile. Her greeting was warm and welcoming. Our food came out fast. Our frys were hot and fresh maybe a little too much salt for me but I don't put salt on my food burger was good just a whopper with cheese. Pearl was all over the place. Came in the dinning room. Sweeping floors checking soda machine and wiping tables. From what I could see she done it on her own. No one had too ask her. If I was still in the restaurant industry. Why am I reviewing this? It's a fast food joint that is typically operated by kids that either consistently mess up orders or what condiments you want with your order. It's amazing when they actually get it right and that they actually put out some decent food. I like the Classic Chicken sandwich but I'll be damned if they can ever put enough mayo on the thing and spread it out evenly instead of just one dab of it on one end of the sandwich. Let me start by saying that I normally don't review fast food joints but I will this time...because my experience was SO BAD that if I could give it no stars or negative stars, I would!!!!! Absolutely the WORST customer experience I've had at a food place anywhere. I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes for 2 burgers and two drinks. The employee that took my order did not know the difference between a double cheeseburger and a double Whopper. It took her 3 times to get my order right, after I made her repeat it to make sure. I was not given the correct price for the 1/2 off milkshake and $1 large sweet tea, so I asked her to fix it at the window. She said she didn't know how to fix it and wanted to just take my money for full price. I said I wasn't paying till I had the correct price and she asked "Do you want me to ask someone?" I said I wanted the correct price. She had someone get the card from the manager, not the actual manager to change it. She only fixed the shake price, not the sweet tea price. Another employee came to the window and I told her, and she refunded the difference. We finally got our burgers and we're waiting at the window for drinks, and had to ask for the sweet tea and shake. I got the tea and tasted it and it was unsweet, so I waited again for her to come back, and she said "Oh, we don't have sugar for sweet tea, we only have unsweet." At least 4 employees talked to me about my sweet tea order and not one could say they don't have sweet tea?! They had problems with everyone's order from the looks of it and how long it took the drive thru line to move. This is a disgrace of a place.
