It's rare that I ever go through a drive-thru somewhere in Ruston and have a grand experience. Burger King on Trenton really made me feel like a freakin king. I was like "Hollup!" Shaleitha and Antonia are two of the most welcoming and hard working individuals I've see in a long time. AND I WORK IN HUMAN RESOURCES!!! My food was amazing, the customer service was amazing, and y'all better be ready for me to come back for more breakfast soon! What a great way to start your day! read more

Disgusting location! We went in to grab a bite on a road trip. I'm so glad I had to use the restroom because if I never would have seen what I saw and would have actually ordered food from the drive thru. I went in and the bathroom was a hot mess: dirty floor, no paper towels and no hot water. A worker was in one of the stalls and when she came out she didn't do a good job at all washing her hands. My husband told me there was no paper towels in the man's restroom either. There were no napkins in the lobby napkin holder. The drive thru window looked like someone threw a milkshake at the window from the inside. The floor was nasty in the dining area and behind the counter. I didn't see anyone wearing gloves. Worst Burger King on the planet Earth! Avoid this place at all costs - If you gotta have that Whopper, keep driving to either West Monroe or Arcadia, LA instead. The restaurant is unkempt and unclean. Long wait times...Workers will make you wait longer than necessary because they are playing around, talking, or on their phones. I love the Impossible Burger at Burger King but the meat taste a little different when I tried it at this location. It wasn't bad I just noticed the difference when it bit the Burger. I also had the whole meal and the fries were hot and fresh. The pie was a little too whip creamish but overall everything was good! read more

Id give this location a zero if I could.... This is the second time I have stopped to pickup breakfast while traveling. Both times it was closed. This time I stopped at 10:36 and was told they would be opening in 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Why is this place even open when they are never open. read more

They were out of biscuits. They had a bad attitude. Then they made us pull up to save on their wait time well we wait almost 20 mins for two things and no one else in the place. I will never be back. This is the worst fast food place ever, and that's really saying something, especially in Ruston. I only thought McDonalds was disappointing. For comparison, McDonalds is like that slacker boyfriend in college that plays too many video games and considers pizza a food group. Burger King is that guy you met at that party. He seemed really cool at first, but he doesn't show up for dates on time, never has money, and cheats. Went for the lucky charm shake. Was not lucky. It was disgusting. Absolutely filthy establishment...The manager should be fired! No napkins, no paper towels in bathrooms, tables had not been cleaned and trash was running over! This place was RUDE. We did the drive through. When we pulled up to the speaker no one said anything. We continued to sit there for 5+ mins with no "please hold" or anything. My mother proceeded to say "hello" and was rudely responded to with "ma'am there is only 3 people working hold on". She then rudely took our order. We proceeded to the window and my mother had a question about the price and she was given a nasty look and a nasty attitude. I don't recommend this Burger King at all. I can't believe a place like this is even open. Every visit is a disgrace to food industries. Either we go at night when they "only have fried food" or they are SO disrespectful that I just end up driving off without even having a chance to place my order. They need to clean house bad, I don't know how people even go there still, it's a joke. Open 24 hours but when I try and order food after midnight it's like pulling teeth trying to get what I want. I will never go back unless it's in the morning time when maybe the MOD cares about what goes on because the one at night does not. This is the slowest BK I have ever been to in my life. With noone in line, even in normal evening hours (3-9), you may wait in the drive through for 15 minutes. The workers will ask you to back up and move forward, simply to make it seem as though they are getting more cars out at the proper time. Also, God forbid you want a milkshake at any time past two, because it's always magically "broken" or down. This is also the first 24 hr fast food place to ever tell me they were closed over the intercom. I'm not sure why it keeps hiring people that don't want to work and do the simple job they are hired to do. And its worse that the receipt has no phone number to call so maybe it will change. There are at least 6 Subway's in Ruston, but this is the only BK, and it would be nice if it were efficient.The food is just like every other BK, so no need to really comment. read more

Wow, what a bad experience! Service was terrible. The register worker had no personality, didn't speak and had nails so long she had to use her knuckles to push the register button. Two chicken sandwiches (asked to be made fresh and they were) but the buns were rock hard. My daughter's burger came with bacon and had one and a half tiny pieces of bacon hiding somewhere in the middle of the bun. The store was generally clean. The fries were warm. Only bright points. WOW!!! Worst BK Ever! Since when do you not get a receipt or any sauces, The lady was rude and I'm questioning eating this food. After a 15 min. wait in the drive thru and being the only customer with disgust I drove across the street and mention to the store clerk about my terrible service he goes on to saying this is constant but in the evening they say they are out of meat or whatever and buy beer next door then close down the store and proceed to drink rather than work while surely getting paid. My husband and I were staying at a hotel right across from this burger king. We went in and ordered to eat in. We each ordered whoppers and fries. We waited well over five minutes and received cold food. The fries were old and tasteless and the burgers were room tempurature. It was 4 in the afternoon so it was busy at the drive through. In wonder if they received cold food as well. We took our food back to our room and microwaved it to make it eadible. Worst burger king I have ever been to. Never again!! read more
