When we walk in 3 workers are at the counter talking because the one girl son broke her phone. The son and daughter are there in the lobby. Not one of them look up at us. Once they were done we ordered an order of fries and a blue slurpee(frozen drink) 20 mins have gone by and nothing. Multiple people are waiting. I ask the person taking orders on head set for a refund(she is the mother to the children in the lobby) she yelled for someone else to come help and then she yelled for manager Somebody wants a refund! Manger never looks at us and get money looks at the work asking who want the refund? No questions no nothing...oh the slurpee is made and had been sitting on a shelf behind the counter while everyone walked past it. Food was ok. Took forever to even order at drive thru. When we finally ordered, the girl over the microphone sounded angry. When we got yo the window to pay, the employees were yelling across at each other. Just very unprofessional. Lesson learned. Won't stop here again. read more

McDonald's - Building - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Ruston, Louisiana

I use app to get 1.50 breakfast sandwich. I get egg and bacon McMuffin. always been less than 2.00. Today they charged me 1.50 and because I did not get Canadian bacon they charge me two dollars for two half pieces of bacon. I called corporate office and they said that it's correct. I will never go back . I could have gotten a big breakfast for that. Lady who called me back seemed like she did give a damn. So they can Kiss my money goodbye. The service is AWFUL many people were waiting for 20+ minutes after they had ordered their food with nobody in the drive thru. they were talking about their own personal food and yelling at each other from across the restaurant. For starters, fast food is fast food. You're going to get the quality of a fast food store. However, I actually believe that their food is fresher or cooked on the spot more often than others places I've been. Having worked in a couple of fast food restaurants, I can generally tell. I'm not sure if I have been lucky service wise as it seems some reviewers have had bad experiences. For me and my friend group, they're always super nice and considerate. I've only ever done dine-in, never drive-thru so that may be why. But for the times I've been there it's always been super fast and efficient. I don't feel bad asking for something like ketchup. Or if my food is wrong, the employees fix it without coming off rude. Again, might just be my experience but I believe it's a solid fast food place for service and general food freshness. I'm going to stay off with, I went this morning 5/13/24. The lady at the first window had a great sense of humor and was so sweet. People taking orders though, kind of rude. All you get asked is what else? What else? What else?and the people at the second window, goodness! Sarcastic and rude! I made sure to say good morning and ask how they are. I got nothing. No smile, no response, just got my food slung at me and then they closed the window. I asked if I may please get a salt and pepper packet and a grape jelly at the speaker and 2 times at the second windows when getting my breakfast. The lady with the tongue piercings and upper lip piercing just looked at me while the window closed. No, none of it was in the bag. Walmart is right behind y'all. I shall be going there to get a breakfast from the cold section from now on. I work in the fast food industry waitressing. I don't make much either but I love my job. People need a smile and a hello. Yeah I know how they look at it, one less customer and a whatever. But my family and myself won't be back. Horrible service. read more

Obscenely terrible experience. First, the places looks like absolute garbage. Second, I've never received such poor customer service in my life. Truly surprised by how bad it was. Employee was disinterested and even though I was the only person in line, he waited 5 minutes to help me after standing around. The food was cold and bland. The other employees were obnoxious and loud. To make matters worse, the manager was conversing with another person over the phone and making racist comments about other employees. Insane. I can't rate this place what it deserves because there are no negative stars. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. This place had no ketchup, no unsweetened tea, sticky everywhere, all table were dirty, no trash bags in the trash cans, no cool air, the ceiling was torn up, it stunk, the service was HORRIBLE, the drive way has holes and is all bumpy, and there were trash cans in the middle of the floor. The only i can say that was OKAY was that the food was hot and tasted okay. So overall keep driving. and i hope the manager sees this review! Thank you for your time. read more

If I could put zero stars I would!!!! This was the most horrible experience ever!!!! Management and staff did not care about their customers they literally said they can all wait while they had a long line of people waiting just because they did not want to deal with making more breakfast items when it was only 9:50am.
