She really got testy and said that was not the meal deal and they couldn't change it. We asked if there was just a hamburger somewhere cause the outside menu didn't show one without cheese. She got really upset. She didn't speak English clearly and neither my husband nor I could understand. Finally someone in the background told her they would fix it as we requested. The chicken nuggets and fries were hot and delicious (my 7yo word not mine). The service was quick. You do have an option to order with a person or do the touch screen.
