I've ordered from here 10 times different days times etc. not once have the order been right. I would always get one right and the rest not even my order. We usually go through the drive through of this Zaxbys and have never had a problem. Our order is always correct and we get it in a timely manner. This time was no different, the only reason for one less star was the toast was awful in taste. I took a bite of it and it almost tasted chemical-like. I wondered if I was loosing taste, made my husband who eats everything try it and he said it was also gross. Zaxbys chicken located on the corner of fern valley road and Preston Highway in the okolona portion of Lousiville. Very nice spot to be setup as there is a lot of traffic there from ups, airport and the Ford factory workers. Usually on large chains like zaxbys I do not review there food as much as I do there service and accuracy. Me personally I haven't eaten at zaxbys much. It's not bad it just isn't necessarily my go to spot. People do seem to love there zaxbys sauce though. What brought me to This location Thai past weekend was I was helping my buddy pick up a couple massive chicken platter trays for the catering of his daughters birthday party. They processed there drive thru line very quickly and made sure my buddy had all the condiments and napkins possible. They did a very good job on this catering setup. As mentioned I'm not the biggest zaxbys fan however I'd someone was then using this location for catering would be ideal. They not only processed his orde fast but also the regular customers just grabbing lunch. Good service on This encounter for us. read more

This place was dirty! Ants all over the counter where you place your order and it's only spring time. I can imagine how bad it will be in the summer. The young female who took my daughter's order was rude. She didn't hardly speak and my daughter had to ask for her drink before she left. Her coworker looked at her and said you didn't even give her the drink yet? The girl just pursed her lips, while she was doing something on her phone. My daughter asked her to hand the drink to her and not set it on the counter. I told her I would have requested my money back and left the food but she said I really wanted it though. Absolutely disgusting, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Came in right after getting off my shift and decided to avoid the drive through as it was jam packed. Walked in and was hopeful for a positive experience. It was less crowded inside, and my order was taken pretty fast. However, after waiting around 15-20 minutes, It wasn't until a worker came up to me and asked me what I had ordered that I realized they hadn't even started my meal yet. Waited another 5-8 minutes for my food, and while I was waiting, another customer pointed out the ants that were walking freely on the counter they served food at. It was only one or two ants, but it's still unacceptable because even when it was brought to their attention, they took no actions to remedy the situation. After finally getting my meal, I realized I hadn't gotten my drink. When I asked for a drink, the lady who handed me my food looked at the lady who took my order and said, "You didn't give her her drink?" She responded with silence and a complete idgaf stare. I try not to be too harsh on fast food workers because I've been there, but restaurant as rude and unsanitary as this one just shouldn't be open. Won't be coming back. read more

Zaxby's was built here in Fern Valley a few years ago and I'm glad they did because you know they're revamping the Okolona area and add more establishment so I like that for sure Zaxby's itself to me is not the best chicken place it's just OK middle of the road I would rather go somewhere else to be honest especially for the price I'm so glad there I still get a three out of five and say recommend it read more

He with with Chicken finger combo that comes with fries and drink. While I had to go with the kicking chicken sandwich combo that also come with fries and drink. This place is Military friendly. I wish there was something positive that I could write about this place. Let me say, I have never had any issue with any Zaxby's I have ever visited, however; if we weren't absolutely hungry and had spent $30 (for really poorly made and undercooked food), we would have walked away--immediately. Our visit was around 1pm on a Saturday. They were not very busy. We placed our order, and found a table that had the least amount of food and dirt on it (I got napkins and and some soap from the restroom and cleaned our table). When we got our food, IT WAS ON A FILTHY TRAY!! The tray had chunks of food from previous orders all over it!! I took it up to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable. One person smirk/giggled and rolled their eyes, the other shrugged their shoulders and uttered that it wasn't their problem!!!!!!!!! And the list of problems goes on: *5 of 10 chicken strips were cold inside and undercooked (real safe) *The soda/napkin area was gross, dirty, and had bugs flying and landing all over the drying sweet tea and soda *We had to practically beg for the sauces we paid for and were still shorted two of them To be fair, I have sent a couple of emails about these problems to their contact addresses and asked for return calls so I could inform management about this in lieu of just blasting this place. I have not been contacted by anyone at all (it has been 10 days). This is actually a safety issue in top of an extremely terrible customer service issue. If they can't follow up on a serious set of problems like this, it speaks loudly about how little they care about the customers. Most places it's fried or grilled, this place does chicken right. I ordered a Cajun Chicken Sandwich, with a drink/fires. It was out to me within minutes of me ordering. This chain use to be one of the best. They have lost it. Every time I come in, the place is dirty, unorganized and in disarray. Employees spend a lot of time doing nothing. Waited in the drive-thru approximately 40 minutes. I parked to go inside to order only to find the door locked. After getting back in line (behind 2 more cars) I was told not all the doors are unlocked. The staff did not seem to care about the insane wait time. The service at this Zaxby's is the worst in the city, expect to wait 15 minutes at least in line, and they will most likely mess your order up (seems impossible when all they sell is chicken tenders and fries) try one of the other ones around, maybe they're managed better! read more
