Last week I visited this "restaurant" and ordered the "Duo": an "Original Chicken Sandwich" and a "Medium Fries". Burger King has been relentlessly advertising this on every network TV station and every Internet site for weeks. The cashier quoted me a price of almost $8.00. I wanted to share my review about Burger King . I went online to look At Burger King and it says we now deliver . No it's not grub hub or door dash or even uber eats . It said they now deliver . So boyfriend placed an order . They took the money and we did get the order which was wrong . When I called Burger King they said they had no order . I said it was just delivered . They told me to call door dash ? I did it wasn't them . I went on and called grub hub and it wasn't them either . Lastly I called uber eats to my shock it wasn't them either . I called my bank and they looked into it . It's scam it's some third party app that took the money . I am getting the money back . But needless to say . Do not use the Burger King app it's a scam . They take your money and you won't get the correct order and you don't know where your money is going . They were also very very rude at the Burger King in Shirley . I wouldn't do business with them at all . Do not use the Burger King app if you do you will be sorry . Horrible horrible . Very good fame broiled meat. I always get my whopper off the broiled! I get extra mayo and cut in 1/2 to make it easier to eat, YUM!!!

Brand new Burger king newly erected, I stopped in for lunch and was impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness, and techiness of the place. There were flat screen TVs everywhere to watch the news or sports. There were even balloons around the dining room. I have to say it was a fast food treat coming from the dirty city BK's and McD's. In spite of my use of the numbered-ordering system for combos and, even, the confirmation of combo modifications on the digital display, green employees still manage to mess up orders entirely: straws become optional ("Sir, just take the lid off your beverage."), sauces theoretical ("In a perfect world...like in a parallel universe, what sauce possibility would you imagine with your onion rings?"), and precise terms abstractions ("When you said 'TenderCrisp,' I knew you meant 'Whopper.'"). My two most recent orders were butchered so bad that if I were to somehow consider this location as I'm weighing fast-food options, I might buy-in to this seemingly new approach (fast-food philosophy) and adapt (i.e., "I would like two straws with my two drinks"; "I actually want the barbecue sauce with the onion rings in this reality, this universe"; and "I said 'TenderCrisp' as in 'TenderCrisp.'"). read more

I only gave a 3 star because I love Whoppers. This is my 1st dine in visit at this BK and I am dis-pleased. Although the dining room is large, spacious and aesthetically pleasing, the floor was sticky & tables dirty. Even the the top of the back rest was visually dusty with finger marks. I've seen busy, full service restaurants that are cleaner than this BK. (It was slow) If you have time to lean you have time to clean! In addition (yes there's more), if I have to wait 5+ mins for 2 Whoppers, when it's slow (4:30pm, btw), I expect my order to be correct. I asked for NO onions & appeared to be XTRA onions. I did not return the burger, rather picked off the onions, because I didnt want to wait for another LUKE WARM burger. read more

Unbelievable -- you just can't get what you ask for in this particular Burger King. The really upsetting part of it is that to avoid a repeat of past issues with getting the order wrong, I went thru the trouble of parking and actually walking into the store. It was 8:00 A.M. on a Saturday and luckily for me the Manager himself was at the counter and took my order. I had the $5.00 Coupon for 2 Croissants, 2 Hash Browns & 2 Coffee's -- I ordered the Croissants with Bacon. Shoulda checked the order before I left, but figured the Manager's involvement would have assured getting the order right. Nope -- got home opened the bag and found that I was given 2 Croissants with Sausage. I'm beginning to wonder about the employees in that establishment. How can you screw that up by accident ? Are things like this done deliberately ? Is it a matter of Stupidity ? Just can't figure out how they continually screw up my order -- cant be a matter of targeting me, because they do the same thing when ever my wife goes in there too. I attempted to call the store on the phone to say something to the Manager, but of course no-one was picking up their phone -- I guess that would have involved actually exerting some form of work. twice last week my husband and I went through the drive through,each time we went our softdrinks were nearly tasteless. i ordered a dr. pepper to find it was watered down, the next time my husband ordered orange soda and it too was nearly tasteless. Clearly they are not muxing the ingredients in the tap correctly. THIS IS THE WORST BB KING AROUND!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Every time I go through the drive through, they mess my order up. This time in 2 of my kids meal, they had french fries, and a toy...no chicken nuggets and no hamburger When I told the guy at the window they were missing food, I was accused of taking their food out and trying to get more for free. I am sooo disgusted with this BB King I will now have to drive 35 minutes the next time my kids want BB King! Sad too because they prefer BB King to McDonalds. they re-did this Burger King. it was a real dump before. it's looking amazing, they definitely spent some money here. unfortunately they have done little or nothing with staff training or customer service. it's a place where you feel you're hassling the staff by making an order. read more
