What's not to like? The burgers are delicious, the hotdogs are fantastic and they give you more fries than god would serve you in heaven. Seriously. We don't go all that often because there isn't one super close to us (hey, someone open one up where Pancake Cottage used to be and breathe some life back into Sunvet Mall - LOL). It's a tad pricey for what you're buying, but I'll give it to them that they make the price up in an over indulgence of yummy french fries. And the fries are a whole lot better than typical fast food fries. Can I also say, they have the best peanuts around. We've even tried to buy the same brand as people have tipped on the internet, but we just don't get what they serve in the store. I should just ask if we can buy a few bags from them! Simply put, it's really good food. When you're in the mood for burgers, hotdogs and fries, you can go wrong with Five Guys!

Slower than the other five guys locations and usually pretty packed...I order in advance or else there's at least a 20 minute wait for the food on most occasions and varied times throughout the day. The only complaint I really have about the food that's petty is the raspberry ice tea never works properly and is always disgusting tea water. This location is also not as clean as other locations but the staff is just as friendly.

I really loooooove burgers and this place is one of my favorite burger places! Five Guys is famous for peanut oil and the fries are truly different with those in other places! I was really satisfied with the amount of fries that they are providing even though we ordered regular fries! However, if you are ordering through online, you need to be careful that you have to include all the ingredients that you want for your burger. I thought the checkboxes are for the extras, but it was not! If you want all the way, please check for all boxes!

Love the fries. Fast service. Free peanuts is a big bonus. We enjoy their burgers as well but usually just get the fries

This was our second visit to Gourmet Burger Bistro and we were looking forward to our meal. We were seriously impressed the first time and were looking forward to an equally enjoyable experience. My wife went with the Napa Valley Burger, which came loaded with bold flavors--creamy brie, sweet fig jam, and crispy onions all layered on a juicy patty. She's not one for gushing, but I got a solid "this is really good" out of her, which speaks volumes. I went the custom route with a turkey burger from the Build-a-Burger menu. Turkey patties can go either way--dry or forgettable--but this one was moist, well-seasoned, and didn't play second fiddle to the beef options. The brioche bun held up nicely. Continuing to keep things simple, we decided that the meal was enough and just ordered two coffees for dessert. The coffee arrived piping hot and smooth--not an afterthought like you get at some places. Finally, things are pricey but worth every bite! What really sealed the deal was our waitress. Friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of chatty. She made sure everything came out just right, checked in without hovering, and had great timing with the check. All in all, this spot blends gourmet creativity with comfort food vibes. If you're into burgers done right--with options to match your mood--this place is a must-visit. Be careful about parking, the spots directly across the way from the restaurant are metered. If these are not free, continue straight and the municipal lot will be in front of you. All spots here are metered as well. If you like a picture or a comment, please let me know. Every comment makes a difference.

The food and service were great, and I want to acknowledge our server Christine, who was a real joy to interact with. We stopped in for a Friday lunch. I ordered a salad and one of the soup specials. My Burrata Salad was $14 for a big portion of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and basil topped with a big hunk of burrata cheese, roasted peppers and a balsamic glaze. The salad was excellent, especially the creamy decadent Burrata. Half of it came home with us. My soup was a cup of Mediterranean Lentil for $6. It came in a bowl-sized portion with a big hunk of fresh Italian bread. Both were great, and I loved how the soup was served piping hot and not tepidly lukewarm like so many places serve their soups. My wife ordered an Eggplant Parmigiana Flatbread, and this is where Christine displayed her customer service skills. She told us the restaurant had run out of Eggplant the night before and ran back to the kitchen to see if there was a new supply ready for today. She came back and said it hadn't been fully prepped yet, so it wasn't available, but would we like to try Cauliflower Parmigiana instead? That sounded intriguing to us, and we agreed. The flatbread that came out ($16) was delicious. Big nuggets of sauteed Cauliflower with cheese and marinara sauce on a flatbread. It tasted so good, we vowed to try making our own Cauliflower Parm at home. Lunch ran around $40 after tax and tip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Port Bistro & Pub.

We read a recent review where someone proclaimed the owner to be nasty & unfriendly (sure, I am paraphrasing). Those types of reviews are generally emotionally charged and written by plebs I find. More on that toward the end. Pulling up to a rather unassuming east end Long Island small shopping plaza drenched in rain; opening the door, you are taken back to a semi rustic and dim interior. Perfectly elegant in its bucolic charm- with nice lounge music playing. It is a sit where one likes atmosphere. This is meant with the utmost of respect and candour. We were greeted kindly by the proprietoress (Jacqueline), and handed pleasantly robust binders with the wine list and food. Deciding to treat this in the more European café type, we had glasses and charcuterie. I, the Sagrantino, and her the Kerner. Jacqueline was vocally pleased with our interesting choices. The night drew on, more wine ensued, more food, multiple conversations, and I completed reading through each page and wine choice...finding much to be recognised and appreciated (Kirwan, Moric, Georg Breuer to name but a few) At the end of the night, I asked Jacqueline to pick an appropriate nightcap. She not only delivered, but gave us a wonderful story including the provenance and her experiences - ultimately, the word genius came up more than once. To wit, there was nothing here but an exceptional experience with a like-minded wine enthusiast. I felt welcomed and in the frith of old kin. Nasty, belligerent, dullard atmosphere- indeed not. We got our drinks and ordered our food, that's where it all went wrong. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and was only checked on by our waitress one other time when we asked for drink refills which we also waited another 10 minutes for. We were getting up to leave due to the wait and our food finally arrived. Once our food arrived to the table after asking multiple waitress and asking what the hold up was, the food was cold and highly disappointing. Our plates came hotter than actually food on them. Most of our food was also missing and came out many minutes after. We then asked for a manager so they are aware of the poor service and freezing food. The manager took well over 20 minutes to get to the table and once we told her the situation she told us the poor service was because of the government and the fact that "no one wants to work". After she made that excuse her only resolution was either a 50% discount or our food to be remade which i'm sure would have taken another hour. Our bill came out to $65 instead of $150 for food we didn't eat and had been sitting under the lights in the kitchen for over an hour. The customer service and lack of accountability for slow and infuriating actions made not want to return to this location.
