Well, the first thing that has to go at this Burger King would be the management team after coming back with cold food. The employee put their finger into the food, took it back to the microwave and brought it back without literally turning the microwave on and handed it over consumption. I'm a delivery driver. I pulled up on a Tuesday roughly 1130pm at night. I had to tell this lady that I was here for an ubereats 3 times before I was met with a "yeah, we have that. Pull around." Okay, I get it. I have worked in the industry my whole life, it's late night. There were two other cars in the drive thru other than me, both in front of me. Line took a while which I was completely expecting. As i'm pulling to the window i'm greeted with two bags of food in my face. I say "whoa, is this for (customer name)?". I get "yeah" and she TOSSES the two bags into my car. This is clearly the manager. She literally broke the seal on one of the bags in the process. I am extremely patient and understanding of fast food places, particularly in late night situations, but this was completely unacceptable. I was never even remotely rude to her. read more

This Burger King is so clueless and so are the two managers I dealt with (Morning managers). My friend wanted a Biscuit, Egg and sausage no cheese. He got cheese. I wanted a biscuit, egg, bacon AND cheese and I got no cheese. Something that should have been 5 minutes took over 35 minutes to correct. My granddaughter and I went into the Portage Ave., Burger King on April 10 of 2026. Ordering two Impossible whopper burgers, one with fries and one with onion rings. There was no eye contact at all from the person who took our order. When she read back the order to us, she had stated 2 orders of fries, but I told her that I had wanted onion rings. She just nodded and ran off. When our order came, there were the two Impossible Burgers on the tray, along with two orders of fries! I went back up to the counter with the two orders of fries and told them that one of these should be an onion ring. The lady at the counter angrily shouted that on her order, it said two fries, and took the two orders of fries off my tray and threw them into the trash. The lady that was taking orders, just looked at me and kind of rolled her eyes. But she said they would get my onion rings to me. They called my name again, and I went back to the counter. Now, the onion rings were there, but not the fries my granddaughter had ordered because of course, the angry lady had thrown them both into the trash. then I had to ask them to give me an order of fries for my granddaughter. So they scraped up some fries and plopped them on the tray. I then needed ketchup packets, which I politely asked for, and those also got plopped onto my tray. My granddaughter and I had had a bad experience with this Burger King about four or five months prior to today, but figured we would give them another chance thinking it had been a bad day for them. But now we knew that this Burger King is the absolute worst Burger King we have ever been to and will NEVER ever come back! Whomever the manager is, he or she is not doing their job. Worst Burger King ever, can't seem to follow simple requests (Have it your way?) Poor management ( especially the woman) can be very rude to customers. Staff, what little they have seem poorly trained and not motivated. Usually no greeting when placing order inside, they just stand there looking at you. 90%+ of the time something is wrong with the order ! Burgers not assembled correctly and without consistency. My average wait time for my food is typically 10-15 minutes and that's on a good day. I keep hoping it will get better, it just doesn't, this has been going on for at least 6-8 months. read more

Why do I always see Health code violations at BK? I've spoken to BK managers before but it must not work. Dear Burger King: Workers are not supposed be drinking or consuming food in the food prep area! It's called a health code violation. And what about workers in their dirty phones? You think those phones aren't havens for germs? Update 5-11-21: why is it that so many times I come to this restaurant at approximate 10:00-10:30 at night and I'm told they cannot take an order at the drive-through because they are having a system update that may take up to a half hour or more? Wish I could give a negative stars. One of the Managers was so rude this morning. My Husband ask for Jelly with Our Order and was told that They do not have Jelly no more. Then My Husband ask for His Blue Drink that They forgot to give Him yesterday. The Manager said She has nothing to with that. My Husband said go in back to check Your log book and it will show that you owe a Blue Drink to Me. Once again The Manager says She has nothing to do with that and its not Her problem. I have been going to this Burger King for a while now and tonight will be my last time. I went there this evening and went to the drive thru - asked about the new sandwich and read the name of it as it was on the sign and she says you are confusing two sandwiches. I gave my order and she got everything wrong. I asked for the food to be fresh and without onions on the sandwich and I get home and of course it looks like they added MORE onions then usual and it was not even warm. The only positive thing is that the fries were hot. They may have remodeled the outside of the building too bad they can't do the same with the food. read more
