Awful. Just utterly awful. Why don't we spend seven minutes trapped before the order window because the drive thru traps you into a lane and apparently the staff cannot be bothered to take orders! One car sat at the payment window waiting on nothing. The car in front of me couldn't take an order as the employee kept refusing to listen. What gives? When I asked for a manager to speak with them about the situation, the girl at the drive through became extremely disrespectful and repeatedly called be a B****! Super slow service, same as a couple years ago when I moved to the area. Today I sat in the drive through for more than a couple minutes at the drive through order speaker saying Hello? Hello? With no response. No "one moment please". No "I'm sorry for the wait, we're very busy or under staffed". Had to put my order in at the window and pull to the front. This place is always slow. Several times in the drive thru, I've had to pull up front and wait for them to bring me my order, a good 10 min later. Maybe they are always understaffed? The food has always been correct and the service friendly, but the main reason I warn others off this location is the potholes!!! Seriously the worst potholes in SE Michigan for a retail place. I entered the drive through at about 5 minutes to 7 on Wednesday August 19. The cars in front of me were taken care of an when it was my turn to give them my order nothing happened. I waited and waited and waited until 13 minutes after 7. At that time I drove through, looked into the restaurant and observed that everyone had left, there was no one in the restaurant. This location is a pit. They don't sweep the area around the store. My cashier handled money and then handled food. The manager, Crystal, complained that the drive-thru pop dispenser was broken while she was texting her BFF. The parking lot has potholes so deep I scraped the bottom of my car -- twice (potholes were flooded, so I couldn't see them). Employees were so slow they were barely moving. Horrible. I don't have the urge to ever go to a Burger King anywhere after this experience. This is my first single star on Yelp but I would have given this particular location zero stars if I could. Lukewarm food (at best.) People with wrong orders from the drive-thru coming in to try and fix it. Disorganization and confusion at the counter. Slow service. Dirty tables in the dining room with NO ONE around. We dined in and there were only a couple of customers and a lot of dirty tables. No employees checked on the dining area or cleaned the tables during the half hour we were there. It was Saturday afternoon and a beautiful day. Burger King has a $.50 cone deal. Where are the people? Wisely, SOMEWHERE ELSE. The fast food places nearby seemed pretty busy. Now I know why this place isn't. Keep driving. The King doesn't live here. read more

I'm not a picky person especially when it comes to fast food but I literally couldn't even eat my chicken sandwich b/c it was so disgusting covered in so much mayonnaise it slid off the bun every time I took a bite. I went through the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Once I got my order it was wrong, so I went inside BK to get it corrected. That's when I saw an employee use her bare hands to grab a meat patty and put it in the fryer. I told the cashier that I wanted to talk to a manager and that I wanted a refund. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to come out to give me a refund. I told the manager that I wanted my money back because an employee used her bare hands when touching the meat. The manager said, "Oh, I didn't see that" and walked away. It was horrible. I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru, they got my order wrong, then I waited another 10 minutes for a refund and no one ever apologized. If the manager doesn't have any customer service skills then there is no hope for this place. I won't be going back to this location. read more

The employees... terrible. Swearing, yelling at each other (jokingly not violently), and there's plenty of work to be done in the restaurant. The floors are stained and sticky, the tables have food scraps all over, and the drink counter is disgusting. Currently sitting in the back of the restaurant and I can hear one on the phone and another talking about personal business I won't write about. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this Burger King it takes 10 -15 minutes to get our food. Not matter what time of day it is they ALWAYS tell me to pull forward and wait by the door even if I'm the only car in line. One time I asked if I could sit by the window until someone comes up behind me and she said "no because we're on a timer". EVERY SINGLE TIME I get my food it is cold. One of the managers is the most rude individuals I have come across I will not mention her name. Her excuse to me for being rude and unprofessional was "that everyone is entitled to a bad day". One of the employees was cursing loudly, and the managers response to her was watch your mouth. An employee picking up her check walks in goes into an office gets her check and yells out something and cursing, This was the most unprofessional setting. Only one employee apologized and she was not involved in the chaos. The one who should have been apologizing is the manager. I have gone to this particular BK on several occasions and this is the first time I have had an unpleasant visit. I have lodged a complaint with customer service. So I walk in with my friends,and it takes them at least 6 minutes to notes us then another 4 to get to us,and when I said hi to the manger he said nothing back, he also stared at me blackly when I was ordering. then these two men walk in. I have been VERY disappointed twice. Once I got horribly soggy fries at lunch. They were rude when I told them and asked for more. Because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt I went at breakfast a few weeks later and it was worse! The biscuit was as hard as a rock. I was given excuses when I told them and then was told at 10:15 that they had no more brkfst and did I want my $$ back. I told them no thank you that Id really like my brkfst. They found another biscuit and I checked the top before leaving and it felt old but not super hard so I left again. Once gone i bit into it and bottom of biscuit was too hard to eat- I threw it away. This is the worst example of fast food and customer service I have ever experienced. Based on the previous reviews, they must've made some changes in the past year. I wouldn't normally review a fast food restaurant, just because you don't really expect the best service or food at any of them..you just go when you're in the mood for something quick, cheap, and greasy. However, I stopped in this Burger King recently with my 2 year old son and husband to waste a few minutes while our tire was being fixed next door. The staff there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even a staff member who seemed to be on break in the restaurant seating area welcomed us and was very friendly. They were eager to please and compliment my toddler..he got one of those BK crowns instantly. The staff just seemed to really enjoy working there..which you rarely see at fast food restaurants. The restaurant itself was noticeably very clean as well. The food was just fine as far as fast food goes. My husband and I left there thinking that was quite a unique fast food experience with regards to the service and so I pretty motivated to come on Yelp and give them a positive review. read more
