Don't bother coming unless you really craving bk. Everytime i come here I'm always waiting atleast 30 minutes or more, even though there's barely any cars in the drive through, like 3 at most and still take forever. If you do plan to come here, atleast go inside and order instead of waiting in the drive thru line wasting gas. Don't know how a fast food place can be this slow when it's not even busy. Even though it opened up not too long ago, i don't see how it'll survive much longer how SLOW the service is. Then again, it's right next to a sketchy area so i guess that'll keep it afloat for the time being. You're better off driving to a different location to be honest. read more

This place sucks! My first time here and here's how it went. Pulled in to two cars in front of me at the drive thru, when traffic didn't move at all for 5 mins, I pulled out and went inside to order. Inside I stood at an empty register, there were 5 employees visible, one working drive thru, an employee with a lead or manager (wearing red shirt) who were cooking, 1 older guy walking around dining area and a Manager (wearing a black shirt) stocking supplies. Now I have 15yrs of management in my background and whatever your doing you stop and assist a customer or at least acknowledge them with a greeting if you can't get to them right away. I got nothing from nobody, just glares like I was annoying them! Again about 5 mins pass and the drive thru employee walked over to take my order. I thought all was okay, nope. After taking my order, another guy went to the counter and was helped, while waiting the red shirt lead asked him if he had been helped and he replied yes. He then asked her how was her day and she ignored him completely? She heard because she was a lot closer then I was to this guy and I heard him very clear. That's when I noticed none of the employees interacting with the customers were polite or even fake smiling, they all gave that " WTF do you want" attitude! Lastly, getting home, I discovered my order was completely wrong. Part of my order included the 2 for $5 double sausage and egg croissant's and 2 large hash browns. What I got was 2 sausage and bacon croissant's and the large hash browns were only filled halfway! If this is how Burger King is, no thank you!!!! read more

One time I went here with my dad and sister to check out their breakfast specials and the lady running the drive was both rude and slow...even though not a single person was in the parking lot and the place did mention they were open. This Burger King is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL fast food establishment. The employees are slow, aggressive and negative! There is absolutely zero customer service here. (GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! ASAP!!!) There seems to be Constant CONFUSION with orders. Its clear (VERY CLEAR) that there is a lack of understanding in how to keep business moving quickly and efficiently. It has been this way since this location opened and the issues should have ironed out by now. Yet, nothing is changing. So here is a tip: Always maintain professionalism when customers are frustrated with your inability to do what the other Burger Kings do (work efficiently). The proper thing to say is " Sorry for the delay, we will get your order shortly". Then SMILE....INSTEAD of looking like your mad you work at Burger King!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO RAN A BURGER KING RESTAURANT!!!! Came in around 11:30PM and asked specifically if they still have the BK STACKER by any chance and after waiting for an answer, they replied back single or double, in which we responded double. Asked for order of 4 piece of mozzarella cheese sticks. Whoever took the order didn't repeat the order and just told us the total. Came home to a REGULAR damn cheese burger whopper size made with multiple small burger Patties. The damn mozzarella sticks had 3 instead of 4 and they stuck some fries in there to blend in the fullness of the bag. I called twice and no one answered the phone. Calling tomorrow for the district manager's number and will be seeking a damn refund! If I can give this a ZERO, I'd gladly would! Hoping to speak to someone soon! UNACCEPTABLE WORK ETHIC. The Double cheese burger they gave instead of a damn BK Stacker (that they claimed to have) . Even BBQ couldn't mask the taste of mustard. zero stars, if i could; negative twenty stars is what they truly deserve. what can i say that hasnt been said already by adventurous and observant yelpers before me? this place lacks efficiency, lacks courtesy, and is devoid of professionalism. we were here recently where my spouse and i placed two separate online bk orders at approx 8pm. the bk restaurant is a mere 10min drive, not too far from where we live- what SHOULDVE been a simple pick-up-the food from drive thru n head home resulted in an hour of anger and frustration. when we arrived at bk there were approx 4or 5 cars ahead of us- two were waiting at the speaker and there were other vehicles inching their way to the drive up window. we notice that the car at the speaker not moving, to the point a large gap formed between that car and the car inching towards the pick up window. for what seemed like fBKing forever, the car at the speaker finally moves and is now in the que for the pick up window. so, now the car ahead of us waits for ANOTHER fBKing 10mins, and then finally moves into que. at this point, im getting fBKing irritated and im predicting that our wait is gonna be fBKing hella long too, right? RIGHT- so now WE are now fBKing waiting a long time at the speaker to inform the fBKing bk crew that we have an online order to pick up. finally the crew comes on the speaker and she is sounding ghetto and unprofessional. i tell her we both have online orders ready to pick up, and i give her my name and order number. then she replies, "oh, youre gonna have to wait a very looong time for your order." whut the fBK?! how is that i have to wait a long time for my fBKing order, when i already placed the order 30mins ago?! then i tell her we also have my spouses online order to pick up, and she claims her order was not placed and doesnt exist. after a bit of arguing at the speaker i informed her that i will resolve this at the window; she replied with a response indicating she could care less. now, one might think that once past the speaker and in the que for pick up window it would be faster, right? RIGHT?? WRONG, FBK NO! the wait at the window was JUST AS FBKING LONG, whut the steaming fBK?! we waited for the two cars ahead us to inch forward and get their food. when our turn arrived at the pick up window, we again argued that my wife had placed an order at this specific bk, and even proceeded to show the confirmation on her phone. after a bit more arguing did she notice a bag with my wifes name on it, picked it up, and asked is if that was my spouses order (gee, mam, im assuming it is, since it DOES appear with my spouses name on it... but, since youre the fBKing staff thats been filling the orders, SHOULDNT YOU FBKING KNOW?!) what was upsetting is that, even tho we showed her the confirmation of my spouses order, she denied it existed- she WANTED us to LEAVE without the order my spouse paid for! so, now, we finally we get my spouse's order, and shes now shes asking irrelevant questions to deflect her incompetence and give a poor appearance to problem solve: "was your spouses order placed first?" (no, pay attention; my order number was 47 and my spouse was 49... does that sound or even CALCULATE that my wifes order was placed first?! and secondly, what fBKing difference does it make which order came first? after 40min both orders SHOULD be fBKing ready!) ... and that brings me to my final fBKing gripe... MY ORDER was STILL in the process of being filled! HOW? Why the fBK why?! so, after placing my order, DRIVING 10mins to the establishment, WAITING 30mins behind several cars and waiting an ADDITIONAL several minutes to get to the pick up window and arguing 5mins with the staff- MY ORDER IS STILL NOT READY??! i did get my food, btw. we started our quest at 8pm. i had my food in my hands well after 901pm. this bk is woefully, - fBKing disorganized - fBKing incompetent - fBKing slow and inefficient - fBKing discourteous - fBKing ghetto ...fBKing no stars if i could; fBK this bk. read more

7/25/22. Can I give a negative 5? The Tam O'Shanter location is unbelievably slow. I considered driving across the lawn to get out of the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. This is a fairly new building so I figured I'd try it anyway. Mistake. I live 3 minutes from BK. My food was cold. I took 3 bites and thru out the cold burger and fries. Save your time & money. I did not expect to come on here to see negative reviews, I was on a mission today to leave a review because I had an amazing experience. Honestly probably the first one at any Burger King! I came into the drive thru about 11:00 and was greeted amazing on the intercom, she even included her name! I ordered my food and I didn't feel rushed. When I was done ordering she said thank you and go to the window. When I went to the window she still kept an amazing customer service, even asked if I needed ketchup or anything else with my food! Then ended it with have a good day! I am a business owner as well, and I know having a great attitude and customer service will continue to have people come in. I will be back! Also the wait was fast, I was surprised because there was 2 cars in front of me and it was almost lunch time! read more
