As usual hubby picked up so can't comment on the atmosphere or parking. Chicken was cooked and juicy and good size. I enjoyed the lemon pepper more, only because there was more "salty" flavor compared to the garlic Parmesan. Since they were fried, don't expect an oil-less bottom chicken wings. It is what it is. Sure they could have drained it a bit more but then it'll get too warm. As for the veggies, wish there were a bit more; love my veggies! I typically love Wingstop but sometimes when they are in a rush, the quality and customer service suffers. I ordered via their app for delivery and upon it arriving to my door this evening, I did not receive my drinks or the side dips for my meals. The Door Dash driver said the restaurant didn't provide the cups. I think this is an error on the driver and the restaurant. However, I have seen in real life that drivers just walk right up and don't check orders for completion. The restaurant should also do a better job at ensuring each order is ready to go. Big concern! Service was good pleasant and helpful. Inside the place was clean. Ordered sandwich to share with the newly brought back hot honey. It was good but more hot than honey. Nice kick of spice. The sandwich overall was really good. The chicken was cooked well, didn't have weird parts to it as some chicken sandwiches do. It's just crispy enough and I asked for no pickles. Lemon pepper boneless wings were good. My only complaint would have to be the fries. They seem to never be fresh and get soft fast. The cheese sauce brings me back to high school days when they served cheese fries back in the day. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. They have a new policy that requires you to show the physical card you used to place the order, which is a complete waste of time. I prepaid for my order with Apple Pay, and when I showed up to pick it up, I had forgotten my physical card. Despite having the receipt and the order confirmation, they refused to give me my food. The "manager," Maggie Orozco, couldn't even provide a physical receipt for a refund. It's completely unreasonable to require a physical card to pick up an order that's already been paid for electronically. Very poor customer service and a policy that makes no sense. I placed a pick up order at this location. When handing me my order the employee reassured me that everything was in the bags. Once I got home I realized that I was missing my 20 piece wing order. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years so I am more than understanding that mistakes happen. I called the location to let them know that I was missing part of my order and the employee that I spoke with replied, "Really? You were missing the 20 wings? We checked the order before giving it to you and it was in there." Initially I was taken back by her response. I replied, "Yes the wings were missing. Everything else on the order was in the two bags, however I did not receive the 20 piece wings." The employee then replied, "Well you will have to bring everything back if you want us to remake the 20 piece wings." I returned to the dining room, explained to my family that I had to take the food they were already eating back to WingStop. While I was driving to the location, I received a call from the supervisor on duty stating that I did not have to bring back the food and they would remake my 20 piece wings. I then explained to her that I already packed up the food like they requested and was on my way back. Once I got to the location, I asked to speak to the supervisor . The supervisor explained that it was policy for them to ask customers to bring back the order if anything was missing. I then asked if they were able to confirm from the rest of the employees that the wings were in the bag. She then ADMITTED that they did not put the wings in the bag and further explained that she was on her break and there was a language barrier with the cooks which led to the wings not being placed in the bag. I asked why they wouldn't confirm with the rest of the team before inconveniencing customers to bring their order back and she replied that was just the policy. I asked for the general managers name and requested for her to write it down so I could follow up. She then replied she can give me the managers name but couldn't not write it down. I understand policies have to be followed, however, the customer service and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. read more

I like coming to this location because the customer service and the friendliness of the staff are usually on point. The food can be hit-or-miss. In the past, I placed online orders for the Lemon Pepper wings or Garlic Parmesan wings. The chicken was under-seasoned most of the time. Now, I call the store the restaurant and request to add extra seasoning to those wings. The flavor would taste 10x better than before. This is everyone: Shopping around Trinity Parkway and suddenly you get hungry. Luckily there are a ton of food options in the area. But you can't go wrong with Wingstop. I always get good food here, i actually used to work here and idk what happened with the management but recently ive had 2 bad experiences with whoever the point is on night shift. Young seemingly white/latina girl? I sooo wish I was leaving a good review. I come here a lot (enough that my husband usually is known by name). The food is always great (and is today too) BUT for the second time in the past week and a half we've gotten home to a bag full of buffalo sauce & and box put in sideways. Not fallen, just lazily put in, we always check the bag and the fries are always sitting on top like usual. So now instead of my car seat getting covered in buffalo sauce, this time it was my husbands pants. It's just frustrating. After reviewing the Wing Stop in Manteca and the Buffalo Wild Wings here in Stockton, it only made sense to give the Wing Stop in here in town a review. I came in today and ordered and the food was great. Staff was friendly and my food wasn't as drenched in oil like how it usually is at the Manteca location. They were generous on the fries to where I couldn't finish them. Only recommendation I have is put the fountain drinks out on the floor where the customers can get their own drinks. The only time it makes sense for the staff to pour your drink for you is if it's something custom or if you're ordering through the drive thru. Customers may feel it a inconvenience to ask for a refill when everyone is in the back preparing food. Also, if there's a long line you're more than likely to be waiting to get your drink refilled while the workers are putting in orders and filling up drinks for incoming customers. Allowing customers to pour their own drinks will cut down on a few seconds each drink adding to better usage of production time of the employees.
