When I got up in there it was packed almost all the seats were filled up it was like five people ahead of me. The cashier Mia did a wonderful job I love that she kind of like upselled and she repeated back almost everyone's order I like that she asked how I was doing I apologize I didn't answer back I'm so hungry and I forgot to take pictures of my food. And I'll be honest in and out Burger french fries is not on my list but them hamburgers I think it was a number two I just wish it was a little bit bigger but it was delicious. Was two times within a month - and although not my normal spot - I was there enough to know this place is just as good as the rest. Outdoor seating and a footprint that is slightly different than most other In N Outs. Service was fast and friendly. An old mall is nearby. Popularity of said mall didn't appear to be all that great - but I didn't explore that at all. The menu is tiny - and I'm ok with that - its less brain power to make a decision. Ok I started my experience in the drive thru. No. The line wrapped around the corner. I decided to park and get my order faster. I was very surprised at the Simple menu. Most fast food places have boards and boards of food choices. Not INO. I like that, don't overwhelm folks! Be good at one thing, a burger. Very efficient and smooth employee work flow process from customer service on down to the fryer. A well oiled machine. I literally sat there waiting for my food in awe. Seriously.. everyone is working, everyone is helping each other make the food and prepare it for orders. I was very impressed. This is the model. This is how fast food should be. Last but not least, it took a few minutes to get but the food was delicious! The burger was so yummy I wish I had ordered two! The fries were crispy and hot (they could have fried a bit longer but they were ok). I ordered a small shake just to try it and it was good. Not sure what's with this location but they always mess out order up. I get it, they get so many orders, and ours is always a huge order because anytime I go here, I'm getting at least 6-7 meals because my whole family like in & out and everyone is equally different in their ordering.. One person likes tomatoes, another doesn't. One wanted grilled onions, another likes em raw. I want a lettuce wrap, someone else wants a Flying Dutchman. So I get it, but every single time at least 2 of the orders and wrong and then 2 people are mad they didn't get their food right lol. Not to mention.. you order 6 meals and tell them you want chilies! That means I should at least get 6 chilies.. they be playing like they don't make money and will give us 3 containers and when you ask for more they say "it's in the bag" nooo, I have 3 containers but we ordered 6 meals so I should have 6. I've never had any issues with any In-N-Out locations, & I regularly go to the Pacific location here in Stockton or the Lodi location. Once I arrived home, I was like, "What tf!" The portions of fries were very little, not even full, & typically they are. This is the second occurrence within two weeks at the same location. Is this location rationing their fries? I absolutely love In N Out Burgers! I would drive from my childhood home in Emeryville Ca all the way to Tracy Ca to get a #2. Today I stopped by the Stockton location on Pacific and Yoktus. The order taker and food handler provided excellent customer service however, I asked for no ketchup and no salt. There was a salt packet on my fries. The fries was about a little over half full and a bit greasy and warm not hot. Not a good experience today. read more

From what I'm told, this is the In-N-Out that is Cleaner, newer, and has a bigger parking lot, in comparison to all the other In-N-Outs in Stockton. Stocktonnnnn!!! I didn't enjoy my burger. When I ordered I asked for hot fries, the guy taking my order told me that he would make sure my fries were hot. Well, neither the fries or the burger were hot. The line moved fairly well, and they repeated my order to make sure it was correct, he gave me a ticket with my order printed out & how much I owed and I liked that!!! When I reached the cashier, she told me to go to the second cashier, which was new to me. I went and was on my way to the parking lot where I sat and ate.
