I came to this location around 2:40 am on 4/1/21. First of all, I wanted to order egg rolls. They didn't have any. No problem. Next, I decided to order a Large Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo. In the drive-thru, I was speaking to a male employee. He asked if he can give me a small drink rather than a large cup, as they have also run out. I asked, "Why can't I receive two small cups to make up for the large cup?" He replied in a rude voice, "WELL, we don't want to waste any cups!" How the heck are you going to charge me for a large combo but give me a small drink? And then, you don't accommodate my wish of wanting two cups to make up for it? Because of his rude disposition, I immediately dismissed him and decided to leave (good thing that extra lane was there). There are four things they all could've done to rectify this situation: 1) The night manager should've done a discount on my order. 2) I could've been charged for a small combo instead. 2) The general manager should've ordered more cups ahead of time if large soda cups were this popular. 3) An employee could've driven to another location and borrow cups. Simple solutions for an easy problem. I know this because I worked in a fast-food restaurant before. Nevertheless, I don't appreciate coming here at nearly 3 am just to be treated the way I did. I was extremely nice and the male employee just had a nasty attitude in reciprocation. If you don't like your job/working graveyard shifts, maybe it's time to go somewhere else. You just don't lower your customer service skills because it's late. After this poor experience, I won't be returning. read more

The gentleman who worked there (late night) was phenomenal. but whoever was taking orders whether it was the old or young lady (bc i dont know which it was) was extremely rude and impatient while we were ordering and after clarifying TWICE i wanted NO taco sauce on my loaded tiny tacos proceeded to put so much taco sauce in there every taco is covered in it to the point there is literally a pool of it in the bottom of the container. extremely disappointed and i'll make sure to never come here late at night again unless she's not working. read more

I stopped going to the one by my house because they have become so rude! Now that I come to this JB, I'm happier with the service. The same person has helped me both times that I've gone and he's great! He's friendly, no attitude, and gets my order right every time. Worst customer service ever provided by employee, Maribeth. Not sure if she can't multitask or just has a hearing problem but she shouldn't be working the drive thru if she's going to have an attitude when she has to correct your order when you get to the window because she got it wrong at the menus. Ordered 2 sausage croissant sandwiches. At first, she thought I was just ordering a sausage patty and I repeated that I wanted the sausage croissant sandwich. Then she advised that it was their 2 for $3 deal and put it on the order which popped up as "breakfast jack". I asked her several times if it was the croissant sandwich and she kept insisting it was. I get to window and confirmed with her again that I was getting croissant sandwiches and she finally realizes she was wrong. I told her I wanted no cheese of them and she yells to the back, "no eggs!", and I had to specifically detail my order to her again as "sausage and egg, no cheese". She charged my card and handed me the receipt & card back followed by 2 drinks. I only ordered one drink so I looked at my receipt and noticed she charged me for a Sprite when I'd asked for fries. I told her that I did not want the Sprite and she huffed, "Oh my god". She had a completely nasty attitude at this point. I told her that she'd gotten my order wrong from the beginning, and she continued mumbling to herself. She handed me a refund (again with an attitude) and the shoved the bags of food at me then shut the window. No "sorry" or "thank you". Never coming back here again. Would rather drive further away to go to another location or fast food chain than have to deal with this rude and unprofessional person. read more

A-OK... for the Grilled Sandwiches.. They are decent and they make them fresh while you wait. But I feel they are overpriced. I had a BOGO coupon.. that made it less painful. Overall, JITB is one of my favorite fast-food joints...mostly because they do not cook it until you order it! read more

In the area today doing service calls. Stopped in here for a bite to eat before I head back to the office. I noticed that this place has very low reviews. I enjoyed my experience here. I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a soda. I really like the new type of soda machines they have with the push buttons. the dining area is neat clean and organized. The tables are clean and the servers are friendly. I did take notice of the kitchen and cooking area while I was at the front counter. Everything back there also looks organized and clean. That is important to me and it should be to you too. I work in commercial kitchens all day long and I can spot a dirty kitchen a mile away. It does look like they go to extra effort to keep this place very clean and organized. way to go Jack in the Box. My experience here was good. I don't really have any criticisms of this restaurant or my experience so I'm going to give you 5 stars. read more

I had a horrible morning coming to Jack In the Box I had my sauces tossed in my hand they fell on the ground I had to yell to even get the sauces and I had to open my car door to pick the sauces up off the ground the drive through was horrible I don't think I'll recommend anyone to go there because that Mexican lady had horrible service and she ignored me half the time when I was asking questions about the breakfast also my eggs had shells in them god I had horrible service and this is the last time I'll be going to that Jack In the Box I don't give this Jack In the Box any rating because it does not even deserve one just because of that one employee people should be happy at work and not giving people a hard time for trying to get some darn food I'm disgusted read more

The customer service at the speaker is good, however I have been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes now and I only placed my order. Since I placed my order, the line hasn't moved for about 15 minutes. It took about another 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. I've moved 1 vehicle length in 10 minutes. When you first walk in, the restaurant is very clean. Especially by the time I came which wasn't as busy. The lady that took my order was very patient since it took me awhile to order, after seeing the curly fries coming out the fryer hearing the oil making the fries soft yet crispy. Then I got a sourdough burger, that had melted cheese, very red tomatoes, and very crispy bacon with the patty. The smell of the restaurant was very pleasing, it gave you the mouth watery feeling. As I held my burger the bun felt like a soft pillow that had been warmed up to the perfect temperature. As you reached the center of the burger you can hear the crunching of the sweet the sweet tomatoes and crunchy bacon. After that day I'd still get that burger a very fancy grilled cheese sandwich. read more
