It's unfortunate that this BK has such low scores, but it's for good reason. I just went through the drive-thru wanting a frozen Coke. She said they didn't have any because "after a certain time of the day, they are 'unfroze'." Okay, I asked for a large Fanta, a whopper junior (no lettuce), and have-sies. If you're new to this offering, it's an order of half French fries and half onion rings. She was nice but carried on with a coworker showing her a meme on his phone. She then asked if I wanted ketchup, to which I replied, "No, thanks." When I got home, there was no Mayo on one of my buns, two small pieces of lettuce on the other which they clearly left behind while removing the lettuce, my have-sies had barely anything in the container, and I had a Coke instead of an orange soda!!! !Ay caramba! I know that this BK has a bad reputation for bad service, long waits, and messed up orders. I'm guessing that I've been pretty lucky. I go in to order, and there is normally no one else waiting to order. They almost never screw up my order, and everything I order has to be altered. They even got the burger I ordered for my dog right. Personally, I would rather go a few miles down the road to Char Hut. The only thing is that BK has the impossible burger, and Dunken Donuts is across the street. And that's what my wife wants. At the end of the day, it's fast food! Caught manager telling employee that "women aren't built that way". Asked them to wear gloves while handling the fries and the response was to leave and never come back. Called corporate, they keep saying to give them 5-10 more business days every time I call. Gave up on waiting. Here are some of the issues found on the last inspection that correlate with the issue i experienced (inspection from Sept. 9, 2021 - https://data.tallahassee.com/restaurant-inspections/broward/burger-king-5921/sea1613269/5508050/): High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee arrival to worked, place personal items in employee area and started to work in sandwich station without washing hands. Operator had employee wash hands. Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items. Operator did not know the 6 food borne illnesses, neither was any poster posted. Operator emailed poster to operator. Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. On a none busy dinner time, we get to the window the girl was reading back different orders that wasn't ours, than we told her which one was the correct one... she gave us an orange drink that doesn't look like Powerade... than she threw out my receipt. read more

Well this was a disappointment. It's been such a long time since I have been to Burger King. I only went because my wife's family wanted to. They brought the food home and to my surprise the chicken sandwich had cheese. Anyway... I open the sandwich to see and I find a label that partially torn it's for frozen foods. Awful!!! I was not about to waste a trip back to complain about the label. I know not to go to Burger King. Yep it's Burger King. One of the ten thousand or so plus stores they have around the world . I don't spend much time in these but will stop by and try to grab something healthy when I'm in a rush. Slim pickings for the healthy but it can be found. Service here is friendly but very slow. As for the quality of food, what was ordered on this day was well below BK standards or anyone else's. Three of us ordered three different breakfast sandwiches. all the breads were bland , mushy and what appeared to be a little stale. I believe they were supposed to be toasted but that didn't happen. tater tots were greasy, but that is kind of to be expected. Kind of wish I had a better option when I'm in a rush. I can't say I wont be back, unless a better option for when I'm in a rush pops up. Until then I'll keep searching for a better breakfast option when I'm in a rush. Cheers read more

Does BK management no longer instruct their employees on how to properly greet and speak to their customers? Driving into the not very busy drive thru, I was greeted with "what's your order?" No welcome, no please. Receiving my order, a bag was handed to me. The drink still sat on the window ledge and the server walked away. I was pretty sure he was getting my shake, but he could have said something. Finally he returned, and handed me my drinks. That was it. No thank you, no come again, nothing. Just rude. Its BK and my expectations are always low with BK. I have frequented this location in the past and are not too keen reviews for fast food joints. With few exceptions fast food restaurants always score low points with me. On past visits food has been good hot and fresh, its not the cleanest BK around. If you go between the hours of 11 and 2 you get fresh, hot burgers and sandwiches, a plus if the manager is working. I believe his name is Jorge a latin fellow who seems to work his tail off! But today it was 4 pm, I had not had lunch and wanted something quick. The Whopper was cold, you could tell it was not cooked when ordered and sat in one if those plastic trays BK uses to hold previously cooked patties. Fries tasted like onion rings, perhaps fried in the same oil? Ketchup machine spurts out some thick wannabe ketchup and the holder for the drink lids is filthy with lids all over the place. Female manager barking orders and the place is empty. Location needs a major redo soon! read more

I have to let you know. This evening 6/2/10, I went with my wife. We took the kids to play at the indoor playground. Were in the children area with our kids up in the play area. After 20 minutes, a man climbs down from the play area. My wife goes and tells the manager as I make sure he did not touch the kids. The manager says thanks and goes on. She even pointed him out leaving the store and he did not look. My wife comes back telling me he seemed disinterested. There is a census crew in there meeting and one of them tells us she told the manager an hour ago about the man that climbed up there and was not moving. Why she did not tell us? She said she did not want to lose her job? My son needs to pee and my wife takes him out and the manager is with a group of his workers behind the counter and says, there she is, they all turn and begin laughing. She came and told me. I walked out of the playroom and the manager took off for the back room. I waited by the counter and an older man came out who I called into the playroom. He was from corporate. We told him and he went back to look at the tapes and confirmed a man was in there and came out. It was too late to call the corporate office but I will tomorrow. I want the manager who knew a man was up there fired and possibly the whole crew. There were other children there and those parents were not happy when they found out. I later found out that has happened at other stores and a couple times they had guns and came down and robbed the store after hours. Stay tuned. read more

This place is just horrible. I only come because it's literally 1 minute away from my house & my boyfriend loves the food. But every time I come there's always an issue.. orders completely wrong.. no napkins with my food from drive thru. Lisa is very rude & gave me a nasty attitude when I ordered. She messed up my order so I had to park and come inside to get the rest of my order corrected & the lady Frances was in the middle of mopping and as soon as I come in she was mumbling under her breath about her not being done with her mopping & basically making me feel as if I was an inconvenience. There was no one in line behind me, I was asked to pull up and they would bring it to me, and it took over 10 minutes for me to get my order! Never in my life have I been to a bigger cluster fuck than this place. My wife and I stopped there after spending time at Markham Park and oh man what a mistake. I went inside to order and a young lady was taking the orders. She was dumber than a bag of hammers! There was 1 customer in front of me and it took her almost 15 minutes to take his order and process his credit card. She must have screwed it up 20 times and the manager (another Rhodes Scholar) had to keep coming out and resetting everything and then moving her to the cash register next to the one she just screwed up where she immediately screwed that one up and then the manager would come back out and do another reset while moving her back to the previous cash register. Finally she got that taken care of and then started the exact same routine with the next guy in front of me. By now about 25 minutes had passed and I got pissed and walked out without being able to place an order. If you value your time avoid this place like the plague. You wonder why more and more BKs are closing up or not as popular as McDs. It is because of the customer service. The food is good but trying to get it from the store is another thing. Tonight I just stopped by this location on Weston Rd to order a frozen coke. It was 11:15p and they close at midnight. I went to the drive thru and waited for a few minutes. No one came on to take my order. I said hello a few times and nothing. I then drove to the window and saw 2 employees in there. One was kneeling behind the counter doing what ever. The other with the headset walked by the window twice and ignored me. I thought he didn't see me so I honked my horn a few times to get his attention. Still nothing.
