Chili Cheese Dog

When you go the mall and eat at the food court, you really don't set your expectations high. I've never eaten here before but the burgers looked good and I love their hot dogs. The staff was friendly, took the order quick, no big issues there. The food took a little long because they cook it on a flattop, which is ok with me. The prices are ok, I think they are way overcharging on the hotdogs, considering it's not even a large hotdog. The burger pricing is good, on point. Food came out hot, accurate. Fries weren't bad, 6/10, kind of surprised. Overall, it was ok, not my favorite but it wasn't horrible.

I know! 4 stars for a food court place is a lot, but seriously my fries were piping hot and my sandwich was cooked on the spot. It wasn't sitting there waiting for me, I waited for it, 8 minutes (because that is how long he said it would take). My fish sandwich was freshly made with crisp/fresh lettuce. The tarter sauce was served on the side so I could have as little as much as I wanted. They have soda water on the machine! I was so excited for that as it is rare. Not only did they have it, the cashier didn't look at me like I had 3 heads for asking for it. I will definitely be back! Thanks food court restaurant for making me happy.

I finally try this place. I always have heard that they offer the best hot dogs, and in deed they are. However, I also tried their burgers, and I have to say that they know what they are doing. The recipe of the burger is outstanding, and besides of that they cooked on the grill which makes it quite better. As a side I order fries with cheese and bacon. They have many options for the fries, so don't miss the chance to order fries. I'll be back just to keep trying their others items on the menu. Highly recommended during your shopping at Sawgrass.

Simply, the best fast food operation in New York. The franks are classic and cannot be beat. Always clean.

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This location is a bit more tight, the parking lot and drive through area. However it is manageable - just a bit more traffic than some other locations we have been too. Service was good and restaurant was clean inside!

It's a fast-food concept that keeps things very simple with a limited menu: chicken tenders, fries, and a sandwich. We tried the 4 Chicken Fingers combo with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the recommended Arnold Palmer, sweet tea mixed with lemonade which was refreshing and enjoyable. My favorites were definitely the Texas toast and the coleslaw. The toast was lightly crisp with a buttery garlic finish that made it easy to enjoy. The coleslaw was fresh with a nice crunch and well-balanced creamy without being overly tangy or sweet. The chicken itself was tender but fairly mild. It was okay on its own and really relies on the sauce to bring the flavor together. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with self-serve fountain drinks and tea, and lemonade available at the counter. Service was prompt, location clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was okay. Sometimes simple works and sometimes it's just that: simple. The entire area is very well lit, and there is a menu board outside along with two staff members assisting with orders before you even reach the pickup window. This keeps the line moving efficiently and creates a very smooth experience from start to finish. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, which always makes the visit even better. And of course, the food is a 10 out of 10! My husband and I absolutely love their chicken tenders and fries. They offer several combo meals depending on how many tenders you want, and meals typically come with Texas toast, fries, and coleslaw. One thing we appreciate is how customizable the meals are, allowing you to swap sides if preferred. Their fresh-squeezed lemonade is also a huge favorite of ours, along with the famous Cane's sauce. We always order one or two extra sauces because they are just that good! Overall, this location does an excellent job with both food quality and customer service.

As I waited for my meal I observed how they operated. They had maybe 3-4 cooks preparing the food. And 3 up front trying to fix the orders to go out. I did get helped through the line fairly quickly, but after that I think I waited at least 15 minutes or so before my to go order was ready. As I waited I noticed all three workers that were behind the counter were filling the orders, but not one of them took the time to notice not one, but two customers that were waiting in line to place their order for quite some time. I did notice them turn around and look at them after they had been waiting for a good 5 minutes or so, but even then no one stopped to take their orders. Finally from the back a young man comes over to help them, but only after he took his time changing out the receipt paper. Once I received my to go order and took it home I couldn't wait to see how it tasted because most of the reviews said the food was good. Well, that's where I disagree. My "spicy"chicken sandwich had no taste. Very bland and the meat was crunchy instead of juicy. The fries were very greasy and my husband's Mac and cheese and rice were un edible. We tried the mango pies and they were ok, but not good enough for us to ever return. I can easily cross them off my list of places to try
