We were very disappointed with our visit. Every table in the dining area was dirty, and we had to ask someone to clean one before we could sit down. Unfortunately, things didn't improve from there. Our order was incorrect, and my burger wasn't even warm when it was served. To make matters worse, the restrooms were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. A clean dining room, accurate orders, hot food, and sanitary bathrooms are basic expectations at any restaurant. This experience fell well short of that, and we won't be returning unless significant improvements are made. read more

went there and the guy wouldn't even let my husband complete the order as kept interrupting him and kept saying is that all , then ordered a meal and he didn't even ask what we wanted to drink then got to window and he started to. 02/24/2020 4:45 pm I stopped by for a couple of hamburgers and a shake because it was the first place I saw after a long car drive and the cashier was on the phone and I basically bothered her to the point that she had to tell whoever was on the other side of the phone " hold on I'll call you right back". At this point I finally ordered and when she handed me the milkshake she said "here you go" and whispered "moron" right after. We had ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick up when we got to the window we were told they were out of bacon was that ok? Sandwich was made incorrectly and had mayo smeared all over the top. When I asked for a new one, they continued making orders. It took at least 5 minutes to get my new burger. I then asked for new fries since mine were now inevitably cold. They seemed very put out. Also, after my dog went to the bathroom outside (and I cleaned it up), I was informed that there were NO trash cans outside. I walked across the street to dispose, as I would not dispose inside! Went through the drive thru. 1 car in front of me. As soon as I pull up to place my order I am told just moment please. Then I here we will be with you in moment we are doing a shift exchange. I waited almost twenty minutes, the three cars behind me backed out and left as well as me. I know that fast food is hurting right now and I am more patient for that. i asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no tomatoes. i got 2 with tomato after going inside and asking for the correct order the man took the sandwiches and and removed the tomatoes (no gloves on just touching my food with his bare hands) after getting the correct order there was no spicy sauce on them which made me have another trip inside. not very happy at all to be honest ,shoulda went to mcdonald's i guess. read more

I've eaten at this Burger King Several times. This time was the first time in a while my partner and I got a deal on two burgers one order of fries and a medium drink and dined in for $3.83. The place was mostly clean very busy yet our food was done surprisingly quick. It was done in less than 3 minutes. Every table with the exception of 1 was clean. Didn't use the restrooms however seeing the lobby tells me the restrooms were probably clean too. Satisfied with the service and atmosphere. read more

Manager made aware that wrong item was given to customers but just made excuses rather Thant ale responsibility for it. We got three sandwiches and all three sandwiches was made wrong and the Funnel cake sticks which is supposed to be cooked to order was cold and hard we went in and told the manager which was the general manager and she explained that they was cooked to order and she would not replace them which was not the case if they had just come out of Grease they would be hot so we just threw them away! They refuse to refund your purchase of them. My ham and cheese croissants were cold as ice like they just thawed the ham out and slapped it on the bread. They called the cops on my husband for not pulling up into a parking space when his drive-thru order was not finished. When I called to speak with the manager she yelled at me and hung up within seconds, claiming my husband yelled at her - my husband has never yelled at me or my children. She was an angry woman lol I look forward to speaking with corporate to investigate this woman's actions by petitioning for review of the drive-thru cameras. This is a great BK. CLEAN, friendly staff, mainly older ladies that make you feel your grandmother is cooking. Good food and service.

Arrived at 10:28 pm on Saturday 2-3-18. The ice cream machine already shut down. The chicken fries were stale and cold. Ordered a Jr whopper with cheese hold the tomato. Must have received one on the shelf cause it had tomato and it was cold. They forgot to put in the honey mustard and also threw in a order of fries we didn't order that was also cold and yuk. Also ordered a regular whopper that the bottom bun was so soggy it wouldn't stay together to eat. Not sure I can handle eating there again. read more

Wish there was a zero star option. Headed to vacation, we Stopped on our way out of sweet water from a performance. I splurged and treated my four kids to a cookie. And if you've ever ordered fast food meals for six it's a task. The kids were so excited to get their cookies once they finished their meal (and we were in Cleveland) ONLY THERE WERE NO COOKIES IN THE BAG!! Tears commenced and I checked the receipt we were charged for them. In effort to console them i thought we would call and see if the Cleveland Burger King could give us cookies. Only the signal remained busy for 15 minutes. I gave up-we had a vacation to get to. My kids were not only disappointed that they didn't get a crown, but also that they didn't get cookies. This was their first visit to a Burger King. AND PROBABLY THEIR LAST. definitely a last for me. So I hate to say it but not only to the one in sweet water, every where we travel, you've lost six customers and made our kickoff to vacation one filled with tears. It's not a hard job I pack lunches every morning for six with a screaming baby on my hip and kids screaming that they will be tardy. And I don't forget the cookies. I used to work at this Burger King, and a manager there was very rude to me. She got mad one night because I had to leave 15 minutes early due to an asthma attack. She slammed stuff around, and everything. Well, I was in the break room, trying to catch my breath, when I heard the same manager talking bad about me to CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES Not very professional if you ask me. Then, just a few days ago my husband and I went to get some food from there. Well, they forgot my food.
