I've given this Burger King location multiple chances, and unfortunately my experiences have only gotten worse over time. I initially tried to address my concerns through the Burger King app, hoping customer service would step in and help resolve the issues I was having. Instead of assisting me, they simply blocked me from submitting any further reviews--an extremely disappointing response that shows little interest in customer feedback or improvement. As for the location itself, I strongly advise avoiding this place after 9 PM. On several visits, I was served food that was clearly not fresh--cold items that tasted like they had been sitting out since early evening. It's unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a major chain, to hand out meals in that condition. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but at this point it's important to warn others. I truly hope management steps up, because the quality and customer care at this location have been consistently lacking. read more

My order was not even what I ordered. I had to turn around from Wesley Chapel and come back. The manager was very nonchalant and she threw my order like it was no big deal into the back and remake this order. I got the bag back checked the order and it was still wrong. I asked the manager what does it take to get the order correct she kind of chuckled and said I don't know. That remark just made me more irritated. The third time the assistant manager came up front and remembered who I was and he said that he would redo the order because he remembered exactly what I wanted. He redid my order to the t it was perfect. He mentioned that the district manager actually had done my order and did it incorrectly the first time, the guy that was by himself during a lunch rush did it the second time it was wrong. This was the Burger King on the corner of Florida Avenue and Bearss Ave. in Tampa Florida. and these food service workers want $15 an hour this is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. I stopped to order 4 orders for my kids who took the order confirm that I can get my meals drinks switched to medium size of the new slushy cock . While waiting on the food the manager open the medium size drinks which were filled and pour it in a small size . This Burger King is very clean. I also loved Abigail the cashier and her awesome cheerful attitude. You can tell she's trying to do a great job and I appreciate that. Overall doesn't seem like a great work environment but Abigail really goes over the top to make you feel at home and she asked you if you need any other additional things like sauces while you wait for your order to come out. Took forever to get our food. There was only one other couple inside. The line was long however the staff (mostly the cooks) were taking their time, making jokes with coworkers, and moving very slowly. Did not seem to care about customer service. On top of waiting. We overheard them about to cancel our part of order we had been waiting for saying it already went out. Luckily we caught it in time to stop them. Not only did I have a poor experience at Burger King one day, but actually two days in a row! On the first night I went into the lobby to avoid the long line in the drive through. After waking in and waiting over 25 minutes for my order, my order was incorrect. I had dealt with the same manager and employee during my whole time. I called when I got home and realized the order was wrong. I spoke to the manager and she said she would gladly replace it tomorrow. The following day we returned. The cashier was the same gentleman from the night before but he said he didn't remember me at all. The manager on duty finally came up and said she saw a note in the back about my order and then said that she would have someone create it right then. After about 10 minutes none of the employees had made my meal yet because they have seemed to forgotten about it. Finally after about 10 more minutes they bagged up my meal! read more

First of all, we ordered via drive through and the young Lady was very rude: no hello, no thank you, no please.. We get to the second window, we pay and we are told to "pull up" (again,noone used the word "please"). So we pulled up, waiting..not sure why..but patiently waiting...5min passed, 10 min passed, 2 cars from the line decided to drive away as the waiting become quit long..Since we paid we had to wait..my husband decided to drive back to where we originally ordered the burger ,and same young Lady was like: pull to the second window (after we asked about our burger). So we finally got the burger and asked what happened,why wouldnt ANYONE tell us that it would take time to get that burger. Anyways, burger was hard and definitely not tasty..its unfortunately that we wasted out time AND money ... If you can avoid eating there, you better do so. Typical fast food store. I have been here often. They used to say "you can have it your way". I ordered two Whoppers, no lettuce and extra onions. On one I could see that someone scrapped the lettuce off,slathered in extra mayonnaise and two slivers of onion. The second was no better. I ordered two fries but only got one.
