Came here for a late night craving for a sub in a tub which is keto friendly. Got the club sub mikes way of course. And wow was it more than I desired. Even my daughter who was not a Jersey fan sampled it and wanted just for dinner tonight so I ended up coming here again tonight to get her a sub in a tub for dinner. The staff last night was is friendly and welcoming despite us coming in 7 minutes before close which we apologized for several times and they were just like no, it's ok. They even were right on par tonight too as our order pickup time was 5:45pm and he was bagging it up when we arrived. I think it's really think it's great that they offer their subs in a tub to help with individuals that are on special diets or want to not have the bread. We will definitely be back and ordering more subs in tubs :) read more

This experience was horrible as always. We usually get delivery, but they always overdo the sauces and get our order wrong so we opted to dine in after a long day out. We stopped in, and ordered our food and found a bunch of kids sitting around on the counters on their phones creating a bad setting for customers. He ordered his sub, a club supreme, and they soaked his entire sub in vinegar and oil when he asked for a light amount. It was disgusting how much they put on and caused me to not order those sauces. I ordered a roast beef on white Italian bread, and she didn't seem to get it. I was made an Italian sandwich instead, which includes three meats I can't eat and none that I ordered. So I let them know the meats were wrong and didn't notice anything off about the bread as it was cut side up. She makes my sandwich, I sit down to eat, and it's on the wrong bread. Literally can't figure out how to get it through that I just want the normal white plain sub bread. Not wheat. Not herb. Just a solid normal plain white Italian bread. I wait at the counter for a minute or two and look back in the back room, where everyone's messing around and texting and not doing anything work related. I looked at my boyfriend borderline dumbfounded on the lack of care and professionalism, and he yelled "does anyone work here?" And the girl came up. When I expressed that my order was wrong again, she got huffy with me and sloppily slapped my sandwich toppings onto the correct bread and gave it to me without a word. I thought Jersey Mikes was bad before but YIKES. The GM and regional manager need to take a HARD look at their staff and hourly management because after managing restaurants of all types for over ten years, this was a horrendously ran location that needs a complete overhaul of staff and intense training. Will never be back here again and I'll make sure my boyfriend remembers this the next time we're looking for a quick bite. Thankfully Jimmy Johns isn't too far from here and always good! read more

I refused my order because they prepared me a 'giant' sandwich which, wasn't what I ordered. It was closing time and I wasn't going to hold the employees late for what seems to be an issue with a product launch, that product not being on the menu in store, and another similar product taking up a giant amount of real estate on the menu, which I mistakenly ordered at the suggestion of the young lady at the counter. I just refused the order and left. I called the store and got the owner and he said he'd replace half a sandwich... I ordered a giant meal and paid 20$. what happened to the other half of my sandwich? I won't be back again to this location. read more

The Manager is the nicest guy made my sandwich so quick and absolutely perfect! The place is also very clean and a friendly environment.

I ordered a turkey wrap with light mayo. Nicole Gave me this instead a flustered worker who was only thinking about getting out of there. She put so much mayo on it it was dripping out the sides and she just dropped mayo down on top of lettuce. She spent 3 minutes trying to figure out how to roll the wrap and in the process ripped it all up. Got home to eat and the wrap was super hard on all edges and they out the middle of the wrap. I was wondering why she put my wrap on grill before making my sandwich. I guess she tried to heat up to soften or something. Either way sandwich was unedible and loaded with mayo and for some reason there turkey is super salty. On the next persons order she walked away in the middle of making his sandwich and left the next worker to finish his order. Not good customer service at all and sandwiches have gone down hill here. read more

My favorite jersey mikes location. Always fast and fresh. Bread is cooked perfectly every time. Not undercooked. Staff is always on point and care about the customers. My work schedule can be somewhat hectic and I get out late often, usually between 8pm and 8:30pm. Nonetheless I am just as hungry as someone getting out of work at 5pm, ready for dinner. But this location will not answer the phone (before 9 their closing time) when I try to be courteous and call my order in ahead of time. The bread, the bread is so important. This bread was so stale I couldn't even bite into it. Will go to Publix instead of here. Jersey mikes is 14.00 for a giant sub and the ingredients are not as fresh. Publix has fresh bread daily and if you request the freshest bread they will give it to you (refuses it here). read more

I've eaten here since they opened, the staff that's been brought in since December of last year hasn't been nearly as friendly as the original staff. I placed a call in order at 8:30pm the girl rudely answered and when I told her I was placing a pick up order immediately in a nasty tone asks me "well what time is it?" When you have a job that is open until 9 I hate to break it to you but you work until close. Im afraid how she's gonna make my sandwich after hearing her huff and puff on the phone all with a nasty tone. Normally I would have corrected her immediately but it's the holidays and I don't want to give her any reason to tamper with my food she already sounds like she's in a nasty mood. read more
