well, it's been a couple of years, and not a lot of change. I went there for lunch last week and ordered online so it was a pickup order that I decided to eat in with. Upon getting my sandwich, I noticed that they forgot the cheese, so I had to ask for that, and upon doing so, I noticed the whopper was wrapped in an impossible whopper wrap, so I questioned whether it was or was not an Impossible Whopper (which I wouldn't have ordered), but it was just a wrapper, all beef burger, so I'm good l. But I noticed that the other customers when I walked in had been waiting a while, as I did for an order that was placed before I arrived, so all in all, it took me over 30 minutes to get my order, and it wasn't complicated, yet still delivered incorrectly. When I originally walked in the door another customer looked at me and said "you might want to try somewhere else", as she made it seem she'd been there a while. After my waiting 20+ minutes, I thought about her comment. The coke machine seemed to be ok, and the selections appeared to be stocked (at least the ones I was interested in), and not greyed out. The condiments and napkins were up by the register, so that was better. Overall, the service was ok, but they were very slow to acknowledge the counter customers, which led to many of them not starting out too happy. read more

B-fast sandwich was delicious. Waited for "fresh hashbrowns" cold and greasy, threw them away. Please, stop the girl at the 2nd window saying" I'm sorry" the second she opens the window. Place was empty of customers that should've been my first clue. If I see me and tell me oh we don't have any hamburgers. How does a burger restaurant not have hamburgers? So I ordered a fish sandwich and some fries. Fish sandwich was barely warm, and the fries weren't even that. No salt on them. No salt or pepper out there for a customers or napkins. We went inside the Burger King north side of The Villages, Lady Laky FL to have a quick simple lunch today only to have walked into a big verbal argument between management and a very loud fowl language angry employee. What a crazy position for the manager who was trying her best plus being on the phone to diffuse the situation. The angry employee walked out thrashing her hands all about and shouting that she didn't care if they called the police on her. It was seriously crazy! I don't know why this particular store has such a difficult time getting good quality employees. They definitely are not lacking in customers. I'm wondering if it's a company ran store. The lady at the driver thu was so rude while ordering, when we went to pay she was on her phone the whole time then while checking our food it was all wrong so I went inside to tell her in a normal voice that she might have gotten our food wrong she started to get defensive saying that I have to go talk to her manager and she was very busy, After 20 minutes her manager came over to see what was wrong so I told her about my food and she also was have an attitude because I told what was wrong with my order and the girl that was at the drive thu started to cuss me out for say what was wrong with my food. BURGER KING...ITS TIME TO THROW IN THE TOWEL. I was at both locations in Lady Lake (the MCD down the street had water issues). 1st BK (466) No one to take my order. Finally, someone takes it. I ask for cream and suger...no sugar. Ask for straw (to stir) no stir stick. Asked for ketchup...no ketchup. Went to get my drink ........18 different drinks out of order. 2nd BK (441) Ordered (I was ONLY person in store). Took ten minutes to place order and 13 minutes to receive my order. Asked for ketchup (big surprise) no ketchup. Guy behind me ordered pancakes....only to be told "no syrup". Again, 17 soda selections out of order. No cream (I did get a cup of cream). Got in the drive through at 12:28, a golf cart and 2 cars ahead of me for ordering. One of the cars left after 2 minutes. The golf cart completed its order after 3 min. The car ahead of me seemed to just drive thru with no order. I waited until 12:38 to have my order taken. My money was taken a drink missing the top inch and a half of liquid was given to me and I was asked to pull to the front of the building to get my food. My food was delivered to me at 12:49. There's another car waiting behind me for food. They got their food at 12:47. There are 8 cars in the parking lot and this is lunch time. I really wanted a whopper. Very disappointing. Mom just went to Burger King and ordered a Junior Whopper Meal. The cost was $7.05 and she handed the cashier $20.05. Mom was given $10.00 in change. When mom asked for the other $3.00, the cashier said she is out of $1.00 bills and is "too busy". Subsequently, the cashier was unable to calculate the appropriate amount of coin and told mom "you are pissing me off". The cashier then asked a co-worker for assistance. Once the correct change was provided the cashier told mom to "get the F out of my window". On a side note, mom is 92 years old. I've lived here for 6 years and.not once have I walked in and had clean air quality. The oil in fryolator does not get changed often enough. I was a district manager for BK in New Hampshire and if one of my stores conditions were as bad as this one I would be making a lot of changes. The staff is rude, and there is ALWAYS a terrible smell of burnt oil. I'm glad I don't have respiratory problems. I Never see more than 3 or 4 people in the store . How they make there budget is beyond me. There payroll and food cost % must be real high. read more
