Burger order medium but was closer to well without being burnt. The burger had good grill flavor which is what he wanted. Fries were very good. 10oz filet with the baby potatoes is what I got. House made champagne vinaigrette was good on house salad. Steak was order medium the outside was medium with the middle section more medium rare (taking that home to cook up). The port wine sauce was very good. The potatoes I expected more season flavor out of them, as they were described. They were caked in butter, hubby ate them for me. Note the steaks DO NOT come with a side. The waitress made it seem like they did. And I didn't even eat them what a waste. I totally would not of gotten that side. When the bill came we got a surprise. My husband ordered an old fashion and the waitress made it a call old fashion, she choose to make it makers mark, we did not ask for this which made us pay $17 a piece for them. We did not call out the whiskey so we should of not of had that. Especially with the specialty old fashions were cheaper. We have not decided if we will go back. Maybe not one holiday to give it another chance. In theory we now know what not to do as the steak was good, time will tell. Tip just watch your bill. read more

I wanted to add that Wolfgang Puck "WP" food is also available in the bar near the lobby in the attached hotel. The service at both the bar inside WP and inside the hotel was very nice. Thank you to Thomas for your attentive service in the hotel bar. Thank you to Pablo working at both bars. Pablo is very nice and my husband I had some engaging talks about Middlelton and soccer while we enjoyed the nice service. You do not have to drink alcohol, they have iced tea, too. read more

Been to this restaurant many times the food is always amazing. Has a great atmosphere and the service and the whole team and staff, including Carlos as a great manager and Claudia an amazing hostess make dining a pleasure. Claudia should be executive or lead management of the front and or maître D. She is much more than a hostess... Everyone is good at this restaurant absolutely great but the best person in the whole place is Claudia she really handles everything in the front of house from taking orders back-and-forth to the hotel and the pool to seating people to helping people getting orders helping at the to sharing things coming up in the restaurant like brunch on Sundays special dinners. She really is not just a hostess she really should be considered a general manager This woman really handles everything. she is kind and knowledgeable and courteous... we expressed our thoughts to and he was amazing at listening to our thoughts and a person party is. I think that shows what a great manager he is he comes around. He talks to the table he make sure everything is going gets our thoughts.... people really make the difference and this woman has always made a difference in our dining experience at , Wolfgang Pucks kitchen and bar. We love it really Claudia and all the people in the restaurant make it a great experience ...you have an awesome team at the Brownwood location . This restaurant is located in the Brownwood hotel. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The restaurant was very clean and crisp looking with white being the pro dominant color. The menu has everything from pizza to a Delmonico steak. I initially was going to get the meatloaf but after seeing the Asian chicken salad I couldn't resist! We started with the freshly baked bread with olive butter. The caramelized onion focaccia was my favorite. The salad was amazing! It had cashews, chicken, wontons and ginger sesame dressing... YUM!! While we were a large group of 14 I was disappointed that what should have been the easiest menu item came out last and at least 5 minutes after everyone else's meals came out. I ordered the Wild Mushroom and Gruyère cheese omelet and selected sourdough toast (which according to the menu was included). Once I finally received the omelet it was fluffy and hot however it was the last item delivered after 2 pizzas, 2 traditional egg breakfasts, 3 sandwiches, an order of Shrimp and Grits and an order of crab cake eggs Benedict. The waitress who took my order (young dark haired) was VERY pleasant however she was not the one who brought out our food. Once my meal came out I had to specifically ask for my toast which was cold. When it came time for the checks, our sweet waitress was gone and we were assigned an older blonde hair waitress who seem frazzled even though we had the couples sit across the table from one another to make it easier. We had to wait for the bills, some were incorrect and it took an unnecessarily long time to receive and pay the bills. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The one good thing was we were in a separate room which allowed us to not interrupt other customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] With Wolfgang Pucks name on the restaurant one would expect a higher level of service and quality of food. The prime rib was offered at medium rare only. No other choices available. The prime rib plate arrived and all of the food was barely lukewarm, while the prime rib had a decent flavor, it was pretty rare, tough to cut. The potatoes tasted old and pasty. Salad was good. We were expecting something more for the reputation of this restaurant and for the ticketed price of the meal. Sadly disappointed. Definitely not worth $60 a plate --more like $20 and something you would get at Golden Corral. The other party ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf and said it was excellent ($26 !). read more

We love the dinner service at the bar here! The appetizers are excellent and service can be faster and better than a table. Tried a steak for the first time tonight. Very good, although the side veggie (roasted shallot) was cold and when it was mentioned, another cold one was brought (um, thanks anyway but didn't eat it). The charcuterie board is very pretty and tasty. I just wish they had a decent GF bread option. The GF flatbread/pizza dough is like cardboard so I end up using the excellent fries to carry the day. This was our first time eating at this Wolfgang Puck and it did not disappoint!! Our server was Kyle who was very friendly, personable and made us feel welcome. He was very helpful in helping us decide which meals to order and honest with his opinions on the options. We ended up choosing one of the daily specials (the 14 oz prime rib) and it was absolutely delicious! It was real food with layered flavors that were noticeable and enjoyable. I can't remember the last time we had such an amazing meal at a restaurant. Our server was decent. The food quality was good but portions were pretty small compared to the price. Possibly the worst service I've ever had. We had reservations and were seated outside. After 15 minutes we realize no one knows about us so we flag someone down. My friend orders a Limoncello Martini... they don't have it... ok... fair enough. I order the Wolfgang Puck Pinot Noir... they are out of it. Again... the Wolfgang Puck restaurant is out of Wolfgang Puck wine. Unbelievable! We order crab cakes and meatballs to start. They bring us 2 orders of crab cakes. We point out the mistake and they take one away. Who knows when the meatballs will come so we're ready to eat the crab cakes, but hard to eat without utensils so I get up and get them off an empty table. We didn't order entrees - just paid for the starters and got out of there. I'm guessing they rely on hotel guests who don't know any better. read more

He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and drink pairings. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a great experience. We've eaten a Wolfgang Puck's in Brownwood a couple times and it's really good. It's become a favorite of ours very quickly. just now New Dinner | $100+ Been there over the years, but last few attempts to try it, not the same. Tonight, ordered the Pork Schnitzel. Normally, well tenderized, thin and light crust. We both ordered it. Hers came out RAW. Took another 20 minutes to recook. Then came out thick and heavily breaded. Looks like all new cooking crew, not sure who is cooking or serving RAW pork. After dinner, I approached guy in light blazer, appeared to be flirting with you chef in front of cooking area. I apologized for interrupting them, told them who ever is preparing and cooking the schnitzel may NOT know what they are doing. One meal came out raw, and any 80 year old eating that could die from salmonella. He said, "but you got another schnitzel?" I said "yes but we didn't eat it". I paid for all the meals and left Eddie at $30.00 top, (30%). The "manager" says. "Well you are not going home Hungry". I said "excuse me?". Do you think this is a joke? He laughed as did the young chef he was flirting with. I said, "you are some manager". I told the Matre'D as we left and told four people entering don't order the pork schnitzel they serve it raw, and the manager could care less. The manager and chef seemed like they could give a shit any serious complaint. Never going back and would encourage others to go some where else. Was nice place when it opened with SERIOUS cooking staff and waiters. Although waiter was nice young man, he really didn't help, he should have broke manager the Pork was RAW. 10X Dining Experience in Vegas! Absolutely fantastic! Our experience at this restaurant in Las Vegas was truly memorable from start to finish. The food was incredible--delicious, fresh, and packed with healthy options. I had a burger with vegetables that was out of this world. The flavors were spot on, and it was clear that quality ingredients were a top priority. The service was just as impressive. We had the pleasure of being served by Pasquale on two different occasions, and he was kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. The manager, Eric Montgomery, went above and beyond for our group, which was attending the Grant Cardone 10X Growth Conference. Despite the restaurant being very busy, Eric made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably, and he did so with such a friendly and professional attitude. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with bright, beautiful lighting that adds to the vibrant energy of the place. The meatloaf was over cooked dry hard flavorless , The bacon wrap was a super thin dry strip barely visible, the potatoes were very meager and there was so little brown gravy that I had to ask for some on the side. The onion rings were undercooked with thick breading and full of Greece, the tempura didn't even stick to the onion. I had to ask for salt and pepper shakers. Don't know how they stay in business. My dinner had limited mushroom gravy on the breaded pork cutlet and on the mashed potatoes. When the bill was presented, I noticed an extra $1.00 charge for the red cabbage. And the entry was priced $2.00 more than the website price was on their site. My fault for not asking. Supply shortages cause changes, but it would have been beneficial to ask the prices.
