My burger was very dried out and maybe this is personal preference but I hate when burgers a super duper crispy. The service took forever because they only had one girl serving everyone. And the whole place was located in this slightly sketchy parking lot. Inside it was looking very dingy and I personally didn't really like that. So yes not my fav but to each their own I suppose

My wife ordered the eggs benedict with peameal bacon $12.99. Both plates were loaded and we had leftovers to take home. I recommend the Momma's specials as they give you the best bang for your buck. Friendly service and decent brunch food at a great price. The coffee was a bit watered down but not unusual for these type of establishments. The restaurant is clean and plenty of parking available.

Upon arriving the 2 waitresses where very pleasant and seated us quickly. we ordered our food and drinks within approx 10/15 mns but than waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to finally arrive. We also had to ask for boiling water 3x for our newborns bottle . When our food finally arrived the nachos - were dry and burnt and clearly sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time , chicken on salad was so dry it was brittle , rib/ tender combo had no sauce on ribs and staff forgot the side sauces for tenders. We brought these issues to the attention of our server - who stated they where very busy and only 2 staff on ... note the restaurant was nearly empty .... she than stated the ribs did have sauce we just couldn't see it , but she'll bring us more - not an appropriate response ... We asked that the nachos be remade , which took so long to remake we where forced to put them in a takeout container to bring home. All in all was a terrible experience ,we sat starving for over an Hour and sadly we will not be returning to this location.

Last night was terrible all around, and probably my last visit. Very slow kitchen, inattentive service and poor food quality (burnt patty, soggy toppings). Wasn't even busy inside the dinning area. Also frustrates me that you are forced to pay a minimum of 18% tip for service that ruins your night! That's what's wrong with workers these days. They get paid regardless on how they turn up!

The kids suggested the usual fast-food junk but we decided to stop at Frank´s Corner Grill and wow, what a great little place to eat. Parking was right out front so we hopped inside and got a table for 4. Very kind and forthcoming service especially with the kids. We chose eggs benedict, french toast and I had a chicken sandwich with fries. This is the real deal! Amazing fresh and tasty ingredients, crunchy salad, the best fries we had throughout our entire trip and the best for last: not expensive at all. We swore right then and there if we are ever close or driving by, we will definitely eat here again and also suggest it to people in the area. You just can´t beat it and it is sooo tasty! Unfortunately, the food didn't match the setting as it was just subpar. Maybe it's too much to expect Toronto quality Italian food in Trenton, but everything from the tomato sauce in the lasagna (way too acidic), ho hum aglio olio for the California fettucine and lack of simple garden salad (what kind of Italian place only serves Caesar salad or Greek salad?) just didn't do it for me. My fettucine was undercooked (not even close to being al dente), the chicken breast was dry and the overall seasoning was weak. Even with the addition of giant slivers of Parmaggiano didn't do much to elevate the dish. I would have sent the dish back if we weren't in a rush to finish our meal and get back on the road. The Margherita pizza was the best part of this dinner sadly. I'm not sure if we'll be back in Trenton again any time soon, but I will be looking for other options than Tomasso's.
