We went in to sit down to eat today. When we approached the counter no one working greeted us. It took them a long while to even take our order. At this point we were the only ones in the dining room. Our order was taken at 11:09. We received our order at 11:40. At this point we decided not to eat there due to the tables, soda area and floors being so dirty. My kids used the bathrooms and they said they were both disgusting. Two men who came in after us, that were in a group of three ended up getting a refund and their coworker who they never took the order for went to the KFC and came back with food before his coworkers. I have been here 3-4 times in the last few weeks. I ho through the drive through because the restaurant is filthy and the service is even slower inside. Every-time u order your food they tell you to pull around to the front. No one behind me, no one in line but pull around. 2 employees told me the manager makes them do it so corporate thinks they are making the 90 second time limit. I came here with a coupon and ate in. The coupon was for 2 Whopper meals with onion rings instead of fries (including drinks) for $6.99. The Whopper is ok. It tastes the same as all the other locations. The onion rings were better than the Whopper. I think it's because it took a while for them to make the onion rings. It seems like most people order fries instead. The cashier was nice but my problem with her was that after dealing with money, she dealt with food without washing her hands. Money is dirty. Money is being exchanged CONSTANTLY and there's a bunch of germs on it. I saw her try to pack the onion rings into the container/cup using her hands. I've had this problem with other locations (a guy using a broom/cleaning and then touch bread sticks to see if they're done cooking). Interior was fine. I remember when it was just Burger King and McDonald's and no other food place. Burger King definitely updated their look at this location. This has to be the absolute worst Burger King in Arizona. I went into redeem a T-Mobile offer and the supposed manager copped an attitude with me that was unbelievable. Told me she wouldn't honor any third-party apps even though it was on their Burger King app. Then I asked her if she could honor the free size upgrade since she wouldn't do the T-Mobile offer. Again she told me she wouldn't deal with a third-party app even though it's all over their website and the app they encourage you to download. I had an oil change at Walmart next door and was quoted an hour and a half wait. I had my two children (both 2 years old) with me. I saw Burker King's play place and thought, oh, cool I'll take them there to kill time. Yeah, well... We get there and there's one cashier taking orders for the guy ahead of me and what looked like 2 or 3 people standing around waiting on food. I go to order a grilled chicken sandwich and he puts it in. Some guy who looks like he's the supervisor--based on how he was dressed and his demeanor, came over to tell the cashier something. He never spoke directly to me which I found either him being 1) sexist, 2) oblivious (not possible), or 3) just rude. He told the cashier "no, the grill items are all frozen." The cashier, probably not thinking how I'd find his response a little odd (for the home of the "flame-grilled" Whopper) says, "Can't we just microwave it and then throw it on the grill like we always do?" Okay, eww, but the supervisor guy then tells him, "We can, but it won't be good." I scrapped my order and just got my kids a burger and small fries to split, along with a drink for myself. We sat down and more people poured in. I noticed the place was pretty grimy and needed to be remodeled about 20 years ago. I sat us down and noticed a sign on the play land doors. They were closed until further notice. Great. So, we waited and waited and I saw other people getting their food before us. Then, a guy who'd been waiting when I showed up noticed it too. I heard him arguing with the supervisor guy. The customer was asking why it was taking so long as he only had a 30-minute lunch break and had been there close to (if not longer) 20-minutes already. The supervisor didn't seem bothered by this and gave the guy his money back, but I didn't hear so much as a "sorry about that." This guy was obviously having a bad day or maybe shouldn't be running things. The cashier was trying hard to be helpful and seemed to have been abandoned by the guy in charge. He made rounds in the dining area asking if people (us included) were waiting on an order. He went and got the burger and fries for my kid and apologized for the wait, which by now was 25-minutes. This place should probably be remodeled entirely or shut down. It's almost embarrassing for them to be directly across from McDonald's which I noticed from my daily drives has been remodeled. After a trip to Walmart it's a nice quick place to stop. It's fast food, so it can be hit or miss. What I like about it is I always get friendly customer service no matter the time or in today's instance, holiday. It's always clean from what I can tell.
