I absolutely love Graze. It's my go-to spot for when I want a burger meal that doesn't leave me feeling heavy and over-fed. They have options for grass-fed beef on your burger as well as veggie and turkey burger options. They also have the best sweet potato tots and I feel like that's kind of rare -- some places have fries but tots aren't always found in sweet potato form. Also, the sauces are plentiful and the toppings for the burgers are generous, with unique free additions like jalapeños and mushrooms and onions. Most places will charge you extra for those kinds of toppings. Their shakes are delicious as well, and they often have seasonal shakes with special flavors. They sometimes have special prices for things but even when they don't they have really good prices in general compared to everyone else. I have finally had a burger from Graze and regret not trying it sooner. Everything was super fresh and the 1/4 lb beef patty was grilled well. In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. I'm coming back to this place, for sure! I've been in Tucson for several months, and a lot of times, I would pass by this building thinking it was a spot to sell insurance or get a deal on a new vehicle. She asked us about our day, and we got in a mini conversation about Parent's Weekend at UoA. Made me feel like I was wanted there, and not just a number they tried to rush out as soon as possible. I ordered a Single Graze Burger with optional toppings, including: grilled onions, lettuce, & tomato. I asked for ketchup & mayo as well, but condiments were offered next to the drink fountain. There are several condiments you can add to your burger, fries, etc. like Curry Ketchup, Honey Mustard, & Sweet Chili Sauce. I had a drink with my lemonade, and it was good, but not great. It just passed the bar for being an actual lemonade, and not water with lemon flavoring. The burger & fries though? If we lived in a cartoon, my eyes would've changed into hearts for how much I LOVED their food! The burger was fresh & juicy, and the fries crispy & not too salty. I was tempted to order it again, but refused for the sake of my cholesterol. Every few bites, I had to lock eyes with my partner and say, "This is so good..." to which he agreed in equal amazement. This is a great burger with well thought out ingredients and options for toppings. Every flavor comes out and none of it, thank goodness, is drowned in salt. I can't even count the number of Tucson's other restaurants which think salt is the solution to flavor. My only small suggestions for this restaurant is 1) offer an in-between option for patty size and not just 1x or 2x, and 2) find a way to keep the juices in the patties (slower cook, lower temp, or shorter cook with less charring). Whilst in Tucson, I had a hankering for a non-fast food chain burger. Graze is local to Tucson with two locations. They use premium beef, fresh brioche buns, and fresh hand cut fries. For this type of quality you'd expect an expensive price point, but a single (1/4 lb.) is only $7.50! I placed my order online with an expected pick up time of 15 minutes, which was perfect for my drive over. They must have been short staffed, however, as my order was not ready for 15 more minutes after I had arrived. It wasn't ideal and there were other customers who were even more peeved than I was. While I waited, I made use of the condiment bar and got the fry sauce, ranch, sriracha mayo, and sweet red chili. The Graze Single was well worth the $7.50- my only regret was not getting the Graze Double as the patty was on the thinner side. The sweet potato tots were small and very cute and would have been better if they were thicker/bigger. Of the dipping sauces, I liked the fry sauce best. Definitely a worthy burger spot! read more

Great little restaurant close to the university. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We tried a couple of different things and shared. The hotdog was tasty and fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich was just kind of OK. The burger however, was excellent. The burger itself was very flavorful and well cooked. Still juicy and tender. Bun was soft and tasty. Toppings were excellent and fresh. They had a whole list of extra toppings you can add on or substitute for no charge. There was only a couple of things they charged extra for, liked roasted peppers. Other things that you can add on, like mushrooms, and Swiss, did not cost any extra. I felt the prices were really good for what you get. However, I have been doing a lot of traveling recently and seeing a Smashburger in the airport charging $25 for a burger is not uncommon. I guess it's all relative. read more
