What a disappointment with the change to the Whopper - smaller hamburger, only one tomato, less lettuce and THE SAME PRICE!

I live very close to this location and I've tried 4 times too many to give them a chance to provide me an edible hamburger. I have come to the conclusion that management does not care about the product that comes from the food line. This is the only location that I've found managed so poorly. I went through the drive through on 7/7/25. I ordered a I'm possible whopper and was told it was being made fresh. I also asked for heavy pickles and onions. I got home (one exit down, and patty was hard as a rock and one pickle and a few onions on the sandwich. I will not be back and they are an embarrassment to the Burger King brand. read more

Ashley and her team are awesome! I gobat least 3xs a week. The food was hot and fresh. The store was clean and the crew made ordering fast.

I ordered a Spider-Man Meal today, Tuesday, May 23, 2023 for my daughters' birthday. I was supposed to get a burger, an ice cream, and mozzarella sticks. I assumed the ice cream machine was broken. However, when I asked my daughter about the mozzarella sticks she told me she didn't get them. When I called the location they told me it doesn't come in a meal; It is sold separately. This place is horrible!!! Please keep driving. We try to go thru the drive thru no one answered. But people in front of us. So we decided to go in. Worst service, food was horrible. The soda machine had no ice, and the sodas tasted like dirt. Who knew that was possible. $33 for 3 people we got back to our hotel and could not eat it. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The fries we not fresh at all. With very little around and being by 3 hotels you think they could try harder. read more

This place is bad. The only good thing is the food. Restrooms are bad, sink does not work, they are nasty. There is no baby changing station. Everything is dirty, only 1 or 2 tables are clean. Customer service is good, i mean yeah they did pack my burger with the wrap opposite. Drink machine is out of all the good drinks, only the drinks that no one want are available. Food is very well cooked and hot, drinks are good too. Place is clean in the outside, location is perfect (maybe that is why this place hasn't close yet). In all this place is pretty bad in higiene, but good in food. If you are in a hurry sure go ahead, but there are better places down the road. read more

First they said they were taking a ten minute break so we waited came back bout 16 minutes later still did not answer waited ten more minutes looks like they were closed at 10:00 did not answer. Horrible service. Was yelled at in the drive thru by the person taking my order. When I got to the window and asked for the manager, it was the person that yelled at me. She was very unprofessional. Not the Burger King you'd want to eat at, I asked for fresh burgers ( guess I pissed someone off ) Because one burger was ok the second tasted like old grease and was inedible and the fries were soggy. The kids working there acted like they didn't care. I noticed the manager ask a young man did he cook fresh burgers or how many did he cook and he smiled that smile that screamed NONE I don't understand kids these days if I had conducted myself the way they did I'd been fired on the spot. BURGER KING please help get this place STRAIGHT. Well another experience 11/28/18 about 7:30 or 8:00pm I explained to the new manager about past experience at this store and he assured me thanks will be better well after the third try I ended up eating most of two burgers, spent the next 2 days throwing-up and my head hurt so bad I had to stay in bed ( food poisoning ?? ) can't prove it because I couldn't drive to ER thank God I had some ZOFRAN which stopped me from throwing-up. Bottom line BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID. At least the employees where friendly the last manager would've locked you in the men's room with no water or paper towels while you projectile VOMIT and sweat. Terrible service. Pulled up the drive through, didn't even get a hello or anything. We say 'Hello?' after a whole five minutes and he said 'Hold on.' Once we ordered our food, we were greeted by a sloppy, unprofessional individual who seemed to not know what he was doing. They forgot my fries and drink. We pulled off and looked at our burgers. They were absolutely disgusting. The middle of the burger was pink and the outside looked like it has suction cups from octopus tentacles and i'm not even lying. We got a refund immediately. Ok, never mind the loooong wait in the drive thru or the cold food , when I got it. Never mind the order was wrong and the person that brought me my food was confrontational. (By this time I was in no mood to argue.) BUT! I had a Burger King gift card to pay for this debacle, and.... wait for it... they could not accept Burger King gift cards! They were not set up to accept Burger King gift cards on their register! The sad part of it is, this is not an unusual experience for ANY of the BK's in this area. AND, sadder than that, the Whopper is my favorite Burger! I got to find a store to take this gift card, then after that, I'm done. So many mixed emotions about this BK Lounge. It was raining outside and walking into the Burger King was unsafe. There was no mat on the ground in the threshold of the building. The floor was very wet and anyone could have slipped. As I walked up to the counter I wasn't greeted. I had to say the first words. The woman behind the counter just kind of stared at me. The assistant manager came over and assisted the cashier. They both acted as if someone had come in and kicked their puppy. They were out of onion rings which was a little upsetting. The customer service aspect was not good; however, the food was surprisingly great. The whopper I had might have actually been one of the best I have had in years. The entire order was 100% correct. When going to most fast food restaurants there is a reasonable expectation for the order to have an error, but the order was right. If this Burger King had better customer service this could easily be one of the best Burger Kings I have ever visited. read more

The lady at the county tonight at 9:25 pm was the worst example of an employee I've ever seen. In all my years of managing restaurants, businesses across the country she is absolutely the worst. She leaned on counter using two phones, scratched her under boob, touched her face, scratched her head, walked off the line for a moment and was just absolutely the worst case health code violation I had ever seen. My fries were ice cold so I asked fro fresh ones. Waited 5 minutes for fresh ones. Burger sat in bag getting cold. The patty was flavorless and cold. Bun was ice cold. Pickles and all toppings mildly warm and wilted. The only good was the Dr Pepper which still had that (30 combination of soda choices flavor). I didn't even eat the burger. Just ate the fries and drank the Dr Pepper and called it a night but my god please for the love of god terminate this employee. She was an absolute nightmare to your company. She stood there while everyone else worked their butts off. She didn't do anything at all but commit health code violations. I will be contacting my friends at the health department tomorrow to get someone onsite to observe their dinner service and employees. They will shut that place freakin down!!! read more

We were traveling through and stopped at this Burger King. It was some of the worst service I've ever witnessed. The girl at the drive through was so rude I couldn't believe it. She wasn't wearing a name tag, otherwise I would have called the store and reported it, but from the other reviews I've read I am guessing it wouldn't have done any good. Hell, she probably was the manager. We drove off with our food, took a couple bites and decided we weren't that hungry. I can't imagine how this place even stays in business.
