I placed a simple order of a Whopper no lettuce, Onion Rings, & Frozen Diet Coke. I waited 3rd in line for 20 minutes when I got to the window it was finally ready in a bag. Thrust at me with a Coke. I parked my truck and got the Onion Rings. "NO ONION RINGS". But Ice Cold Fry's, next I took out the Sandwich and had a hug sandwich from the Kitchen Sink. He had asked me if I wanted bacon, I said no just the whopper! What I got was huge sandwich with 2 beef patties, 3 chicken strips, a l layer of bacon and a Bbq type sauce, I tried it it was awful and not what I ordered, so I threw it all away including the soda because not sure if it was diet or not, I'm Diabetic no sugar. I have never been to this location and not have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for food. One time I sat for 15 entire minutes before anyone even took my order. I've been waiting over 40 minutes, currently, for an ONLINE ORDER. They seem understaffed, and unable to function in any way resembling something called fast food. It is places like this that make you wish there was a zero or even negative review rating! We generally like Burger King food but at this location, at every visit something goes wrong. A constant is long, long wait. Even when drive through has 3 or 4 cars, you can count on waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. Going inside is no better. Half the time they close the dining room with no notice. When it is open, the service is just as slow drive through. The drink machine doesn't work half the time. Anything Fry has 90% chance of tasting horrible due to rancid oil that has not been changed earlier. I love their fries but not when it has awful chemical aftertaste. Ditto for chicken sandwich. Burger patties tend to be cold and stale as well. Occasionally they get it right and it is great but that is rare. All of this has been going on for good number of years now but they keep trying to make it worse! The last visit did us in. Ordered two Whopper meals. Nothing fancy. 15 minutes of waiting inside we see and hear huge arguments between the cook (and manager?) and two of the people working the front line. That resolves itself after 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for our food. After a total of 20 to 25 minutes, we finally give up. We go to the counter and I say that we are going to McDonald and they should keep our Burgers. And that they need to hire more people. To my shock, the second lady in the back says, "we are hiring, why don't you fill out a form!" I could not believe my ears. No apology. No dispensation. Just disrespectful talk back. At that time, I see for the third or forth time the mountain of fries on the greasy floor and told them the place is filthy and walked out. Heard them lock the front door behind us. This was an online order so they should know we are a frequent visitor. Company refunded our order but ignored the rest of my feedback. The worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had, hands down. They got my order wrong and when I VERY politely asked if they could correct it, I had to repeat happened 4 times to both of the drive through employees. The girl with the brown ponytail at the window rolled her eyes several times at me and asked me extremely condescending questions to show that she was annoyed. Well, I'm a big Burger King fan, specifically for the Whopper. I was so disappointed when I stopped by this location. I ordered a whopper with cheese that was obviously a reheat job (I know they say they cook each burger to order, but this one was not). Meat was tough, barely lukewarm and the cheese was ice cold, tasted like they pulled a premade whopper without cheese and slapped a slice of cheese right from the refrigerator. The bun was also chewy, not fresh. The only positive was the veggies, they were fresh enough (that's why I gave 2 stars). I don't eat fast food often, maybe 6-8 times a year and usually it's Burger King if there's one in the area. I will definitely avoid this location in the future. Hopefully this isn't a sign that Burger King is degrading overall. read more

Every time I have come here, the incompetent pricks at drive thru take, at a bare minimum, 20 minutes to get me up to the god damn order screen! Then today, was the final nail in the coffin with this shit-king. I waited 22 minutes to order 2 cheeseburgers and an Oreo Shake. It took another 10 minutes after the order screen to get to the window to pay. As I hand the employee my debit card, she sets it down and stares at me with this blank lost puppy dog stare like she is on some kind of drugs. I think she somehow managed in the eight seconds I handed her my card, to forget the simple task of swiping my card to pay. She finally realizes what she needs to do, then she swipes my card, hands it back to me and goes "ummm our Oreo Shake machine is down for a few minutes. Please pull around to the parking lot at wait." At this point I am behind baffled. You literally charged me knowing your machine was broken. Why in the F did you not communicate that to me prior to charging my card? Had i been informed of the broken machine, I would have simply just said don't worry about it I'll just take the two cheeseburgers and be on my way home. But NO, this ding dong of an employee charged me for a product they didn't even know if they serve to me in a timely manner. So now knowing that I have been charged for a shake, I calmly hid my anger and drove around to the parking lot and waited...and waited....and waited........and waited.......and waited........ANDDDDD WAITED...... finally, out comes this employee and hands me my two STONE COLD cheeseburgers (my buried dead dogs body in Alaska was and is warmer than these burgers) and NO shake! Now I'm fucking pissed. She says " it's going to be quite a while before the shake machine is up and running again do you want to keep waiting? LIKE 45 more minutes" I'm like...wtf do you think lady!?! So I tell her to just refund my card. I don't want it any more. Her response "I don't know how to do a refund" are you kidding me, you don't know how to process a refund!?!!!FML.....I blew a gasket and just said "Jesus goddamn Christ . Forget about it all" and I drove off. I'm so over this dirtbag of a Burger King. I'll never come here again. Overpriced, old, and cold... total waste of time and money. My daughter and I pulled into the drive through just before 8pm on a Tuesday evening. We had a coupon for a couple of Whopper Jr's, etc., but as a vegetarian, I was keen to try their hyped "Impossible Whopper". I can't imagine this veggie burger is something in high demand, so I should have put together the thought that the 2 minutes of time it took for them to assemble our order meant that it had been sitting around for a while. Good Lord, do I mean "a while." I've NEVER had such cold fries in my life. Not only were they leathery and old, but they must've not been under a heat lamp. Truly room-temp. We threw most of them out. Same for the burgers--the meat ones were somewhat cool, and my experience with the Impossible Burger was, well... vomitrocious. (Yes, I just coined a new word. So there.) I'm not saying the meatless meat patty itself was bad; I'm talking about the effect of a pre-made burger of any sort that's assembled, wrapped, then sits around until the Second Coming before being foisted on an unsuspecting customer. Of course I was stupid and didn't hold up the drive-through line, or pull into the parking lot to taste the fries. Or the burger. I just went home to find that the $6+ dollar burger was soggy and cold. And the $2+ small fries were compost bait. What a fricking waste of time and money. I will NEVER go to that place again. Ordered a big Kids double cheeseburger meal for my daughter just now. When we stopped to eat realize it was only a single burger and apple juice! No toy no fries. Nothing like getting food poisoning from the fish sandwich on Thursday night...not good!!!!

This BK is extremely inconsistent. (This and Subway are the only drive-thru places on the Key Peninsula, so BK has gotten more chances than they deserve.) Anything fried, there's about a 50/50 chance it'll taste "off," so I assume it's a matter of oil not being filtered or changed when it should be. Burgers... when I order a Whopper, I ask for a couple of customizations, and it's usually pretty good (occasionally cold but not usually). I'm thinking maybe because it's not "just the way it comes," I'm beating the odds and usually getting a fresh burger? Any other burger is generally, at best, room temperature. Either their hot holding area has been malfunctioning for a LONG time, or they don't even bother with it for their "lesser" burgers. If you're heading off the KP anyway, I suggest that you keep going. If your flight plan includes points further south on the KP and you don't care about having a drive-thru option, then definitely hit The Snack Shack in Volunteer Park for MUCH better burgers at slightly lower prices and great service. If you don't want to drive further than Lake Kathryn, you'd do better to get a pizza at Domino's. But if you really want a burger at BK, I suggest coming up with a couple of condiments or toppings to add or subtract to improve your odds of getting a burger that HASN'T been sitting at room temperature long enough to get cold. read more

Shitty service. I ordered two meals and after a 30 minute wait and watching four people who ordered after me get their food I asked what was going on. I could hear them talking and they have no idea how to work their computers showing the orders. Apparently they skipped right over mine. Instead of hurrying to make my order they go on and make two more orders for other people. I demanded a refund. The manager told me I had to leave my two sodas and the punks making the food were talking shit saying that we don't give refunds. It's against policy. Well guess what shit head it's against my policy to wait 45 minutes and still not get my food. It took the manager if you can even call him that another ten minutes to get me the cash for my order. Not a single apology or sorry for the wait nothing. The owner of this location should be absolutely ashamed of the behavior of his employees and the lack of caring. June 9, 2019 at 8:15pm I arrived at the Wauna Burger King to find that their drive thru was closed, so I went in to get my order to go, only to find it was very busy inside and there was only 1 manager and 2 other employees running the place, hence why the drive thru was closed. The place was crazy busy it was a long wait but the 3 BK Guys continued to smile thru it all as they never slowed down on filling all the orders that were still walking thru the door as I left at 8:40 with my order hot and correct. Refused to serve my son in drive thru stating that he dined and dashed. (How do you even do that at Burger King?) then stated they made a mistake and would serve him but made him come in the store and then were extremely rude and made him bag his own food to go. When I called them they changed the story and tried to say he caused an altercation with a female employee two weeks ago. He has been working at Boeing up in Everett and not here until Christmas Eve. This Burger King is one of the best ones I have been to, mainly because of the friendly environment and the quality of foods. The only complaint I would have is they let some employees tie the back of their shirt with a rubber band, instead of tucking it into their pants, and it looks very unprofessional. read more
