The manager was rude. She argued with me about a coupon , that they sold me. I had my 10 year old son in the vehicle. The cashier didn't know how to use the coupon so the assistant manager intervened. She told me I was lying because she heard the whole conversation. I asked her, why would you not engage sooner to avoid a bad situation and embarrass the cashier. The cook then approached the window with an aggressive behavior . Manager Dustin is a straight-up dick!! I placed my order at the drive-thru, he was mumbling something and I didn't even think he was talking to me. Something showed up wrong on the screen so I told him that and he yelled at me, "I know, I just told you that!" I said, "Ok, no need to be rude." He then told me he wasn't being rude he already told me twice...well Dustin - take the shit out of your mouth so you can be heard over a speaker of a drive-thru that sits by a busy, loud roadway! I pulled up to the window and there was a female now working the drive-thru, probably the smartest decision Manager Dustin made all night. I ordered onion rings and they must have been made several hours earlier. They were very dry and stale. My chicken sandwich was also not fresh. The floors very dirty. It was around 5:30 p.m. So maybe they clean late in the day but spilled stuff around the drink station should be cleaned up. I won't go back. read more

If you have 45 minutes to kill and love getting your order wrong than this is the place for you. If you go after 6-7 pm than expect half the menu items to be out and if there is a line then you might as well not even try. This place has literally told me inside the restaurant that they are no longer serving customers....at noon. Last time I tried they made me pull to the front to wait for my food and was told the fries were really hot so be careful. I went there the other night threw drive thru, it was the longest wait i have ever had at a fast food restaurant i was getting mad and was in a hurry to get to Denver and just wanted my food but as soon as i go to the drive thru window this young fellow was the nicest employees i have come across at this location. He apologized about the wait made sure that my food was what i order and asked me if i needed anything, he made sure that i had a really good experience while i was their it didn't matter how long it took anymore i was mad until he help me out and treated me like i mattered unlike anywhere else that i have gone before. This restaurant is the most clean and respectable establishment in all of Wellington. It's so convenient that there is a gas station attached to it. I love coming here because I can get gas while I wait for my food. They are so nice and caring that they go out of their way to serve you. When I placed my order is was in my hands within 2 minutes. I don't know why this place is so bad for you maybe you should go back and see for yourself how they improved. Even the gas station is nice. All new employees very fast and respectful. I don't understand waiting for my order. I mean, I wait for my order - expecting the hamburger and fires to be HOT - but their NOT! Why am I waiting for cold food? I have loved Burger King for over 40 years - but I am so sad to be CONSTANTLY served cold burgers and fries. I might expect it if I drove through at say 3:00 in the afternoon, but his happens whether it is the start of the lunch/dinner rush, the middle and/or the end of the rush. THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD! I live in Wellington and I can tell you that EVERY TIME I've gone here (5 times) it has taken no less than 25 minutes to receive my whole order. One of their excuses has been "I have to go get more cheese" (took 10 minutes for him to stop doing what he had been doing and head to the back to get it) then after that...They gave my order to someone in the drive through. They took 10 more minutes to make it, then simply handed it to me and said one word "sorry". After all that, i'd hope for more than one word, not compensation just more than ONE WORD. I only go here now if another family member wants it and I HAVE to. I've learned to place my order, then expect to be able to shop in the attached convenience store, pump gas and even then I usually have to stand and wait another 10 minutes before it's done.
