These kids threw rocks at cars and stomped all over a bike secured to the bike rack.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told an employee the goings on as soon as the bike was involved. Turns out it was an employees transportation. One of the family members stormed into the building and accused me of filming the kids. I was holding my phone so my entire family could see the new baby videos and pictures my brother sent me. When I showed this individual the video she became even more unhinged. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Customers should feel safe, customers should be able to park their cars without having some parent allow their kid to throw rocks at it and employees should be able to secure their bike without some kid stomping all over it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Management should do better. I work long hours in the healthcare field and sometimes just want a little treat. This has been happening for a couple months now, I do the bogo for the mixers, lately I've been doing blueberry Oreo. They've put less mix-ins in each time I go. This last couple times the whole bottom half is vanilla ice cream with a few blueberries and literally like five Oreo chunks in the while cup. The double butter burger with bacon and cheese is the very best fast food burger available at a reasonable price. They are not as expensive as those guy's but also not as fatty either. The French fries at Culver's are not as good as many places, especially those that make theirs from fresh cut potatoes. However, the burgers here are top shelf. Service is usually very quick unless it is during a rush and long lines form (they form for a rather good reason!). I've only come to this Culver's in the drive-thru, but each time has been great! Ordering is quick and easy, though the line can definitely be long. However, they have plenty of parking spaces to wait once you've paid for your food so you're not just sitting in the drive-thru lane. All of the workers are friendly. I've never seen so many workers do so little work. Every time I walk in, it takes at least five or 10 minutes for someone at the counter to acknowledge that there is a line of people waiting to place their order. I have heard about Culver's for years but never had the opportunity to try one living in states that unfortunately do not have this franchise. Dante greeted us with a big, genuine smile and patiently took our order. The double butter burger and double Culver's burger were really juicy, old fashioned flat top burgers. The turtle sundae was great - everything in balance so the frozen custard wasn't overpowered. The place is very clean. The worker in the dining room was cleaning the whole time we were there. Went through drive through ordered the deluxe as usual... got a cold burger no lettuce and asked for grilled onions ... didn't get , got fresh onions. No napkins were included for us. Went back in. They did make a new burger for me but it wasn't anything like the picture.. small tomato just one pickle barely lettuce... but at least I got my grilled onions. What has happened to this place? I felt the need to give Culver's a review because I thought they deserved it. This restaurant is fantastic! This was probably the best burger I've had thus far in Fort Collins. I mean, this place is in easy competition with Big Al's and Smashburger. I absolutely loved my meal: double deluxe cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. Everything was perfect! Being from the West Coast, I got so tired of hearing all the hype around In-n-Out. Trust me, Culver's is far, far better than that insipid garbage they churn out in California.
