I didn't take pictures of the food because I didn't order anything special. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! The service is incredible. If I owned the place the only thing I would change is not having my servers walk constant laps around the tables. I understand the concept but the restaurant isn't that large and it's a little distracting with a server walking circles around you. But it must work for the place because they have a lot of loyal customers to include me now. read more

I really like this place. It has a standard food hall vibe with lots of seating, both booths and standard table/chair set ups. It's a great spot to bring a small group of friends for a bite. The food was good enough, with lots of burger and salad options. You can choose from beef, chicken, veggie, or turkey. And the fries are bottomless on the burger (surprisingly we first round is quite filling). The food was really reasonably priced and the portions were solid. But, the biggest bright spot was the service. Every single staff person was friendly and amazingly helpful. We had a nice lunch at 2 Doors Down during a recent trip to Cheyenne. The staff were all very nice and I liked the ordering process. You place your order at the counter and then find a table. The servers then run your food out when it's ready. The menu is huge and had so much variety. We decided on burgers and fries. They were really good. And the fries came out super hot and fresh, which was nice. The burgers were flavorful and came with the usual toppings. I wish I had taken a little more time with the menu, because I saw so many other tasty items once I sat down and looked at the menu a little more carefully. read more

Burgers are delicious! Steak fries are tasty and unlimited. It's full service (waiters bring food and refills drinks) but you order from a counter and initially fill your fountain drink. The whole menu includes some Mexican, some Italian, salads, soups, lots of burgers and appetizers. Only had burgers and a salad before. Took a lot of time to find parking on a lunch weekday. And until I finally did. We made it inside and it was super crowded and there was a long line to order at the counter. I didn't realize it was that type of service(none), I probably wouldn't have came. Ordered my food, got my own drink, and I went and sat out on the patio. There was nowhere to sit inside. But it was a nice day so that was OK and I was glad that they had picnic tables out on the sidewalk. Took them forever to get the burgers and fries and I had to keep going in and out to check to see if it was ready. And the entire meal just ended up being kind of expensive for what it was and the food was underwhelming. Felt Unwelcome As Soon As We Walked In Visited for lunch during some downtown Saturday festival and was deeply disappointed by the experience. It was hot outside and they were very busy. Parking was hard to come by and we arrived a few minutes before the rest of our party. It was clear upon entering that you ordered at the counter. But because we were waiting on folks and had never been in before, we wanted to sit down, save a table, and look at the menu. Staff immediately reprimanded us and informed us that customers MUST order before being seated and that we were "taking" seats from customers who were ahead of us. If this is the restaurant's policy, that's certainly their prerogative, but the interaction felt unnecessarily abrupt and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the poor first impression. The chile relleno was deep-fried and greasy. The burger was average, and the fries had an unusual texture that we did not enjoy. Customer service sets the tone for a meal and our experience left us feeling more like rule breakers than welcomed guests. We will NOT be returning. read more

They advertise as "gourmet" which is a bit deceiving -- what they should say is they fix hamburgers in multiple ways and will customize to your liking. The endless fries were okay -- nothing special, a bit soggy. The beer list is all mass produced. The wine is inexpensive mass produced stuff. So 2 Doors Down will satisfy your hunger. Very interesting place for my first time in Wyoming. The burger was heavy on the mustard and their menu choice didn't have anything I would consider a go to. I had to create my own type of basic burger. The taste of the food was cool, nothing bad or great about it, pretty straightforward burger. Service here was great!!! They send waiters around frequently to check on the guest and refill their drinks. They probably asked about 7 times while we were there. Ambiance here was interesting.
