Often, there is one person who is doing a large percentage of the work and really trying with their customer service. This person is usually wearing a Burger King cap and dunkin tshirt. I think all the businesses are owned by the same entity. If they do actually have what you are looking for, it will take a long time receive it. I have a rule that we can only stop if there are no appointments after (hence always doing it on the way home). But the food is amazing and it has to be for me to continue to stop there even when it's poorly managed and a long wait. I love the south Portland location!
