The order said it would take about 30 minutes, so I thought, "Okay, I have time." I got there about 20 minutes later and was shocked to see that my order was already done! I grabbed the bag and headed back to my car, gave the bagels to my partner, and we hopped onto the interstate. Unfortunately, the next exit was 10 miles south. My partner pulls the bagels out, and to our absolute surprise... THE BAGELS WEREN'T EVEN TOASTED. WHO IS ORDERING A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE UNTOASTED?! So not only did I pay $20 for THREE bagels, but I paid for three bagels that were completely inedible to me. And because we were already on the interstate with no exit for 10 miles, there was nothing I could do about it. I'm honestly so disappointed because I used to love this place. I understand mistakes happen, but when you're spending $20 on three bagels, especially when you're already trying to be careful with money, you expect your order to at least be made correctly. Would not recommend after this experience and due to the change of atmosphere, I won't be back, and will be taking my bagel orders to Sunrise Bagel down the street.
