I haven't been inside of this Burger King in a while, but I went in today. I did not get any names, but everything was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the value. Ivan asked fries and they were more than glad to make those for me and issues. It's really nice to see a company that actually cares food was great. Restrooms were clean. Today was the first time I've tried this location because of the other reviews. I went in first just to look at the condition of the facility. The place was super clean! The make line was clean, the floors had been freshly mopped. The smell of food and clean counters were all that were present. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and hot, and most importantly correct! I no longer have to drive down to Conroe for BK anymore!!! read more

I had a bad experience here. I ate in the restaurant and it was filled with flies. Gross! I know so I filled out their survey to let them know and got a code for free Whopper but when I tried to use it in the drive thru they made me sit there while they tried to see if I "actually" filled out the survey? I sat there for a while and Julie came back and said I did not fill out the survey and I could pay full price for my meal. Yes she was rude but I tried to explain to her BK gave me a code for the completed survey and I pointed it out on the receipt . She said no people try to scam them all the time and I did not take the survey! I let Julie know I would give her another chance to make it right before I left because I did take the survey and she rolled her eyes at me. I don't need a free hamburger and I'm certainly not going to allow Julie to treat me like a thief by going back to this location. Obviously this location is under poor management and employees have not been trained in company policy. I guess that also explains why its dirty inside and has a fly problem. Went on a Saturday afternoon through the drive thru for some whoppers, everything seemed normal until I asked for my receipt after having paid with a credit card. Was told uh uh uh "we don't have no receipts; uh uh uh we're out of tape". Sorry but this is total BS and you must provide a receipt if requested, shows all the hallmarks of a credit card scam. This burger king is a train wreck, no fraud yet but hopefully posting this warns you enough to take your business elsewhere where they aren't liable to scam you or your credit card... read more

The worst customer service people at the counter. I specifically said I needed 2 of the 2 original chicken with 2 fries orders, one order to be plain and one order with extra mayo. I showed him the code from the app. We get I plain chicken, 1 with mayo. When we ask about it, just get a blank look followed by a what do you want me to do about it attitude. We tell him we want to get another order. He wanted to charge is 13.99 for a 4.99 special that he messed up. He was like you need the code. So we brought up the code again. Never got a receipt for the first order had to ask, it came out with duplicate on it but missing all of the store information and it had a survey on it read more

Burger King has been flooding TV with ads for their "Taco for a Buck". They show a taco that they must have bought at a real Mexican restaurant. It shows a well shaped crispy taco shell filled with coarse ground meat that looks like beef. We were headed North on I-35 at lunch time and decided to try the Burger King tacos. Bad idea! We came in at 12:10 7-26-2019. No one in line but it took Kristie 10 minutes to wait on us. Staff had lots of tattoos and didn't seem to be in a hurry. After a long wait we got our "tacos". What a disappointment! Worst tacos I've ever seen. A soggy bag of brown gunk with wilted lettuce and yellow something that might be called cheese. Looked like they come frozen and are thrown in the deep fat fryer. Only the edges of the tortilla were crisp. The rest was tough and soggy. Bad taste! Must be using the new synthetic meat. Nothing like the TV ads or sales posters! Heavy traffic and poor access into and out of the store. Burger King is now advertising a meatless Whopper. This may be fine for AOC and the Snowflakes. My wife and I will be stopping at Whataburger, even if it means driving 50 miles further. Fasting is preferable to Burger King tacos or meatless Whoppers! read more

I would like to preface this that I have had nothing but amazing service in the past at varying times of day and through the drive thru by various staff members. Generally, I have left being treated with nothing but kindness. Yesterday I went to this location around 2:30 yesterday afternoon (September 14) 9614 Fm 1097 Rd, Willis, TX 77318. Upon my entry, we were greeted after the woman at the register who I assume was a supervisor told a staff member arriving on shift their duties then greeted us. She was a short Hispanic woman and I believe her name was Sam (she was also not wearing a name tag). Initially, everything was fine and I placed my order. I was with my friend and ordered 2 Whoppers, 1 medium fries, and 2 cini minis. In my hand, I had cash and a coupon visible. I then told her I had a coupon for the order. She then informed me that I could not apply said coupon (for a BOGO Whopper) because I ordered a 2 for $6, which I never said nor was asked if that was what I wanted/ meant to say. I then said well I don't understand why it could not be applied, to which she said she was not able to void the ticket. I know this is not true because I work and have worked in the restaurant industry as well as my friend and I have ordered with coupons in the togo window and never had a problem before after saying I had a coupon once I placed my order. My friend then told her to start over or start a new ticket if this was the case. The woman made a face and toke out her phone and just subtracted the coupon from the order. I paid in cash and never received a receipt. Once my food was ready she did not give me the fries I had ordered. I told her this and she said that I could not get them since they were not a part of a coupon. I then asked that I thought I could add a side of fries to my order which is what I had thought I had ordered and paid for. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a small fries. I then asked if I could get a receipt for my order since I did not get one. The women said I could not since her drawer would be short due to my transaction. She even went as far as to show me her computer. My friend then went up to get a receipt for the store number that had a voided BBQ sauce on it. We left after that. The whole time we were there the restaurant was dirty, hot as if the AC was not on, and the ketchup was out. Like I said I have worked in a restaurant before (several even and currently) so I understand how they are supposed to run. I am HIGHLY disappointed in my experience and truly hope she is not a manager or supervisor because she deserves to be fired for that behavior and rudeness. I cannot imagine that way she treats her staff and runs her restaurant if that is how we were treated. read more
