Once the driver found me, got back to my office only to discover the sandwich wasn't what I ordered. Not even close. Called the restaurant, spoke to someone who said they were the manager and told me I could come get a replacement sandwich (which I didn't have time to do, hence the delivery request). Then finally offered to refund my order. Guess what, didn't happen. No lunch, out $25 and will stick with their competitors going forward. Epic failure all around.!

I'm on a college campus which is a focal point of the town (second largest employer other than the Department of Corrections. Driver says she's not familiar with the campus. Your shop is on the edge of the campus. I ordered through Jimmy John's app, not a third party. WtH. Now 7 minutes to the one hour mark and still no food. So much for "freakishly fast". $25 for a sandwich, chips & a drink, and hour wait. Never again!
