Good food, service is nice, but took a while for our food to be ready. But the ambience is nice and peaceful because barely anyone is here.

To be honest, I had already had a poor day and that may have colored my outlook a bit. But.... I stopped in at the Burger King in Kendig Square, Willow Street, because it was my last chance at a quick bite during a crazy day. I planned to eat while driving. While my sandwich was assembled, I had a few moments to watch inside, and it wasn't pretty. The fry station had loose food all over it, and what looked like discarded fry containers littered the work surface. The staff were quite literally walking on food and trash in the kitchen area. Not a little mind you, but enough they were more likely to land on something other than floor with every step. I saw no gloves, hair nets, or any other kind of sanitary gear. My food was bare handed put together and bagged up, handled all the way. I took my chicken sandwich and fries, went to my truck, and tossed the bag in the bed. The chickens at home liked it. NEVER AGAIN. The only reason I'll ever go back is to take a few photos to add here. read more

Pulled into drive through line at 1230 on a Tuesday. Placed an order via the app at 12:33. We JUST got our food at 1:02. They forgot our daughter's nuggets, bbq sauce and the food is lukewarm warm. Don't stop here.. keep driving read more

This is the worst Burger King ever. Dining room always dirty. Drink station always a mess. Drive thru service is slow...always!!! Orders frequently incorrect. Don't ever order nuggets chicken fries or mozzarella sticks as they sit in the warming drawers for HOURS and are never fresh. Usually have someone on the front counter to take dine in orders. You just wait forever. Chicken sandwich and fish sandwich always cold. Again the food just sits in the warming drawers. When it expires they just reset the timer. I've seen them do it. Front counter area usually has food and paper and other crap on the floor. You can see it and no one picks it up. I can't believe this place is still open...absolutely horrible read more

Used their app to order a dine-in mobile order. The app said that my food is being prepared and it'll be in the "order pick-up" area. Waited in that area at the counter for 15 minutes before somebody acknowledged my presence. The employee asked if I was waiting for something and I gave him my order number. He said, "that's a mobile order" and walked way. I sat down for a little and then went back up to the counter, waited again for somebody to acknowledge my presence (it's now 35 minutes since I walked in the door after placing my order). This different employee asked if I'm waiting for something. I told him a mobile order. He asked if I informed anybody, so I pointed to the first employee and said that I did. My bag of food was waiting all this time on their warming spot and he grabbed it immediately and handed it to me while looking at the first employee and saying "come on man." He upsized my drink for the trouble which didn't mean anything to me since there are free refills. A total of 37 minutes of waiting for food that was already made and sitting right in front of them behind the counter. During this long wait, I watched the employees screwing around while I stood there ignored. The only person I saw busting their butt was the drive-thru employee. In addition, we had to use one of their paper BK crowns to wipe the dirt off of our table; not clean. Will never go back. read more

I arrived at this establishment a little before ten o'clock in the morning. I was met by a friendly young lady by the name of Gabrielle. I asked her if they were offering their lunch menu yet. She advised that they were not, but that she would be happy to provide me with a lunch entre of my choice if I was willing to wait. I ordered and confused my order forgetting to ask for a meal. When I asked about the drink she explained that the order had not been rung up with a drink. She provided me a courtesy large soft drink to rectify my problem. My meal arrived hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. I even had some extra fries in the bag because the crew misunderstood and dropped an entire basket not a personal order. It was a nice bonus to an already satisfying dining experience. The dining area was clean and well lit. The men's bathroom was very clean and stocked properly. The parking lot was clean and had ample room. Overall the service was excellent here. The wait staff were kind, caring and helpful. The store was clean and comfortable. My experience was top notch and this establishment earned a five star rating from me. read more

My son wanted BK and we were nearby so we went inside, I wish we hadn't after getting the food. He got the BK King and I got the Mushroom and Swiss melt, the pictures on the menu are misleading. What I got was a dismal try at a burger, I honestly don't know what I was expecting. I knew it was fresh because I deleted the sauce it came with but it was the size of a junior burger with 2 patties. I couldn't stomach anymore then a couple bites and disposed of it. My son even said it's not as good as before, I don't remember it ever being good. $17 down the drain. read more

If you're reading this and wondering if Burger King has improved at all I can help you. They haven't. In fact I think it's as bad as it's ever been. The burgers (other than whopper) are more like sliders. The meat has a weird look and an even worse taste. I couldn't finish the burger because the taste was so damn strange. The fries are COVERED in salt. The food is shit. Pure shit. To add to lovely cuisine is the fact that there wasn't a clean table in the place. We were 2 of the 6 people in the place. I am disgusted at management & service workers. Willow Street I visited on the date, October 27th at 3:04 in the afternoon. My order was very simple but the kid that took my order was acting retarded and kept asking me over and over what all I needed on my sandwich. I wanted a chicken sandwich with no Special Sauce just mayonnaise extra mayonnaise and extra tomato. well I pulled up I paid $0.30. More for one tiny extra tomato and all three Tomatoes were very little and green that I asked to speak to management and he was acting like a fool as well saying we gave you what u ordered, I kept saying no you didn't. I was not interested in arguing. well I just said I don't want to hear it just give me my money back. I only got three tiny tomatoes and they were green, like WTF !!! Today was a frustrating day, but made much better by my stop at BK! I had forgotten my wallet and had to go back home to get it so I was VERY hungry. When my order was ready, it was missing my whopper and fries but the woman at the counter quickly made it right with a smile! I drive a box truck and am unable to do drive-throughs so I was very glad the dining room was open for take out and that my I had such great customer service! read more

Was a little disappointed on this visit. I've been sick and my husband had just taken me to the doctor, and was getting me a chocolate shake-which are, In my humble opinion, better than McDonald's. Today they didn't stir it up so all the chocolate syrup was on the bottom. Not gonna complain though, because it sure hit the spot once we started up and shared it. read more

This Burger King is in the Kendig Square shopping center, but in a pad lot by itself. In all respects, this is an average Burger King that, as far as I can tell, has all the food items and current promotions for this fast food chain. Service is good and reasonably efficient. read more

Over the last few weeks the food has gotten awful, prior to that it was very good and the staff took pride in preparing the food. My meal yesterday has prompted me to call the health department as the foods cold, not even warm enough to melt the cheese on the burger. The order of jalapeños poppers was equally cold. read more
