We visited the train station here in town and stopped in Chick-fil-A for dinner. Olivia took our order and she was great! We had a big order with 9 of us which can be tricky. The food was great! Most Chick-fil-A locations serve warm salad dressing. But here they have it cold. It was the best Chick-fil-A salad I've had in years. The one near us in Pittsburgh doesn't refrigerate their salad dressings. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly and we will come again next time we are in town. First time at this location since I was in the area on vacation. The line in the drive thru was super long but the staff got us through fairly quickly. As always the food was on point. Always service with a smile. Best chicken places. Had gift cards to use and they also have a military discount which is great. Saved $6 dollars on my food. Call a traffic control company for this mayhem. Call Flagger Force or something but don't let that young lady risk her life. People were on there phone not paying attention. This is my first time visiting Chick-fil-A and is was great! I had been wanting to try it for so long, and it did not disappoint. I got the chicken sandwich, with the gluten free bread (yes, they have a gluten free option, and the bread was good! Thanks, CFA), a side of waffle fries and Mac & cheese. Everything was great and fresh, and so was the Mac & cheese for being fast-food-mac. This location was clean, and the staff were all really kind and helpful when ordering. First time being to any Chic Fil A ever! Also the first time at this location since i was on vacation with my family. We went on Tuesday May 23rd, and there was a bit of a line here, but that gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. They do have wraps and salad also, but felt like a quick sandwich. Person who took our orders was very nice and polite. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with a medium chocolate shake, my dad got the combo chicken deluxe sandwich, and my mom got the original one. We ate dining in, and it is so cool the way they know what table to go to. only complaint is never got to try their chic fil a sauce because their system went down for a minute while we were there, so they had to confirm our order manually. guess in the rush of everything that was forgotten, but oh well. overall, i enjoyed this place, and probably would check out our local ones nearby where we live. read more

Every Chick-fil-a we've ever been to has done a great job and this one is no exception! They're just down the street at from Dutch Wonderland so we found the line outside to be oppressively long, though in true CFA fashion, they got through it quickly! We went inside to grab a big group order and it was done quickly, deliciously and with a smile. Also, the peach shake is currently back...so go get a peach shake! Very great "high-end" fast food place with amazing service. The workers go above and beyond in making sure everybody is treated perfectly, and that the food comes out hot and fresh. One of the worst Chic Fil A I have ever visited. Got there at 8:26 PM and waited in the long line with just two cashiers got to the front of the line at 8:48 PM; she told me with two young kids, "oh, this has to be to go because the dining room closes in 11 minutes even though the drive-thru closes at 10 pm. Most restaurants will not allow others to come in after their dining room hours, but they won't rush or prohibit those that are already in there from dining. It's fast food and won't take long to eat. And they were out of Mac n cheese and my cookie was hard as a brick . Not friendly at all. One of the worst. The bathroom was also gross tissue on the floor and diapers spilling over in the bathroom. read more

The breading was crisp and well seasoned with appropriate spices. The Chick-fil-A sauce was savoury and sweet to add an additional pleasant complexity to the flavor profile. The glaring flaw was in the bread. The bun was not flavorful and had a cheap dry/chalky mouthfeel. A brioche bun would really elevate thia sandwich. read more

This review is for Saturday morning breakfast at Chick-fil-A on Lincoln Highway. Always "my pleasure" to come here before 9:00 AM and order a 10 piece Chick-n-Minis. Service is always very pleasant and the crowds have typically not arrived early on a Saturday morning. The food is, of course, perfect every time. I enjoy putting honey on the minis. Oh, and I do share the Minis with my daughter, inside at a table...10 is a little much for most people to comfortably eat at one sitting. read more

Don't usually review franchises but because I love small businesses and this one chick-fil-A seems to be particularly bustling due to its location in a rather rural area where there isn't much else, I'll give my two cents on this place. I know every chick-fil-A is known for having kind staff but this one was absolutely just exceptional. Every single one of the cashiers and workers were so incredibly friendly and greeted us with smiles and good vibes all around. The food was amazing - hard to believe it's a fast food chain, really. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the chicken was juicy, moist, and tender as per usual, nothing new there. It does get busy here, we went during a weekday at lunch time and there was quite a line and the place was absolutely bustling. Again, I guess that there aren't many lunchtime options around here for this ends up getting a lot of throughput. Great to stop by if you are in Lancaster or are driving through to your next destination. read more

I've never had a bad chick fil a experience in my life until now, I got a sandwich on the app put no cheese with bacon and I got the opposite, with cheese no bacon, it would of been fine if they just switched it and gave me the right sandwich but after I got it someone wearing a gray shirt, not sure if a manager, said it was because I didn't know how to use the app, and I showed her the receipt, it clearly says with bacon and no cheese and then she tried to switch it up by saying that I come here often and order it wrong! Better visit today than the two or three times when we've come in the past but overall this is one of the more annoying CFA locations I've been to. The drive thru lines are always asinine and even with two ordering points. It never really speeds things up so what's the point? I thought about going inside but it looked like a standing room only situation so I opted to stick to the drive thru and wait the ten to fifteen minutes it took for the process to transpire from initially hitting the line until we got our food. A wait like that is not CFA, that's more like BK. The food itself was perfectly fine as long as I'm willing to overlook that three separate orders of nuggets equal two sauce packets in their eyes. Every time I've been here it's always some type of disaster with being overcrowded or understaffed or not being able to handle the larger sized crowds that apparently are here everyday so you would think they would have a better handle on things, but they don't. I've been to many, many CFA locations all over the Mid-Atlantic and aside of the one over towards Reading I can't think of another location that has always underwhelmed me more and this one has never come close to the usual five star CFA Stepford-esque treatment that 99% of locations dish out all the time. I can't say that this was a never again visit but I'm tired of coming here and waiting in insane lines even at off times or having them not give enough sauce packets or forget napkins or only 2/3 fill a drink cup. The food here has always been top notch. I have never left dissatisfied with my meal. Sometimes it does take a few minutes to get your food, if you hit them at the wrong time or they are understaffed, but they do their best to get everyone served quickly and while I have never had issues with any of my orders here I have witnessed a few "messed up" orders which they were extremely quick to correct. This CFA location also has the nicest group of people working for it that I have ever had serve me at any restaurant. My only wish is that there would actually be a visual difference between a small and a large "Ice Dream" cone. I stopped getting the large ones when I realized they were not being made any larger than the small ones. I much prefer the ice cream here, but when their cones are no bigger than the 50 cent cones at Burger King, what am I wasting my money for? On the other hand, the ice dream cones here are a perfect ending to a good meal of a 12 count nuggets or chick fil a sandwich (whichever I think will hit the spot when I visit), waffle fries, and a cherry coke (or a root beer, or a lemonade, depending on what I am in the mood for). Chick-Fil-A, at least the Lancaster location, is as good as it gets. read more

Avoid this place like the plague on Saturdays. We ordered ahead knowing that this chick fil a is notorious for overwhelmingly long drive through lines. Got there and the parking lot is one way, and we parked in our spot. The drive through has then no line for other cars to pass so we nonetheless were parked in and had to work our way anyway through the ridiculously long drive through line. Let me start out by saying this spot never gives me a bad meal. The service is always excellent, fast, and courteous. Now let's get down to the food!!! I'm struggling to find words that for the description of my experience because articulating it in the best way possible is a must. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside, with a light salt action. The nuggets.... the nuggets are to die for!! They might not be the biggest nuggets you ever have but they are damn sure the tastiest. Every bite so delectable each going down as snotty and as flavorful as the last. Light batter to these nuggets. The nuggets them self don't even need dressed up with a lot of coating. The thing that I love about these nuggets is that the chicken speaks for itself, it doesn't need any extravagant coating, hell it doesn't even need the sauce that accompanies it. They are soft tender and juicy all the things I want in my chicken nuggets. I will be back. When I say I will be back it will probably be tomorrow. This food is that good above and beyond your normal fast food restaurant be it the food or the service it's all next level. Every single time we do the drive thru- they over fill sodas. Might not look like it to them but second we set them down - soda comes pouring out. Or soon as we put straw in. Go through loads of napkins soaking up ...every single ...time. When we told this to staff, their explanation had been, "we fill to top to get you more for the money." Well, if I'm driving and take a drink and lots of soda spills on me, and I have to pull over to clean up mess...that wastes time. Many times there is soda dripping down the side before they pass it to me through the window, and we have to ask them to wipe it off. As for delivery service - you have to place order on their app but they bounce delivery over to door dash. If problem with delivery, chick fil a Fruitville Pike will tell you to contact door dash - Door Dash says they can't help since order didn't go through their app. Judy Schaefer at Fruitville Pike just does not care.
