I'll be honest, I was kind of second-guessing this place when the door to the lobby was locked, and there's a sign on the window saying that they were short staffed and it was drive-thru only. I was on foot. A lot of drive-thrus won't serve people on foot, through the drive-thru, but this place did! I don't know why there's so many bad reviews about this place. I mean come on, it's fast food. You're not really doing a service to a community complaining about a $5 meal. Anyways I digress. There's a car in front of me, they got their food in two or three minutes. I walked up to the drive-thru and a nice kid there asked me if he could help me. I told him "sorry, I forgot my car at home" and he sat there for a second and kind of chuckled then I told him about usually not getting served in the Drive-Thru. He told me "yeah, I'm not going to NOT serve somebody their food, if they don't have a car! Our door is locked because we're short-staffed." What a guy! That tells me right there, that he values his job, and customers that come through. Good on him! My food was actually ready right when I got to the window which was nice. I ordered a double Whopper low carb, heavy all, and got exactly what I was expecting. Great job sir, and the rest of the staff in the back. This Burger King is actually really good. I dunno why people are having such bad experiences here, mine was fine. I stopped in here for quick breakfast. I got a Croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese and egg, along with what Burger king calls hashbrowns ... more like little tater tots and a coffee. The order was taken competently and I just used a credit card to pay. Food came up in short order and it was all hot and the cheese actually melted. It tasted fine as it should, so no surprises there or stray hairs in the food or anything. Coffee was hot so it's all good. I'd stop here again if I was passing thru on the 80 again. read more

I'm surprised by the low ratings here. This Burger King redeemed the brand for us! The service was fast and friendly (we ate here around 1pm on a Wednesday) and it has the typical casual ambiance. However, the burgers were tasty and tasted fresh! The toppings (lettuce, tomato, and onion) were also fresh and full of flavor!! I'm happy we ate here and sad that the BK at home is nothing like this one. read more

ZERO F ING STARS. I've been in the drive thru for 30 -40 minutes and can't leave because there is people in front and behind us and I called and it rung like 4 times then disconnected and I called right back and it instantly disconnected so they probably took the phone off the line. Was trying to order the $5 you way meal with the chicken jr sandwich deal the young female behind the register was unable to figure how to put the order in so was annoyed and short response because that was what we wanted and she didn't know how to find the button for it. Ordered the food and I was the only vehicle in the driveway yet it still took 20 mins. Checked my bag after I get the order. Seems correct. 2 sandwiches. 2 onion rings. Drive the 20+ mins home and take 2 bites from my "crispy chicken bacon swiss" and there's no bacon and the patty is Definitely not a crispy chicken. It's worse than a mcchicken from McDonald's. Was feeling a whopper, my guilty pleasure, so I decided to drop by. Ordered a double whopper and a chicken sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce. The whopper was standard, meaty bites with a bit of lettuce crunch and fresh tomato. I was given the option to add tomato and lettuce to the chicken sandwich, which I did. The chicken sandwich was a 3/5, not bad, not great. The chicken breading was almost as thick as the white meat, no bueno. But the taste was good, it just needs a sauce like Popeye's. read more

Should have read the reviews before stopping here. Cashier was a very immature boy, loud and obnoxious. Yelling for help like an incesant 3 year old, loudly pointing out his co workers mistakes. Very uncomfortable for those of us eating. Another young girl behind the counter was playing with her ponytail over and over again before scooping fries and loading bags. Gross. Paid for tomatoes on two of my burgers, didnt receive. They did fix it though. Just feel sort of grossed out by watching the behaviors behind the counter. Just went into this Burger King at 8:36pm tonight. We're traveling from California to Idaho nonstop, with our children in tow. We stopped for dinner and to use the facilities. I tried opening the restroom door and a woman yelled "I'm F***ing I'm here" very angerly. So we waited, a good 5-10 minutes. As I was struggling to hold it, out walks a chubby worker. We heard the toilet flush, no sink to wash hands..... I walked in after her, the sink was bone dry and she gave us a very nasty look. The smell was horrific, needless to say we turned around and walked right out. So much for serve safe classes. This woman obviously did not take those classes seriously if she is handling food and not washing after herself. Dirty tables, windows and dead bugs on all the window sills, while listening to her repeat 'double bacon cheeseburger' to the cook as drive thru walked around the ice cream machine repeatedly as we were dissecting our very sloppy and just plain shitty meals. Because of time constraints we had to finish there or we would have gotten our money back. The drinks were horrible as she noticed standing Right Behind Us but didn't check the boxes to make sure. Very slow to help you. Flys everywhere, filthy lobby and behind the counter. Cashier uses same gloves handling money and food. Grabbed dropped items off the floor and still didn't change gloves, went right back touching food and money. Garbage everywhere. Clearly no one cleans the lobby and tables. Ordered hamburgers to eat in the restaurant. Had them no more than 2 minutes, took a bite and they were cold and the bun was stale. Worst Burger King I have ever been to in all my travels. I told the manager when I arrived that there was no toilet paper in the ladies room (the single room had four industrial size paper rolls - all empty).
