I've had the Impossible Burger from Burger King many times and always enjoyed it, so I decided to try this location tonight. Unfortunately, it was a completely different experience. The burger was cold, flavorless, and barely had any condiments. I was also charged an extra $0.70 for cheese--but when I checked, there didn't seem to be any on the burger. I went back to the counter to ask, and one of the employees had to completely take the burger apart just to confirm that it had no cheese. Then the original cashier insisted there was cheese and took another look--what he pointed to was a tiny square that didn't even cover a quarter of the patty. It was laughable. If it takes two people to hunt for a piece of cheese, it's not worth the charge. To make matters worse, my mom (who is handicapped) and I sat in the accessible booth nearest the register. A metal bar from the seat was sticking out so badly that it tore my jeans and scratched my leg. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Martin, he was rude and dismissive. I also tried reporting the issue through the Burger King app, but that turned out to be a dead end. Looking back, I should have checked Yelp first--this location already has plenty of negative reviews, and now I understand why. It's clear they don't care, but I'm sharing my experience anyway. Came here to try some of the new SpongeBob menu items. I placed an order thru the app so pickup at the drive thru was pretty easy. This review is more a reflection of BK's food more than this specific location. The flavor of the food is different from what I remember, and not in a good way. I definitely think the quality went down. The burger patty was more bland than I was expecting (maybe not enough salt?), but the fries were too salty. So much so that I was rubbing off salt with a napkin. Don't get the Mr. Krabs cheesy bacon tots! They don't taste good and smell even worse. Charbroiled hamburgers are the best.. better than Smashburger's. They are so polite and efficient at the drive-through window. Never had a bad order or forgotten items. They make sure I always get sauces ketchup and anything else I need before I leave the window. Sometimes I feel like going back through the drive-through just to say hi. read more

My only real complaint about this location is that I find it difficult to get in and out of. If you're going South, you just can't easily get into the parking area due to traffic always being backed up on the Northbound side. Because of that, I often have to kinda preplan when I am going to go to this location. But beyond that, food is on par with every other BK in the area. Staff is as friendly as you would expect them to be, and food comes out quickly and correctly (I've never had even the smallest mistake on my orders over the years). So, if you're heading in the right direction and can easily get in to the parking, this location is great. read more

Waited 10-15 min in drive through to order Impossible Whopper with cheese (combo). I also swapped out the fries for 4 jalapeño bites with ranch. There were two cars in front of me. I ordered because I was already trapped in line but was in a hurry and now I'm late to work. He handed me the food and I realized I got fries instead once I already reached into the bag and had it into my car. He asked for the bag back so I gave it to him. He took the fries out and put them back on the hot line and gave me my bag it's the jalapeño bites. I drove off confused. This is the absolute worst customer service I ever had at any store or restaurant. ordered a kids meal and a combo. The price was almost $5 more than what was listed on menue. I asked the woman at the drive thru why that was and she said it was tax. I told her tax is not $5 on a $16 order. She argued and said , "yes it was" and to blame the government not her. She emphatically said there were no extra charges several times despite my saying there had to be. She said, " you can look at the receipt after you pay, but if you then want a refund there is going to be a problem"--her words exactly! so I did (I had to pay first) got the receipt and it sawthere were 3 extra charges. At the window the employee tried charging me 18$ and I'm like wait, I saw my receipt and he added 4 burgers instead of 3. I just left the drive-thru, and my experience was terrible. When I pulled up at 8:45 PM, the girl working the drive-thru greeted me with, "Hi, how can I help you?" I ordered two Oreo shakes, and she responded with, "That's it?" in a tone that sounded confused and unprofessional. Had a craving for Burger King after grocery shopping at the Whole Foods in the same plaza. I don't eat meat so it's awesome they have the impossible burger. Burger King was a thing in Southern California growing up so it brings back memories! I ordered the small size combo. I was apprehensive at first thinking maybe I should order the large but the small size fry was totally satisfying. The employee at the window was very polite and pleasant. They gave me extra napkins without asking. I would definitely order again. I love that they had a trash can at the end of the drive through because many places don't provide a trash can in the drive through line anymore. Never have I ever felt soo disrespected in a drive thru before. I had a $100 bill handed Martin my coins and asked if he could break. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant! Tried to use a coupon from the paper and the manager told me it was expired on 6/2 when the expiration date clearly said 8/2. She snatched the coupon out of my hands and threw it back at me 3 separate times while being unbelievably rude. The dining room is desolate for a reason. Staff is rude, disinterested, and in my case; when they misunderstood my English escalated to confrontation and accusations that I was being "cheap " taken well beyond any reasonable measure even as I requested they please let it go. The manager no less... I was a regular because it is near a recurring appointment. I actually enjoyed the lack of customers (often just me and one other patron who doesn't actually appear to order anything). Unfortunately employees on break are constantly on their phones blasting videos full volume. The place is soul crushing (even by the low standards for a BK). Horrible customer service. Food was totally fine, but I am finally never returning to this Burger King. I have vowed this to myself more than once, but after a few months of boycotting I forget how incensed and frustrated I was, and it is so convenient to walk with my grandson for a treat...I am finally absolutely finally done. She raised her voice to me(!!...) and nearly yelling, said, "YOU'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW!" I was immediately really offended, but I have been in customer service myself, and I remained entirely calm and sweet and replied, " yes, I have come in here many times with my grandson, but I've never figured out how to redeem my points... I have quite a few and some are expiring because I don't know how to actually use them to get my food. Would you be able to show me or assist me?" she began to yell at me again, I don't remember everything she said, but I do remember interjecting " please don't yell at me... Please don't yell at me... Please don't yell at me anymore... Each time she took a breath before continuing to yell at me. I just don't understand how me asking for help with this issue could become escalated, and it was not anything on my end... But this is the service that comes at this location. I asked her if she could get the Manager for me because maybe the manager would be able to help me. She said she was the manager! Cece was the name on her tag, she has been nothing but rude each time I've come in with my grandson, and I'm not quite sure why. I have been in many Customer Service positions, I am really well trained in keeping calm, and I left calm well I spoke calmly, and I left Burger King appearing to be calm, but inside I was in extreme turmoil. There are other places I can walk with my grandson to get him a treat, I will not be returning to this Burger King and at some point, I think the district manager should reevaluate the hiring process. read more

My partner and I stopped here for a late night meal after a gig at the Hilton, which is right down the street. The drive thru was open. We ordered a Texas double Whooper (came with cheese), an Impossible Whopper meal, and a chicken wrap. The fries were the best part. They were piping hot, crispy, perfectly salted, and meaty (1/4 inch versus shoestring) even though we were the only car there at 12:35AM. There was also no sketch factor. The parking lot was clean and there were no people loitering or parked cars. The staff member was friendly, professional, and accommodated our request for ketchup and mustard packets and extra pickles on the side. The Sprite fountain drink was on point. The order totaled about $32. My partner enjoyed the Texas Whopper. The chicken wrap was small, and he said, very basic. The Impossible Whopper that I had was also basic, but it did the trick to put my hunger at ease, and there was no grease factor about it. For the last few weeks, I had Burger King on my mind and I just couldn't shake it. I finally decided last week to drive on over to fulfill my craving. I chose to eat inside as it was a brutally hot day and I wanted to relax during my lunch. Service was good, the girl at the front was welcoming and friendly. There were about 5-6 other patrons inside, mainly business folk on their lunch hour like myself. I really just wanted my chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings, but the girl at the counter said it was cheaper as a combo with a drink, go figure. Food came out hot and it did the trick at fulfilling what I had the hankering for. The restaurant was clean and it seemed like a decently busy location.
