I can't review the food I ordered since when I went to pick up, the staff said that my order had already picked up. I ordered from DoorDash and have proof that to show my name to pick up. She kept saying that someone already did and she didn't even check the app to verify. She said it is not her problem and if I need to resolve this I should contact DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash and they said I need to call restaurant to resolve the issue. I called the number provided and the person said they already gave the order to someone else and there is nothing they can do for me. I'm here multiple times a week, there is this one tall guy, curly hair with glasses, his customer service is *chef's kiss* goes way above and beyond, not only does he remember small things like how my food is always for here and I'd like a water cup, he even remembers how many hot sauce I'd like depending on my order. This was my first time ever trying Del Taco. As a loyal Taco Bell fan, I was curious to see what the debate was all about. I stopped at this location because I was passing through LA on a drive from Santa Barbara to the Inland Empire. This location was spacious and we went late at night. I ordered the $6 meal that comes with crinkle cut fries and a drink but there were two options; Del's Favorites and Triple Chicken. I asked for Del's favorites but the cashier put in my order and rang me up for the Triple Chicken and I didn't notice until I already started eating my food. I wasn't really impressed with the chicken or the value of the meal. The menu has a pretty wide variety so I'd probably eventually try it again at a another location, but my loyalties lie with the Bell. read more

These franchises can vary sometimes but this location has consistently provided the freshest items on the menu with very pleasant staff. Any problems have always been quickly and properly handled. One of our favorites are the fish tacos which they make a point of always cooking fresh and not relying on previously cooked and stored meats. Tasty plato & they need to offer that salsa all the time! I've had the chicken crunchtada, it was delish! Had chicken, beans, diced tomato, cilantro & a creamy sauce. (Might be same sauce used in the flatbread taco). Seasonal item is shrimp tacos and burritos, very tasty lightly breaded, comes with their version of tarter sauce, white & creamy sauce.
