Mainly we do drive thru...today's line is okay.

As always, we normally do drive thru and we still love the quality of In-N-Out Burger!! My most favorite is their Vanilla Shake!! Yep, after all these years, I still love their Vanilla shake because, they taste like they use real ice cream...I'm not sure, but it sure does...and as mentioned before, I wish this place would make Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream, every place so far I've been to, they don't taste like they used to, but I believe if In-N-Out Burger were to make it, it will taste like how it was made back in the 80's! Service was decent for a drive thru on our last visit which is good. I can't say much about ambiance since it's drive thru except that I do like how the line splits into 2. This one is not this place fault, but the line to drive thru prior to pulling in is quite challenging only because you have everyone making a turn from Topanga Canyon Blvd, and when you wait for your turn to make a left into the ordering section, you were waiting already, here is the annoying part I can't stand is when people coming from the opposite side (don't remember street name)and makes a RIGHT turn into the drive thru lane!! While you were there waiting already to make that left. Not sure how that can be resolved, I just wanted to share that. Otherwise all in all I'm happy their food quality is still great and pricing, yep it's higher but not as bad as other places and we still get good quality.

We stopped by In-N-Out and, as expected, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Instead of waiting in the car, we decided to head inside and order at the counter. Even though it was packed, the whole process went really smoothly. The staff were friendly, patient, and moved things along efficiently. It was clear they were working hard, but they still took the time to be kind and helpful. Our order came out just right, everything was accurate, fresh, and delicious. Classic In-N-Out goodness. It's always impressive when a place is this busy and still manages to keep up both the service and the quality.

If you're looking for a really good burger this is your place. The quality of the meat is better than other fast food options, so you don't feel as guilty getting it. Their fries are great and even better when you get the cheese fries. I like getting the protein style cheeseburger with raw onions. This location is always busy, so plan to wait at least 15 minutes for your food, but then again most in announce are busy. The ambience is very casual.

Double Double in the Protein Style format.

I like the store but it's too small. They need to hire more people or get a bigger place. It's not realistic to serve this many customers and make them wait endlessly. This is Pure Hell. The staff cattle calls, not a relaxing place to dine in. The tables are always occupied, they should have gotten a bigger place to accommodate paying customers. The security guard is also annoying, he keeps walking around the store inspecting people. The food is delicious but good luck moving in that drive thru. The employees enjoy making their customers suffer by working slow and the parking space is just as atrocious. Management should expand into a larger store.

This is how you get extra cheese and lightly toasted smh !!

Worst In-N-Out location I've ever been to!!! Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. This time they didn't add the extra cheese I asked for, the buns were BURNT even though I asked for them lightly toasted, and the fries were cold. I also specifically asked for my food in a box with a lid, and they put everything in a bag instead!! The employees are rude and seem more focused on talking to each other about personal stuff than actually getting orders right. The wait time is always way too long for an In-N-Out, and the quality keeps getting worse. Definitely the worst location! I honestly will never come back they NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT AND ITS ALWAYS COLD! If you want In N Out go to another location this place isn't it! They need better management and training ASAP.

    Linh T.

Usually a long wait but always worth it! Consistently fresh and tasty burgers, perfectly fried fries, thick milkshakes, and great service every time. Ambiance is typically busy with lots of people but tables open up pretty quick.

12/15/2025 I went in the afternoon and had possibly the best In N Out experience I've had in my life? I saw a guy in an all black outfit and everyone was absolutely ontop of their game. Every bite was amazing & reminds me of my love for In-N-Out!

The garlic bread is buttery, well flavored, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The salad was a great starter with tasty dressing. My husband ordered the shrimp creole which he found to be fresh and flavorful. I had the eggplant rollatini which was delicious, especially the cheesy filling. A wonderful dining experience at very reasonable prices. We cannot wait to go back and take all our friends & family in the future!

($18 - Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka, cold-pressed pineapple juice, fresh raspberry purée, lime juice fresh mint topper). I'm not a big drinker and am a fan of drinks that you can't really taste the alcohol and this was great. It was a fun to drink and was refreshing. For our entree my friend had the Fish & Chips. ($27 - Crispy haddock fillet, sea salt fries, tartar sauce, grilled lemon). I tried a piece of her fish and it was thinly battered, soft, and flavorful. I usually try to stay away from fried fish like this just because places use way too much better or the fish gets super oily but they was not the case with their fish & chips. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I had the 4 piece Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice. ($34 - Fresh ahi, dynamite sauce, wasabi tobiko, togarashi, toasted sesame). Oh my goodness was this delicious. This is usually something you'd eat as an appetizer but eating it alone is a meal in itself. Yes, it's pricey BUT it is totally worth it. Saint & Second is an upscale dining experience. Their food delivers to that level as well. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new date night spot or something intimate with friends. You can really taste the freshness of all the ingredients they use.

However, in my two most recent visits, only the atmosphere has remained a highlight -- the service has declined significantly. My most recent visit was two nights ago, on Father's Day, for a celebratory dinner. Our server was curt and unwelcoming throughout the meal. When my glass of wine arrived, the server suggested I taste it first -- which I did -- and it was immediately apparent that the wine had turned. Having ordered the same wine many times before without issue, I was confident this particular bottle was off. When I asked our server if the bartender could open a fresh bottle, she agreed without hesitation. However, moments later, a gentleman I assumed to be the manager approached and informed me that a new bottle would not be opened, as the current one had only been opened the day before and was, in his opinion, fine. His only alternative was to offer the same varietal at a higher price point. I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding open bottles, but in all my years of dining out, I have never encountered an establishment that refused to replace a glass of wine a guest found unacceptable -- especially when the server herself had encouraged me to taste it for that very reason. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and unfortunately I will neither return nor recommend this restaurant going forward.

Don't worry I'm not a raging alcoholic, it was more so out of respect for the performer. The delicate hanging lights and plants are a nice touch, and the colorful lighting toward the stage area was very vibey. They also had hookah available, I'm not sure the cost. There's also a small digital Photo Booth at the entrance. The performances were great and so was the crowd. I'd love to come back another time and try more of the food and hear more live music. Both times we've been seated pretty quickly. At this location I've tried the spicy fried cauliflower and it was sooo good! On a separate occasion I brought my sister who was visiting from out of state. We ordered some sushi, the gyoza and the steak with the fried mashed potatoes and she wouldn't stop talking about how much she loved the food! The only thing I don't love is that they use egg white in the margaritas and if you don't read the ingredients you'll be wondering why your glass smells like egg. Apparently they do this for the foam ‍ Told my sister this and she ordered a strawberry margarita (not on the menu) and still ended up with egg whites in her drink lol so now I make sure to ask at restaurants around the area. But today the service tipped me over and put both me and my boyfriend in a bad mood. First, at check in the lady who sits people does not have voice to yell out people's names, she said my name very quietly that we didn't hear I don't think anyone would, luckily a man standing and watching waiting for his table told the girl that were there pointing at us because she was already putting the menus down thinking we're not there. You usually say the name at least twice or at least loud enough so people could hear. Second, we got sat at disabled table, not sure why when there were other available options. Lastly, I understand it was a bit packed but we waited 15 mins and then a "waiter" shows up, ask "how is it going?" I said hi how are you, he continues to grab our coasters, and goes "just saying hi" excuse me?? Did not ask if we want drinks or anything!! For a place that's advertised as a high end EXPENSIVE restaurant that is not the way to talk to customers because he didn't say anything after so in this awkward silence I go "im just going to have the chocolate cake please" which he responded to in weird manner that's unwelcoming at all "oh okay then just chocolate cake it is " or something along those lines. Takes everything off the table not even offering water and takes our glasses away. He seemed salty for sure. Very rude if you ask me. Got the cake 20 mins later. NEVER checked in on us after. Mind you there are always so many servers there and all they do is talk to each other and not check in or make sure the customers are satisfied. Usually I try to ignore their service but "just saying hi" is flat out disrespectful and unprofessional. So if you're the manager or the hiring team, please hire people who know how to provide a good customer experience and are professional or at least train them. Hire people for the front who aren't rude or have attitude because most of the time they have a nasty attitude like they're doing me a favor by checking me in. Today the lady was fine. I really hope that next time it will be better and based on other negative reviews I'm not the only one who has an issue with the staffs attitudes towards people so maybe it should be fixed otherwise I wouldn't go here if you're expecting a good service or good vibes.

Paris, our server, was an absolute ray of sunshine. We decided to share a variety of dishes, which turned out to be the perfect way to experience the menu. I don't eat meat, but my fellow diners could not stop talking about the Braised Short Rib Rolled Lasagna. The Lemon Gnocchi was light and delicate, the beet salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the Crispy Squash Blossoms stuffed with ratatouille were absolutely delicious. The Cold Hamachi Aguachile was probably the most interesting dish of the night. It's almost like a fish snow cone, which sounds odd until you try it. My mom would call it "moreish" because every bite makes you want another. The Jumbo Prawns à la Plancha were also excellent. But the standout for me was the Eggplant Parmesan. It was completely over the top in the best possible way. If you told me to come back and order nothing but the eggplant and a martini, I'd happily call that dinner. What really stood out beyond the food was the pacing. Dishes arrived at just the right rhythm, the cocktails were excellent, and the playlist somehow added to the atmosphere without competing with the conversation. I took photos of everything, which should tell you how beautiful the food was, but the best part was simply having a genuinely fun evening with friends. Great food, great service, and a restaurant I'll absolutely be back to.

The layout is intentional and cozy. They have outside seating with heating. On busy nights, the noise level is high. It is hard to have a convo. I would recommend getting the outside seating for this because it is more intimate. Surprisingly, on our 2 visits, we got same server and she took care of us really well. Food is phenomenal! I am slightly disappointed with my cod as it didn't have the glazed sear I was hoping for. All of our orders on 2 visits were picture perfect and seasoned well. We will definitely be back and try a different dish. I am also glad that they have a seasonal menu.
