I had an issue with one of my burgers, and even though I had already taken a couple bites, they immediately offered to remake it without questioning me or making me feel uncomfortable about it. What stood out most was how attentive they were during such a busy rush. The line was out the door, orders were flying, and they still took the time to make sure I was completely happy and that both of my burgers had everything exactly the way I wanted them. Josh and Adrian were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about customer service. The drive thru lane queue is flawed, everytime I come here, they let the car behind me get their order first. The lane system is terrible, and needs to be fixed , the person taking orders should do it further closer to where the lanes split so they can ensure the right people get their orders, waiting for over 30 minutes to have another car go infront of you when you're in a rush is terrible. I told the guy taking the order and he didn't do anything to make it right, which he simply could have told the car that I'd have to go ahead of them since I was there before them. I don't think that I've ever been to an In-N-Out location that doesn't have a long line of people waiting. The wait times have always been worth it for me at this location. Even though the drive-thru lines are long, wait times can be significant, and parking isn't always easy to find, this location still does a remarkable job of keeping the lines moving as fast as possible. The service here has always been efficient and friendly. I love ordering the 3x3 burger (three beef patties and three slices of cheese). I also love adding their chopped chilies to my burgers. Juicy patties, fresh ingredients, and consistent results keep me coming back for more. Overall, this location offers juicy burgers, fresh ingredients, and fast, exceptional service. As always, we normally do drive thru and we still love the quality of In-N-Out Burger!! My most favorite is their Vanilla Shake!! Yep, after all these years, I still love their Vanilla shake because, they taste like they use real ice cream...I'm not sure, but it sure does...and as mentioned before, I wish this place would make Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream, every place so far I've been to, they don't taste like they used to, but I believe if In-N-Out Burger were to make it, it will taste like how it was made back in the 80's! Service was decent for a drive thru on our last visit which is good. I can't say much about ambiance since it's drive thru except that I do like how the line splits into 2. This one is not this place fault, but the line to drive thru prior to pulling in is quite challenging only because you have everyone making a turn from Topanga Canyon Blvd, and when you wait for your turn to make a left into the ordering section, you were waiting already, here is the annoying part I can't stand is when people coming from the opposite side (don't remember street name)and makes a RIGHT turn into the drive thru lane!! While you were there waiting already to make that left. Not sure how that can be resolved, I just wanted to share that. We stopped by In-N-Out and, as expected, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Instead of waiting in the car, we decided to head inside and order at the counter. Even though it was packed, the whole process went really smoothly. The staff were friendly, patient, and moved things along efficiently. If you're looking for a really good burger this is your place. The quality of the meat is better than other fast food options, so you don't feel as guilty getting it. Their fries are great and even better when you get the cheese fries. I like getting the protein style cheeseburger with raw onions. This location is always busy, so plan to wait at least 15 minutes for your food, but then again most in announce are busy. The ambience is very casual. read more

I like the store but it's too small. They need to hire more people or get a bigger place. It's not realistic to serve this many customers and make them wait endlessly. This is Pure Hell. The staff cattle calls, not a relaxing place to dine in. The tables are always occupied, they should have gotten a bigger place to accommodate paying customers. The security guard is also annoying, he keeps walking around the store inspecting people. The food is delicious but good luck moving in that drive thru. Worst In-N-Out location I've ever been to!!! Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. This time they didn't add the extra cheese I asked for, the buns were BURNT even though I asked for them lightly toasted, and the fries were cold. I also specifically asked for my food in a box with a lid, and they put everything in a bag instead!! The employees are rude and seem more focused on talking to each other about personal stuff than actually getting orders right. The wait time is always way too long for an In-N-Out, and the quality keeps getting worse. Definitely the worst location! The consistency with the quality of food and service is unquestionable, regardless of them always being super busy. They are awesome! I have do have to say, this is the first time in all these years that they messed up 1 of 3 burger orders. I ordered one with no onions and the receipt was correct, but there it was: caramelized onions on my daughter's burger which she cannot eat :-( I typically order that we will "eat in the car" so we can quickly check if the order is correct. You can never go wrong with an In N Out burger but just remember to check your order when you're ordering to make sure they put it in correctly. It been years since I came to this In N Out location but since I was in the area this morning to help my sister, I was able to come here for my lunch. I came like 30 minutes after they officially open and their drive thru line was already long so I went inside instead to put my order. I wanted to get a 3X2 Protein style burger with chopped chilis and fries. The lady taking my order even repeated the right order for me and handed me my receipt but I didn't look at the receipt. It took about over 10 minutes for them to call my number and when they did, I saw that the lady didn't put protein style. So I got a regular 3X2 burger which I was fine with so I didn't ask them to correct it. My burger and fries were delicious like always, In N Out is my favorite fast food. THIS LOCATION CHANGES FRYING OIL ONCE A WEEK!! My family and I have been coming to this location for years. As much as it pains me to write this but i have no choice to give this poor rating and public service notice. Halloween night, about 5:45-6 pm; my uncle and I went through the drive thru and purchased our usual order to take home for family dinner. After spending over 30 mins to get through it all, we were hungry. We got home to discover majority of our fries had a shade of dark green color. At first didn't think anything of it, but half way eating through it, the taste of the fries was off. It smelled old. We took photos. But photos don't quite show the color of it. (You have to see it in person to believe it). Half of my cup of fries was the little itty bitty burnt bits. I was upset at this point. My uncle and I said we have to go back and show the manager, because this is not right, and as busy as the place gets, out of principle, we had to go back and explain this quality control issue. We found the manager. And we asked the man who claimed to be the manager, and showed my cup of fries, if this s how they should be presenting, and also said majority of fries were dark green shade of color and family had eaten them because they were hungry , and he said that they change their oil once a week! Meaning this is old frying oil?! And reusing oil, like that, can bring up so many health issues! Besides that, his demeanor and tone and with no apology, couldn't care less but offered to replace the fries with new cup of fries to which we said definitely no, especially after learning that this location changes their frying oil only once a week!!! I came here last night for dinner and I was shocked that there was only one other car in the line! I like that they have two lanes to make the line go faster. They also have an employee standing outside to take your order to make the process go smoothly and quickly. I ordered food for 4 people and everything was hot and fresh but one of the burgers was wrong. It came completely plain when I asked for everything on it. The burger was still delicious but I was sad one of the meals was wrong. I also got the pink lemonade which was delicious. They gave me plenty of sauce and ketchup and peppers and had my food out quickly. The food was perfect as it always is. But I'm writing to let management know about the service. The young man, Evan in the drive-through was absolutely wonderful. As a C7 quadriplegic, he helped me with putting my items in the van by waiting patiently for me to grab each item. Due to no finger use, it takes me a little bit more time to get items from the drive-through. With employees like Evan that work at this location, I will not go anywhere else. This pains me very much because I have loved In N Out for over 50 years. The burgers are always good and the people are always welcoming, and that was the case today. However, the drive thru operation is horrible! Cars must enter on the side street and there's no marking to indicate which direction the approaching traffic needs to be in, so it's an absolute zoo and rude drivers are cutting off other traffic. Shame on everyone involved in the design and execution. If you can't contain your traffic without spilling out onto the streets, you shouldn't be zoned for this type of establishment With so many other In N Out locations, I will definitely avoid coming back here read more

In & Out burger is a solid go to when you want a quick, delicious bite. Since I'm vegetarian I order the grilled cheese which is a burger with everything except meat! I always get the free peppers which taste delicious with the grilled cheese. You just ask for peppers when you get the ketchup. I always add onion too it really gives the grilled cheese a crisp taste. The fries are so good! In & Out really trains their employees well and hires good people. Customer service is key to a successful business and I think that's part of the reason In & Out is thriving. I've dined inside before and it's extremely clean and simple decor with good vibes. Usually I order in the drive thru line. I did today. It was quick even though they were very busy. There's a doubled sided line for cars that speeds it along. Really can't go wrong with any order here unless you go nuts with the jalapeños. I also like the animal fries but I can do regular too. My son likes cheese fries. Drinks are good too. And the shakes. There's almost always a wait but people tend to be friendly especially when they're in the double queue. The staff is amazing. Really friendly and top of things. As a native Californian who has now lived in Florida for more than a decade, In-N-Out is a much-needed stop while visiting family. I tend to get extra lettuce and tomatoes on my burger and it never fails to fill me up! I love to add onions animal-style, extra-crispy fries and a chocolate shake of course. This particular location functions like the usual well-oiled machine in every way except for the parking/traffic situation, but that's not their fault. Like I said, I haven't lived here in over a decade, but it was BAD when I did live here. It's now even worse if you can imagine. The drive thru line is a hard pass. Try to find parking and go in to order if you can, especially if you have little children with you who might suddenly need to use the potty while you're stuck in-between cars. This is my very first In and Out burger. I was curious about it because everyone talks about them and I had to try it for myself to see where I'd stand. When it comes to service, I'd say they're pretty good at taking orders. When you request for onions or chili peppers chopped on your burgers they follow it to the T. They get your burger and fries the way you want it. I cannot comment on the ambiance because we can only have it as take out and the drive thru line is often long of course. Nonetheless it is a classic that is something that the generations will hopefully continue to support. I just hope they have more drink options, but I am happy with their shakes. read more

This particular location for whatever reason has THE BEST Fries i dunno what it is but its always perfectly crispy. Usual Food order: Double Double with Chopped Chilis - perfection perfectly cooked juicy and cheesy and delicious Fries - usually the thing the naysayers call out as not being good. I love them sorry.
