This place is still a joke. Four people working behind the counter. The first person makes my sandwich. The second person asked me if I wanted Mike's way. It really annoys me. Mike's not eating the sandwich. I am. I want it my way then the third person cut my sandwich and wrapped it up and then put it in someone else's bag. The person that was in front of me that was almost done and she didn't say anything she was going for the free sandwich for people behind the counter and none of them know what they're doing whoever owns this place is wasting their money paying these people if I own this place, I'd fire all four of them. What a joke.

For $8.69, you can get a 12 inch Veggie at Subway and they have a much larger variety of veg and cheese. A 12 inch one here is 18 bucks???

This place is a ripoff joint. A 12 inch veggie sandwich here is a whopping $17.85. At Subway right now it is $8.69 and they have many more vegetables and cheese types to choose from that Jersey Mikes does not even offer. If you don't believe me, go to one of the Subway stores in this neighborhood and compare for yourself. Literally, the prices at Jersey Mike's are double those of Subway and the food is about the same quality when all is said and done. Subway also has significant discounts in their app, and paper coupons. The points they give you on the Jersey Mikes app after purchasing are small. For a 6 inch sandwich, you get 6 points, and you have to get up to about 48 before your first reward is issued. They do have some random days where they do double points or whatever but it's not like you're gonna necessarily be in the market for a sandwich or near one of their locations that day. Stuuupidddd. Needless to say, my Jersey Mike's days, what few there ever were over about 7-8 years, are at an end. Oh, and the guy behind the counter who made the sandwich today was totally apathetic. He put salt and oil on the sandwich which I did not want and he was like "well I already put them." Whatever. It's down to Subway and Jersey Mike's anymore - and I will stick with Subway, which has been my go-to for a couple decades. No, Subway did not pay me to write this.

#13: The Original Italian (size: GIANT)

It's been a little while since my family has been to Jersey Mike's, but it's always so damn good so why not satisfy the Sunday Sandwich craving? :P Delish! :) Everybody in the store was So Extremely Helpful to my father & I, even as a small line started to form behind us I really Appreciated the patience *& smiles! :)* from behind the counter :D George made us (2) PHENOMENAL Giant #13's, along w/ a #7 in a tub. . Personally, I've worked at a few sandwich shops for the past few years & a Huge problem w/ artists is that there's no attention to Specific Detail. ..even at the fast pace George was going, he got Every Single Special Request I made on the money & it resulted in me being served THE BEST sub I've had in recent memory, by a long shot. Delicious food + Fantastic customer service = Awesome Experience .. Every Time. My new Favorite sandwich shop Thank You, Jersey Mike's!

Went to this location twice in a week. Ordered my favorite both times: The Original Italian with pickles and mayo. I don't know why this location has low reviews - my sandwich was consistent and delicious both times. Workers were kind and patient despite some hard to deal with customers. People need to be more empathetic to food service workers. They have to deal with huge crowds of customers, on top of online orders. They're doing their best considering the millions of requests they're getting. I would definitely come back here!

I was denied my free regular sandwich today as Advertised. 2 weeks ago I supported Month of giving by donating $5.00 with my last sandwich purchased at the Northridge Jersey's Mikes and I received a card with the purchase of a regular sandwich I was told I don't know were you got this but don't honor here. It clearly states good at any Jerseys Mike expires 6/30/22 not only denied but Embarrassed in front of other customers. I don't recommend this place to anyone as they don't care of the cause Month of giving. The person was so rude and didn't care of the cause. I also had enough points to receive a free sandwich and was not asked if I wanted to use my points. This is the 1st time I felt good not to tip them 20% as I always have done. I would not even give them a star if there was a way. I will never return there again.

If your looking for a real sub look no further A friend…read moretold me about Cricca's Deli & being a big fan of Sub's I had to check this place out. Let just start with Cricca's Deli makes some seriously well-crafted sandwiches. The quality really stands out -- generous portions of meat, fresh vegetables, and great attention to detail in every bite. You have several choices of bread, and I went with the soft roll, which tasted bakery-fresh and was the perfect match for the sandwich. The large subs are truly large -- easily big enough to share between two people. If you're looking for a deli sandwich made with fresh ingredients and generous portions, Cricca's is definitely worth a visit. If you in the area or looking for a high quality sandwich you have to check this place out - you will not be disappointed. I'll be back For Sure

Ok. I've seen this place online and thought to myself "if I'm ever in Woodland Hills, I'm going…read morehere". Well.....today was the day. It's a small Italian deli that hits the way you want it to. To the right as soon as you walk in, there's seats and a table where you can wait for your to go order or to eat there. The entire shop was clean, neat and orderly. It's sensory overload walking in. There's a lot going on. The menu is massive. I knew what I wanted after doing some homework before arriving so I was ready. The lady that took my order couldn't have been more of a pleasure to deal with. I placed my order, paid, tipped and sat down. A few minutes later, I had what is probably the best sandwich I've had this year. I should have sat in the parking lot and enjoyed it but I wanted the elbow room because I knew this was a monster. After I got home and unwrapped this behemoth, I instantly knew it was worth the drive. The Dillinger (which is what I ordered) has Pastrami, Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Mozz Cheese, Garlic Butter and Marinara Sauce. If there's a better (big back) sandwich, I'll wait for your reply. This was soooooo gooood. In every bite you could taste each ingredient separately and it was an explosion of flavors. I ordered a small cup of their marinara sauce to dip/drizzle on each bite.....couldn't have been a better decision. Worth it. The 3 ladies that were working the front counter (around noon on 4/23) were the best. Just an all around great experience and fantastic food. I'll be back soon FOR SURE!!!!

I ordered a the Dom and a supremo on their website at about 1:30pm on a Friday. It was ready at 2:30, which seemed like a crazy long wait for a sandwich, especially considering the place was empty when I got there. But alas. I wonder if it would have been quicker for me to just go in and order in person. Anyway, the wait (and 30 minutes of wandering around target to kill time) was worth it. The supremo - it's basically a slice of pepperoni cheese bread. Which is delicious. My late uncle's friend used to make us a pepperoni bread every year at Christmas and try as I might, I could never make it as good as hers. This one is closer than I've gotten! They forgot the side of Marinara for dipping, though, but it's fine because I have no chill and inhaled this thing on the drive home. While I was expecting something a little bigger based on the photo and the price, it was tasty and I would prooooobably get it again. The Dom - the real reason I'm here: a sandwich! I asked them to swap out the provolone for pepper jack, as I do not like provolone. The ratio of all the ingredients was spot on! The bread was soft with a little chew. Everything was fresh. Sandwich was a good size overall. 10/10, would eat again. Excited to go back to try a pizza or maybe a meatball sub or lasagna!

My husband purchased several knishes from Mort's Deli. We understood these to be meat knishes based upon how they were described and priced. After bringing them home and cutting them open, we discovered that they were not true meat knishes, but rather potato-and-meat knishes. Had the product been accurately described, we would not have purchased it. We specifically sought meat knishes and paid the corresponding price (see the receipts attached). When I contacted the store to address the issue, employee Kate maintained that the potato-and-meat knish should nevertheless be considered a meat knish. Regardless of the terminology used internally by the store, the product was not what we reasonably understood we were purchasing. The situation became even more troubling when I repeatedly requested copies of the receipts. During the course of the dispute, I was informed that the receipts were not accessible. However, the receipts were ultimately produced and later emailed to me as ordered by the police. Notably, the receipts explicitly identified the product as a "Brisket Knish" and reflected the corresponding charge. The receipts therefore became an important part of understanding how the product had been represented and sold. Rather than resolving the matter promptly and professionally, manager Gail continued to escalate the situation unnecessarily. Ultimately, Gail instigated the calling of law enforcement to the store. Two police officers responded to the scene. Following their investigation, the store was ordered by the police to produce the receipts. The police officers became involved in what should have been a routine customer-service matter. With their assistance, the receipts were eventually produced after previously being misrepresented as inaccessible. What makes this experience particularly upsetting is that my husband is severely disabled, partially paralyzed, and walks with a cane. What should have been a simple request for fair treatment escalated into an unnecessary confrontation involving law enforcement. The needless inconvenience, travel, physical burden, and emotional distress inflicted upon both my husband and me were unfair and unjustifiable. As loyal customers, we found the entire experience shocking and disturbing. We sent the store owner an email detailing the incident but the owner never responded.

Let me just say, perfect, excellent, tasty, yum, etc. great sandwich, packed full of flavor, bread and pork are perfect, really, really love banh mi sandwiches anyway, but this one is true to the classic. All sandwiches are also $10, so go crazy and try a couple different ones, to me nothing beats the grilled pork though. You can enter from the street, but will have to find metered parking, so just drive around back, they have a small free lot and you can enter from the rear. There are not any seats to eat there, so everything is to go, but service is quick and the guy was nice behind the counter. Go check them out, grab a lotto ticket if your into that, get some great food, support a local woman & minority owned business, not enough of them out there. Enjoy!
