Order was very wrong and they forgot an item. Was an hour before closing so it was not busy and the woman at the drive through recalled our order to us correctly but when we received our order it was wrong. No quality control or communication between staff. Could we have gone back, sure, but we shouldn't have to. It's not rocket science. read more

Walking up to the door it requested people wear masks. I did not have one and my truck is to tall for the drive through. Upon entering the facility all visible employees had their masks either under their nose and some under their chin. After waiting close to 5 minutes 2 employees kindly pulled their masks up and rudely told me "no mask no service". I sit down and eat with no mask on, I can stand at the counter sipping my soda with no mask on but one is required to order? All employees don't need to wear masks properly but I must have one to make a purchase? Zero common sense these days. If they were concerned about me not wearing a mask why allow me to stand at the counter for 5 minutes before telling me no mask no service. I have been meaning to write this review for a while, and just never had the free time to get around to it. But, I feel I should really do this because what happened with my order for my child is disgusting, and something you only hear about as a passing joke, even though we all know people do and have done it. Don't ever ask why you can't make two separate orders because you could before, or your order or your child's order may end up with someone's pubes in them. Yes, you read that correctly. My friend and I went here to grab a few burgers for our kids, and when we were told we couldn't make two separate orders, my friend asked why, and then in shock and a bit of disbelief and confusion explained to the young lady taking our order that we had just recently, not even a week ago, made two separate orders and that we were surprised by it, but no problem, we would drive around twice or just make one order. Well, we decided to make the one order, and because we'd been out all day and our kids were back at my friend's place waiting for the food, so after getting our order, we drove back to her place. I always inspect food I order, I don't care where I order from, just to make sure it's all there, there's no accidental ingredients, like onions when it comes to my kid, because he HATES them, or missing extras, such as the extra lettuce my kid does like getting on his burgers. I open the first Whopper and there, right in the middle was a mound of pubic hair. So, apparently, if you're confused about a weird policy that you've never encountered before, and in shock, confusion, and disbelief you ask a few questions, it's grounds for some loser to stick pubes in a meal that was going to a little kid. I always check the food. Everyone that reads this review, you should ALWAYS check your food, just in case some ingrate takes the low road. To be honest, had I opened that burger before we got back to my friends place, I would have been inside that store with said burger and told that little nonce working the grill to enjoy his burger that he customized so perfectly for himself. My child didn't deserve that, and neither did we for simply asking a few questions because what we were hearing didn't make sense. Would rate less if possible. Terrible location. Tons of cars and rude people in the area. And the whole vibe was just very sketchy. When we tried to walk in, some guy just locked the door seconds before we were about to open the it. We tried the other door and it was locked too. And yet there were still people eating inside. This is, hands down, THE WORST BURGER KING I have ever gone to. The service here is as if you're unwanted--the employees brush you off as if you don't matter; they try to end the transaction before you have time to finish your order. Also, the place is filthy and always something wrong with SOMETHING (be it: messed up orders, out of order bathrooms, false advertising, or bad customer service--they do it all!). There are extremely large POTHOLES in front of the drivethru (if that doesn't tell you "get out of here" wait 'till you see the employees that work here.) and they are a burden to go around everyday. Not only do the employees suck and the place is a poor excuse for a business, the signs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Legitimately, every morning, they advertise "NOW AT BREAKFAST... (Burgers such as he Whopper)" and every morning when I ask for burgers, they say they don't serve them until lunch time. (What the hell are you advertising it for then?!?!?) If you don't believe me, let me tell you about my experience today, at 7am on April 8th, 2015. Today I rolled up into the drive thru looking to purchase a croissantwich--driving past those extremely large potholes like usual--but I asked about burgers to see if they had any (maybe it was my lucky day!) and what do you know, to my EXPECTATION, they didn't have any even though they were advertised. Now I hadn't lost my cool because of that, but what threw me over the edge is; when I asked for the burgers and they declined me, I said "ok" and was getting ready to order with your standard "ummmm", and the woman over the intercom said, "Okay, goodbye. Have a nice day." Like, WHAT?! NO. I'M NOT GOING TO HAVE A NICE DAY AFTER YOU JUST DENIED A CUSTOMER SERVICE AS HE WAS ORDERING! This is easily the worst Burger King to ever be around. I am looking to take up my issue with a manager or district manager. Be sure to visit another fast food place over this one, because I absolutely do not recommend this place. As of today, this has been the worst service I've seen at a restaurant in my doordashing career. The place in general has ungodly slow service; inconsiderate employees who don't keep an eye on online orders or respect their customers. THEY CANNOT hold down a correct order; they burn the food beyond acceptable standards; they do not listen to the customers requests and they have caused severe issues particularly with a poor gentleman's order who only ordered three simple items through doordash. Ended up waiting in the joint for well over an hour as they somehow couldn't get these three items right, EIGHT TIMES IN A ROW!!! A bacon whopper, onion ring, and small coke. Overall not impressed with the performance and will not be coming back to this Burger King for any future dashes and/or personal order placements. If I could put zero stars I would.‍ read more

Wicked rude!!! The staff spent more time on their phones than working. When I asked the person at the register "So, what are you looking at?" as he was ignoring me, he gave me a dirty look like I was bothering him. The folks in the back were stuck to their phones too. This location is ok if you stop by early in the day. Later on in the evening/night is a different story. Staff is not professional, long, long wait times in the drive thru, then to find out that the items you want are not available. Better, more consistent management is needed. read more

Probably the worst Burger King establishment in the chain. The dining area is decorated in filth, floors sticky as if they were mopped with syrup for the soda machines, which are never working by the way. The ice is always empty, and many drink options are "unavailable". If you choose to dine here, be prepared to stand at the counter for an average of 10 minutes while the employees continuously make eye contact as if they're considering wether or not to do their job, and then another 10 minutes for them to figure out how to put it in the computer. Speak loudly, and clearly, hand gestures/signing helps, or else they'll as you "huh?" Or "what?" after each item is requested in your order. When you finally get your food, the order is probably wrong, so you'll have to start over at the beginning, and then you can enjoy your feast while all the homeless junkies beg you for money, or a bite of your sandwich. read more

Didnt even want to give it a star but had to, do I could post this review. Now I have been to this location on several occasions because it's close to where I live. Each time I go is worse than the last, if it's not being verbally abused by their employees, they've denied making accommodations for my food allergies without charging more "because it's not their problem" as I've been told. Also refuse giving me the store number or their names to make a further complaint. But tonight was the worst, I came in for a burger and the whole time the employees sat on their asses eating food on the counters and texting, they had a homeless man using his T-shirt to clean their restaurant tables and drink machines and counters they serve food on as well as the trays we eat food off of. Tonight I took videos of it all so they can no longer dismiss this unacceptable behavior. I have worked for this company In the past and refuse to see people getting away with stuff no other employee would just because of its location.
