Exceptional! I mean truly exceptional! I've been doing this a while and going to different restaurants and reviews and this definitely deserves 5 stars! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful inside, the staff was beyond pleasant and attentive[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the food came out in a very timely manner for it being at a super busy time and day of the week, I met both owners and they were very friendly and wonderful to talk too. The food!!! The food was amazing!! Seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, presentation was lovely and just everything paired so nicely! I will 100% be back! Keep up the good work guys, don't change a thing!!

    Cocktails

Go to the Woo! John and the rest of the staff are always incredible. 10/10 experience everytime!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Woo is one of my favorite restaurants, especially when it's a nice day to sit outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were at the Woo recently and didn't have the amazing meals we usually do. We both enjoyed our usual appetizers...my husband loves their chourico sausage app and I love their nachos. I usually always get the eggplant parmigiana which I love, but I switched it up and got the chicken Caesar wrap which was just okay ( and a little dry). My husband got the pasta with chicken and broccoli and although it looked amazing it was really really oily and tasted like they just poured olive oil in it, he always finishes his meals and helps me with mine too. This was the first time my husband didn't eat his whole meal. We'll come again, but we'll definitely stick with our usual favorites next time.

10/10 food and drinks couldn't recommend more. The woo pasta is out of this world and the watermelon martini.

We arrived around Noon on a cold, blustery New England day, in search of some comfort food. The Woo Bar & Grill boasted a high Yelp rating, and we decided to check it out. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly and cheerful waitress who invited us to select a seat. There were a few people seated at the bar, we were the first at a table. We selected: THE WOO CHEESEBURGER $15.99 with Swiss Cheese and Fries FRIED HADDOCK (DAILY SPECIAL) $22.95 with Fries Our food arrived in about 15 minutes, and my knee jerk reaction was that the food looked good. It's funny how you can often discern how a meal will taste at first glance. It reminds me of Blink by Malcolm Gladwell where he examines how the subconscious mind can make fast and accurate judgments in the blink of an eye. A quick bite of my first French fry confirmed my prediction, a hot crispy and slightly salty fry that was delicious. There was an abundant helping of them, it was difficult not to finish all of these! The burger came partially assembled, the top bun was off and topped by lettuce, two thick slices of tomato and onion. I always appreciate this approach as I don't like raw onions and don't typically have a tomato slice on a cheeseburger. So, I removed everything but one piece of lettuce and was about to take a bite out of a delicious looking burger. However, the tomato slice also looked good. Considering how bad the tomatoes were the prior evening at Via which is on the same street as the Woo Bar & Grill, I was reticent. I sliced off a small piece of tomato, and to my surprise, it was excellent, and I quickly consumed the slice. Kudos to Woo, they should let Via know where they get their tomatoes! The burger patty looked thick and juicy (similar to what I use when grilling in the summer) and was resting on a nicely toasted bun. It tasted as good as it looked. No doubt, this wasn't a lean burger, which is one of the reasons it tasted good! The last thing I want is a dry, 93% lean meat patty on the rare occasions I eat a burger. It was topped with a substantial portion of Swiss cheese and cooked as ordered. I also sampled the fried haddock, which tasted fresh and relatively light. It was also very good (but not as good as my cheeseburger!). A gourmet meal, no, but a delicious lunch yes! I can see why this place has high ratings; we greatly enjoyed our lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A tip for my fellow Yelpers: I bet this place can get loud, with high ceilings and few soft acoustic elements. If you want a quiet lunch or dinner, come at a slower time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Amazing drinks

Went here as a pregame spot and it was great! Service was so friendly and talkative. We shared a bunch of apps. The drinks were the star - everything so fresh and Homeade and not too sweet. Love this place!!!

    Pickle pizza

My husband and I go here often. The food is always delicious! I wanted to highlight their pickle pizza; it is by far the best pickle pizza I have tried! The service is amazing, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant is very clean and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great atmosphere and even better service. Their menu has a lot of items to choose from and the Farmers Burger was an item unique to this menu. I took half home and the leftovers were even better

One of my favorite spots that I don't visit enough. Their food is always good, my sister & dad love their pickle pizza. I think i've tried half of the menu by now and love it all. Their drink specials are always really fun. The owners and staff are really friendly and hilarious. They do have outdoor seating for those interested, too!

    Chicken Marsala

First time at the Woo and I must say, I was impressed. Cute dine in restaurant with an outdoor patio. Servers were awesome- friendly and attentive! Food was great. Chicken Marsala was delicious and the Chicken Parm portion was huge! Drinks were strong and tasty! No complaints here! Will be sure to visit again !

Everything executed *perfectly.* Started with the White Girl Woke. Perfect blend of flavors and not too sweet. Ordered Da Wangs. Word to the wise, they are massive. Delicious. Perfect Korean fried chicken crunch. Main was the Gnocch Bokki. The flavors were SO rich and decadent. I basically picked my plate clean. The food came with kimchi and white rice on the side. Overall fantastic meal. Service was good. Not overbearing. No fake friendliness. Efficient and helpful. The chef came out at one point as well. I complimented the fantastic food as well as the hip hop music piping in over the speakers. I'm currently trying to come up with an excuse to come back tomorrow.

Situated inside the Worcester Public Market, which is right at Kelley Sq, parking can be a little hectic. Of the several times I've parked in this area, I've managed to find street parking by driving up either Green St. or Harding St. The interior is a bar countertop that wraps around the central kitchen area and bar stools. No traditional seating if you're hoping for a traditional restaurant experience. The server was very friendly and the whole place had a great young, kinda rebellious vibe going on. We ordered two things and were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the immense wait time. Da Wangs ; we came here precisely for Korean Fried Chicken which is especially known for being double-fried. The cook pulled them out of the heating drawer - already fried as expected - and dropped them in the fryer... and then proceeded to disappear for several minutes. Oh no. The plating of the dish looks delicious, but biting into it... the worst fried chicken we've ever had. The skin was so hard and crunchy and the burnt taste was unavoidable. The only redeemable flavor was the very paltry glaze of hot honey on the wings. Gnocch Bokki ; we love tteokbokki and this seemed like a really interesting take on it. we watched the chef fry up the aromatic ingredients and mushrooms for what seemed like forever. AND he disappeared multiple times. We don't appreciate waiting 40-50 minutes for food for no damn reason. The rice cakes had a delightful crisp to them, but the duck was utterly dry and unenjoyable despite the sous vide description. The sauce was unpleasantly cloying after the first few bites. I don't know what I'm suppose to take from the flavor profile, but IMO it just tasted like a plate of hoisin sauce. The bartender/waitress talked about how she had past career experience as a food safety (or health?) inspector and it was interesting to listen to... and shortly after that she grabbed a bite off of a large sauced-up plate near the burners... and then the chef proceeded to use that same plate to glaze our wings. We will not be returning.
