Ordered my food from the drive thru at 617 and didn't receive it until 638 then was asked if it was for one hamburger to have bacon

Service was fast and convenient. I ordered through the Burger King Application and in less than 10 minutes my food was ready (for 6 people). The facility cleanliness could've been better; tables were dirty and the latrine had wet floors and some rubbish/tissue paper on the ground. I didn't like how there were two older men in the kids play area with no kids. One was swearing while eating and occasionally crying. When I talked to the manager, he said that they don't let people without kids into that area. Employees need to keep a look out for things like this since these men just walked in there freely to sit down and eat. read more

Last week we went to Burger King and were waiting 20 min by the window and nobody came to it to even greet us. We ended up leaving.

They forgot my sauce nothing else just forgot my sauce. Again they forgot my sauce. The people are nice tho but they forgot my sauce.

My favorite thing on the menu is a whopper most time they have very good service and polite with customers

Wow talk about going above and beyond. I left my purse in the bathroom here while passing through on a road trip from Seattle to Walla Walla . Didn't realize my purse was missing until the next day. Thought it might just be buried somewhere underneath all of my children's belongings or our camp gear. Was camping without cell signal but on my way back several days later I had a voicemail and email from the manager letting me know they had found my wallet and purse and trying to reunite me. Thank you Google and thank you to the manager and his wife for the extra effort. We picked it up on our way back and everything was there including the cash. This is an easy great place to stop on road trips with kids. The indoor playground means no matter what time of year they can get some wiggles and energy out without worrying about the weather. read more

For fast food, it's quick, a great value, and can't beat the grilled aroma only found at Burger King. There is plentyful of beef, cheese and overall satisfying flavor. Fries is hit or miss, cooked right can't complain too much if the fries are hot off the grill crispy and a tad of salt. read more

So I was in my way to the Sarg Hubbard Park here in Yakima and as I prepared to cross the street, I noticed this Burger king location. The marquee in the corner advertised 10 chicken nuggets for $1.00! Me being skeptical decided nothing for $1.00 could be good, especially ten chicken nuggets. Well I decided to put it to the test. I went inside and ordered the advertised item and was asked to select a dipping sauce. I selected BBQ. A few minutes later I was handed my tray with 2 bbq dipping sauces and my nuggets. To my surprise they were hot and freshly cooked. Upon opening the bad, I first noticed I actually had 11! Bonus nuggets! I thought to compare them to the picture advertisement in the window. I must say that for once what I got, looked like the picture. Okay yes they are nuggets but I'm not used to that. I tried them expecting lots of breading and little chicken. I will say again, I was surprised. They were actually very delicious. For 1 person this was a perfect $1 buck meal. I'd try them again! read more

Day one of the Thelma and Louise "concur & regulate" road trip to Dallas and we stop here for breakfast. We wanted fast, easy and cheap just like we were hoping this trip would be. I went with the ham, egg and cheese biscuit, small hash browns and a small diet coke. The Louise to my Thelma went with the sausage, egg and cheese muffin, large hash brown tots and a large coffee. I had to laugh because when I went to fill my small cup Burger King had drink pairings listed I found it funny and cute and I know now that a tendergrill salad, terndergirll chicken sandwich and a BK veggie burger all go well with my drink of choice; Diet Coke. The food was hot, fresh and tasty it also filled us up all the way to Idaho. This was a very clean Burger King and has a nice indoor play ground for the little ones to play in along with clean ladies room though no paper towels just an air dryer. If I'm ever on a road trip again and driving through Yakima I'd gladly stop in at this Burger King for a pit stop. read more

Man that chicken sammich sucks! Omg people a avoid the spicy. Taste like hot taco sauce and Mayo got poured on that shit. I like my chicken cooked pretty well but I could tell it wasn't cooked to proper temp. I vomited the sammich up at Walmart not too far. Trust me tasted just the same coming up as it went down and it was not yummy! I regret the purchase completely. Bring your ass to Popeyes if you want a good chicken sammich. read more

Burgers - good. BK Fish - good. Chicken nuggets - good. Chicken Fries - not so good (dry). Tacos - barf. I like Burger King. I enjoy a good sloppy burger and can get that in the form of a Whopper. The BK Fish is great - a generous crispy patty with lettuce and tartar sauce. Now that taco though, it was absolutely gross. The advertised picture shows an appealing traditional taco. Here's what I got - a greasy tortilla that encased a smear of what must have been a mash-up of a bit of beef, taco sauce, and refried beans. The cheese was a dollop of nacho cheese, not grated. And then there was some lettuce. What a huge disappointment. Tacos should be banished as an offering. As you can tell, I had to use my yelp platform to express my displeasure with the tacos. I think this has to be the worst experience I've had at a Burger King, we got there, ordered our food and then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. Literally 20 minutes, I dont even have to wait at an actual restaurant for that long. There were 10 other customers that ordered after us all got their food while we sat there waiting. The guy I had to ask for my money back replied with a slight attitude about when it was going to be done. I told him I dont really care I want my money back we've been waiting forever. I was polite about it. At least who I assume to be the manager was nice and quick about my exit. read more

This is my favorite BK in the area. Unfortunately I don't get to this location as much as I used to. I came in with a few friends we had lunch. The usual was going on behind the counter. What surprised my friends is that the GM. Congratulation to everyone for putting out their all. This is usual for him he treats his crew with gratitude and respect. Not a huge fan of Burger King but my wife talked me in to stopping in to get the two cheese burger meal deal for her. I ordered the BBQ bacon king sandwich. It didn't look anything like the picture did. It looked like a third grader slopped it all together. The burger patties weren't very good ether. read more

Had lunch here this afternoon after a morning of shopping. They were amazing. They were very busy, but the crew handled it with ease. The lobby was in fair condition, with minimal trash, it was what you would expect for a massive lunch rush like they were having. The décor was fantastic. It felt very welcoming and homey. I honestly didn't feel like I was at a fast food place. Round tables, oh yeah, it made for a more enjoying time. The kids play area was clean and well kept. And didn't smell like feet. The food was fresh and hot. Our order was correct and out in under 7 minutes. The crew handled the large volume like pros, and were very friendly. They went out of their way to show a little extra to their customers by offering to get them a refill of their drink, they brought orders to tables when the crowd would allow, and their was always someone on the floor to help a guest. I would have to say this was the nicest fast food place I have found yet here in Yakima, Wa. They are forever now gonna be my first go to place for the good old American whopper. Timed my vivid perfectly so I would hit the lunch hour (starts at 10:30). My chicken sandwich came out quickly and very hot! Service left something to be desired but hey, it's fast food. I passed Dairy Queen on my way, would have stopped there usually except for this chicken sandwich craving I had, which kept me on track. All in all, it was fast and hot, but a little eye contact and a smile never hurts your review. read more

I'm typically not a fan of Burger King but I decided to give it a try here and was super impressed! The team there is super friendly and are obviously striving to make everyone happy. You can hear the employees calling out orders and communicating effectively to make sure all is accounted for and done in a timely manner. The manager there should be given huge props for the way he/she runs the business. The food has also been fantastic! After not going to Burger King for nearly 3 years, I've been back to this location 3 times in a month! read more

I thought this was the only non-ghetto looking fast food place while I was in Yakima. It is conveniently located next to Walmart too. After checking Yelp reviews for a lot of restaurants in Yakima, I realized that most places don't serve good food or offer decent level of customer service. And I found this to be true during my 3-day-experiences of stay in Yakima. This Burger King, however, is an exception. People were nice and friendly and food was as okay as expected. Compared to other fast food around the area, this place is definitely at another level. read more
