I've always loved burger time, and it holds a special place in my heart. I rarely give places 5 stars. However, I truly only have 2 complaints. Every once in a great while, they will get your order wrong, but this only happens when they're exceptionally busy. My other complaint is that the fries vary in freshness and salt levels. However, there are times when the fries are hot and salted appropriately, and to me, those times are a 5 star fast food experience. We recently moved here from Las Vegas and decided a little hole in the wall joint was worth a try. We can't get enough now! I love the chicken sandwich. My husband loves the triple burger with bacon. The cheese curds are so yumm. The fries aren't my favorite, but they are still good. To the guy who says it's a testament to human stupidity that this place is still open, he's an ass. After reading some of the reviews, I was inclined to induldge. Feeling pretty hungry I stopped by this joint that I passed a couple of times on this visit. The double drive thru was pretty neat, thinking it will push twice as many vehicles in the same amount of time. Although it wasn't that quick, it wasn't a bad wait. They don't take checks (understandable) or American Express. I got my stuff (bacon cheeseburger meal) and left. I guess you don't get ketchup unless you ask? The fries were a little on the cold side but the drink was quite large...24 - 32 oz? The bacon cheeseburger was similar to Sonic ...large bun, super thin patty ... so I am actually not sure what the hype is all about. This was average at best. read more

Order 2 double bigger burgers with cheese and cheese curds, when we got our food we got 2 double burgers with no cheese and no cheese curds then went up to the window and they gave us the cheese curds but said we had to pay $10 for them to make us new burgers. So got back to the truck and opened the bag of cheese curds and they are burnt after some tome of waiting our burgers were finally done but open them up and it's not a double like we ordered.
